The landscaping is a blend of older planting and trees with new shrubs, flowering annuals and hostas. We have not had a Grayton winner in the last 4 years! 1205 KENSINGTON

Many people have admired this beautifully manicured landscape as they drove by this white‐washed colonial on the corner of Kercheval and Kensington. The yard has recently undergone re‐landscaping and has foundational plantings of evergreen shrubs, hydrangeas and rose bushes all in shades of white and green.
