The house and yard has been a work in progress until finally it has become the award worthy winner you see here. Note the unique front and side doors and the charming dust porch that canopies both the front door and its porch. The new walkway leading to the front door is accented on either side by shrubs. The landscaping is a blend of older planting and trees with new shrubs, flowering annuals and hostas. We have not had a Grayton winner in the last 4 years! 1205 KENSINGTON

Many people have admired this beautifully manicured landscape as they drove by this white‐washed colonial on the corner of Kercheval and Kensington. The property is a perennial favorite and over the years the yard and landscaping get better and better. The front door is flanked by elegant, topiary planters with under‐plantings of flowers. The bed is slightly raised, and landscape bricks form a mini retaining wall to protect the hostas. To the left side of the front a beautiful brick archway enhances the landscape. It is an overall perfect place to display our American flag. 1385 BERKSHIRE This stately two‐story brick and stone home, located on a corner lot, has a grand arched doorway flanked by welcoming planters. The yard has recently undergone re‐landscaping and has foundational plantings of evergreen shrubs, hydrangeas and rose bushes all in shades of white and green. Older trees remain in the landscape with the addition of three ornamental trees. The back yard has new wooden privacy fencing. Century Awards 1018 BISHOP 100 Years Old

A stately, stucco and stone, century‐old tudor sits obliquely tucked back on an angled and well manicured front lawn. Mature trees anchor the landscape with neatly hedged, curved beds, lush groundcover, and a spray of fuchsia blooms. A front gable entrance in stone and prominent front chimneys add a distinctive flair. 1251 DEVONSHIRE 100 Years Old A spectacular, 100‐year‐old, colonial revival rests on a spacious front lawn dissected by a circular drive. The red brick walkway leads to the front porch, each side bordered by flower beds and accented by manicured boxwoods. The black shutters and dark grey, gambrel roof are striking against the white façade of the home. Sprays of red and pink blooms coordinate perfectly with the burgundy front door and delightful floral wreath. 1147 BEACONSFIELD 100 Years Old

A distinctive and cheerful, American four‐ square is bordered by greenery from the front porch to the sidewalk.
