Angelology Angelology
Christian Angelology Angelology Introduction Why study Angels? They teach us about God As part of God’s creation, to study them is to study why God created the way he did. In looking at angels we can see God’s designs for his creation, which tells us something about God himself. They teach us about ourselves We share many similar qualities to the angels. We also have several differences due to them being spiritual beings. In looking at these similarities and differences we can learn more about the ways God created humanity. In looking at angels we can avoid “angelic fallacies” which attempt to turn men into angels. They are fascinating! Humans tend to be drawn to the supernatural. Spiritual beings such as angels hit something inside of us that desires to “return to Eden” in the sense of wanting to reconnect ourselves to the spiritual world. They are different, and different is interesting to us. Fr. J. The Book of the Watchers (Chapters 1–36)
The Book of the Watchers (Chapters 1–36) Superscription to the Book 1:1 The words of the blessing with which Enoch blessed the righteous chosen who will be present on the day of tribulation, to remove all the enemies; and the righteous will be saved. Introduction: An Oracle of Judgment (1:2—5:9) 2 And he took up his discoursea and said, “Enoch, a righteous man whose eyes were opened by God, who had the vision of the Holy One and of heaven, which he showed me. From the words of the watchers and holy ones I heard every- thing; and as I heard everything from them, I also understood what I saw. Not for this generation do I expound, but concerning one that is distant I speak. 3 And concerning the chosen I speak now, and concerning them I take up my discourse. Daniel 10.1-21, the Incredible Realities of Spiritual Warfare
The Incredible Realities of spiritual Warfare Daniel 10:1-21 Introduction: 1) Abraham Kuyper (1837-1920), the brilliant journalist, theologian, and Prime Minister of the Netherlands writes, “If once the curtain were pulled back, and the spiritual world behind it came to view, it would expose to our spiritual vision a struggle so intense, so convulsive, sweeping everything within its range, that the fiercest battle ever fought on earth would seem, by comparison, a mere game. Not here, but up there—that is where the real conflict is waged. Our earthly struggle drones in its backlash.” (Quoted in Ferguson, Daniel, 199). 2) Such a bold and striking claim finds biblical warrant when we come to Daniel 10 and the beginning of the end of this incredible book. Daniel 10-12 constitutes the finale of this prophetic gem. Chapter 10 is the prelude to the detailed vision of chapter 11. Chapter 12 provides the filling confusion to both the vision and the book. Chapter 10 pulls back the spiritual curtain and gives us a brief glimpse into a world of spiritual warfare that is very real, though it rages unseen to the physical eye. 3) I confess to being convicted, even haunted, by this chapter. If the words of this chapter are true, and I believe they are, why do I not pray more? Why do I not 1 pray with more passion and earnestness? Our prayers provide “spiritual reinforcement” for the battles that take place “against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places” (Eph. 6:12). Our prayers are weapons of warfare that provide ammunition for angels as they engage the demonic forces of evil in spiritual combat. -
Fallen Angels and the Days of Noah
Christian Resource Center – New Hampshire (www.crcnh.org) Fallen Angels and The Days of Noah Introduction The bible tells us of an incredible event that happened during the days of Noah. This event was one of the main causes why God needed to flood the earth and kill all living things. Chapter 6 in the book of Genesis tells us about a group of angels (referred to as “the sons of God” in the Old Testament) that saw how beautiful human women were so they left their first estate in the spiritual realm and came to earth in order to commit a horrible sin of adultery between angels and humans. These are the “Fallen Angels”. These angels are also referred to as the “Watchers”. Apparently, they had the task of watching over mankind and they could not control their lustful urges when they saw how beautiful human women were. The Days of Noah During the first 1,500 years after God created Adam and Eve, people lived to be nearly 1,000 years old. Several examples of how many years people lived to be include (Adam-930, Seth-912, Kenan-910, Methuselah-969, Noah-950). Things were very different in those days for several reasons including: Please Make Copies and Distribute Freely Christian Resource Center – New Hampshire (www.crcnh.org) 1) The human genetics were purer because Adam and Eve were created in a “pristine” state which allowed inter-familial breeding without problems for many generations. 2) The ground had been cursed by God only about 1,000 years earlier so it probably took some time for plant diseases to form and spread. -

WATCHERS of MOUNT HERMON POSSESSING the PORTALS the Rise and Fall of the Nephilim by Luis B
WATCHERS OF MOUNT HERMON POSSESSING THE PORTALS The Rise and Fall of the Nephilim by Luis B. Vega [email protected] www.PostScripts.org ‘For we are not contending against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers...against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in High Places’. – Ephesians 6:12 The purpose of this study is to provide a visual display of the 200 Watcher class of Angels that descended on Mount Hermon during the days of Enoch on Earth. It is also to add to the body of research already done on the subject. Mount Hermon is nested in- between the political borders of Lebanon, Syria and Israel. It is exactly 1997 nautical miles to the Equator from the summit where there is presently a U.N. Radar Station. It is amazingly 33 degrees from the Equator and 33 degrees east from the Paris Meridian Line. It is exactly 333 miles to the summit of Mount Sinai in Arabia and 365 miles to the Great Pyramid in Egypt. As one can sense, the site is tied to Sacred Geometry, Sacred Knowledge and Sacred Vows. The topic of these 200 Watchers has a direct impact on why the Flood of Noah happened and how they helped to impede the Children of Israel from possessing the Promised Land afterwards. This phenomenon is also a metaphor of the real ‘wrestling’ that is occurring presently due to the effects of such demonic and Luciferian workings that are pitted against the Body of Christ on Earth presently as result of the disembodied spirits of the Giants. -

AMERICAN COLLEGE FRATERNITIES: A DESCKIPTIVE ANALYSIS OF THE SOCIETY SYSTEM IN THE COLLEGES OF THE UNITED STATES, WITH A DETAILED ACCOUNT OF EACH FRATERNITY. BY WM. RAIMOND BAIRD. PHILADELPHIA: J. B. Baimond Baird. • • • • • • • ••"•• • •• • • •• • ••.••>•••••• • ••• « • •• • ••••• •••••• • ' PEEFAOE. The author of this book is a member of one of the college fraternities. Having occasion to make inquiries in regard to one of these organizations, he was surprised to learn that there was no general repository of facts in regard to them, that few of their members knew more than the names of those with which they had come into contact, and that the majority were ignorant alike, of the origin, principles, history, and customs of any of the fraternities, oftentimes their own included. This lack of knowledge has arisen not from the desire to know nothing of other organizations, nor from indifference to the affairs of their neighbors, but from the fact that information of this kind had never been brought together in a convenient shape. An endeavor has been made to make this book a vehicle of such information. In seeking material the author has in general met with the hearty co-operation of the fraternities themselves, and with few exceptions all facilities have been placed at his disposal. Nothing is here given to the public that an intelligent observer could not ascertain, and no attempt has been made to lay bare any of the so-called secrets of the college societies. -
