Angelology Angelology
Christian Angelology Angelology Introduction Why study Angels? They teach us about God As part of God’s creation, to study them is to study why God created the way he did. In looking at angels we can see God’s designs for his creation, which tells us something about God himself. They teach us about ourselves We share many similar qualities to the angels. We also have several differences due to them being spiritual beings. In looking at these similarities and differences we can learn more about the ways God created humanity. In looking at angels we can avoid “angelic fallacies” which attempt to turn men into angels. They are fascinating! Humans tend to be drawn to the supernatural. Spiritual beings such as angels hit something inside of us that desires to “return to Eden” in the sense of wanting to reconnect ourselves to the spiritual world. They are different, and different is interesting to us. Fr. J. Fallen Angels and the History of Judaism and Christianity
P1:JZZ s0521853781 agg.xml CB912B-Reed 0521853788 May 28, 2006 8:37 fallen angels and the history of judaism and christianity This book considers the early history of Jewish–Christian relations through a focus on traditions about the fallen angels. In the Book of the Watchers,anEnochic apocalypse from the third century bce,the“sonsofGod”ofGen6:1 –4 are accused of corrupting humankind through their teachings of metalworking, cos- metology, magic, and divination. By tracing the transformations of this motif in Second Temple, Rabbinic, and early medieval Judaism and early, late antique, and Byzantine Christianity, this book sheds light on the history of interpretation of Genesis, the changing status of Enochic literature, and the place of parabibli- cal texts and traditions in the interchange between Jews and Christians in Late Antiquity and the early Middle Ages. In the process, it explores issues such as the role of text-selection in the delineation of community boundaries and the development of early Jewish and Christian ideas about the origins of evil on the earth. Introduction: An Oracle of Judgment (1:2—5:9) 2 And he took up his discoursea and said, “Enoch, a righteous man whose eyes were opened by God, who had the vision of the Holy One and of heaven, which he showed me. From the words of the watchers and holy ones I heard every- thing; and as I heard everything from them, I also understood what I saw. Not for this generation do I expound, but concerning one that is distant I speak. 3 And concerning the chosen I speak now, and concerning them I take up my discourse. Daniel 10.1-21, the Incredible Realities of Spiritual Warfare
The Incredible Realities of spiritual Warfare Daniel 10:1-21 Introduction: 1) Abraham Kuyper (1837-1920), the brilliant journalist, theologian, and Prime Minister of the Netherlands writes, “If once the curtain were pulled back, and the spiritual world behind it came to view, it would expose to our spiritual vision a struggle so intense, so convulsive, sweeping everything within its range, that the fiercest battle ever fought on earth would seem, by comparison, a mere game. Not here, but up there—that is where the real conflict is waged. Our earthly struggle drones in its backlash.” (Quoted in Ferguson, Daniel, 199). 2) Such a bold and striking claim finds biblical warrant when we come to Daniel 10 and the beginning of the end of this incredible book. Daniel 10-12 constitutes the finale of this prophetic gem. Chapter 10 is the prelude to the detailed vision of chapter 11. Chapter 12 provides the filling confusion to both the vision and the book. Chapter 10 pulls back the spiritual curtain and gives us a brief glimpse into a world of spiritual warfare that is very real, though it rages unseen to the physical eye. 3) I confess to being convicted, even haunted, by this chapter. If the words of this chapter are true, and I believe they are, why do I not pray more? Why do I not 1 pray with more passion and earnestness? Our prayers provide “spiritual reinforcement” for the battles that take place “against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places” (Eph. 6:12). Our prayers are weapons of warfare that provide ammunition for angels as they engage the demonic forces of evil in spiritual combat. -
Book of Enoch and Noah
Book Of Enoch And Noah ‘Enoch lived three hundred sixty-five years. Enoch walked with God and he was not for God took him’ (Genesis 5:23 & 24). ‘By faith, Enoch was taken so he would not see death, and he was not found (on earth) because God translated him. Enoch has the testimony given to him, before his translation he had been well pleasing to God’ (Hebrews 11:5). ‘Enoch, the seventh generation from Adam prophesied saying, "Behold, the Lord came with ten thousands of His holy ones to execute judgment on all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their works of ungodliness which they have done in an ungodly way, and of all the blasphemous things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him’” (Jude 1:14 & 15). This quote in Jude was a prophecy written by Enoch about the final judgement of all mankind. About 300 BC, the Jewish group called the Sadducees removed from the Tenach (Old Testament), the Book of Enoch. During that time, much of the Old Testament was translated into Greek for the Greek-speaking Jews. The Sadducees did not believe in the resurrection or life after death (Matthew 22:23; Luke 20:27), putting the Sadducees at odds with the prophets, because the Book of Enoch majors on the Godly being resurrected to eternal life with God, and the ungodly being resurrected to damnation, as is also written in the Book of Daniel (Daniel 12:2). Jesus warned the Jewish people living in His day, not to accept the wrong teaching, or the ‘leaven’ preached by the Sadducees (Matthew 16:6). -

WATCHERS of MOUNT HERMON POSSESSING the PORTALS the Rise and Fall of the Nephilim by Luis B
WATCHERS OF MOUNT HERMON POSSESSING THE PORTALS The Rise and Fall of the Nephilim by Luis B. Vega [email protected] www.PostScripts.org ‘For we are not contending against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers...against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in High Places’. – Ephesians 6:12 The purpose of this study is to provide a visual display of the 200 Watcher class of Angels that descended on Mount Hermon during the days of Enoch on Earth. It is also to add to the body of research already done on the subject. Mount Hermon is nested in- between the political borders of Lebanon, Syria and Israel. It is exactly 1997 nautical miles to the Equator from the summit where there is presently a U.N. Radar Station. It is amazingly 33 degrees from the Equator and 33 degrees east from the Paris Meridian Line. It is exactly 333 miles to the summit of Mount Sinai in Arabia and 365 miles to the Great Pyramid in Egypt. As one can sense, the site is tied to Sacred Geometry, Sacred Knowledge and Sacred Vows. The topic of these 200 Watchers has a direct impact on why the Flood of Noah happened and how they helped to impede the Children of Israel from possessing the Promised Land afterwards. This phenomenon is also a metaphor of the real ‘wrestling’ that is occurring presently due to the effects of such demonic and Luciferian workings that are pitted against the Body of Christ on Earth presently as result of the disembodied spirits of the Giants. -
