Explanation of Charges 2019 New Member Charges (payable Winter Term the year you join) Chapter and National Charges: Dues paid to support chapter activities and national House Chapter organization (if costs are separated we combine for purposes of this document). Sorority house residents are required to purchase a Full Board meal plan. Average 499 161 595 Room Rate: Each sorority house has 20 Beds (mostly doubles, a few singles). Residents are usually sophomores or juniors. Room rates are determined by the University to be comparable to other campus housing. Note: W&L has a three year live on requirement. Living in Greek Housing counts towards this requirement..
