Andrew Griffiths Dean and Head of School, University of Queensland (UQ) Business School Andrew Griffiths is the Dean and Head of School at the UQ Business School. Prof Griffiths currently holds the Chair in Business Sustainability and Strategy and is also the Deputy Director of the Global Change Institute at the University of Queensland. His key areas of research include the management of corporate change and innovation and strategic issues relating to the pursuit of corporate sustainability. He has published four books, The Sustainable Corporation (1998), Sustainability (2000), Organizational Change for Sustainability (2013) (with Dexter Dunphy and Sue Benn) and Corporate Sustainability and Innovation (2004). Prof Griffiths is an internationally recognized scholar with his works published inThe Academy of Management Review and the Journal of Management Studies. He won the Best Paper Award for the Organization and Natural Environment Division of the Academy of Management (2004) and was nominated for the Carolyn Dexter, Best International Paper Award. He has worked with a range of organizations in the public and private sectors in the areas of management of strategic change and innovation and corporate sustainability.

Hai Wen Founding Dean, Peking University HSBC Business School Vice-Chairman, Peking University Council Prof Hai is the Founding Dean and a Professor of Economics at the China Centre for Economic Research and the Peking University HSBC Business School. He is also Vice-Chairman of the Peking University Council. He was previously Vice-President of Peking University. He lectured at various universities in California and became a leading contributor to the study of China’s economy in the USA, where he served as president of the China Economists Society in 1993. His main areas of research are in the fields of International Economics, Development Economics and Chinese economic development. Prof Hai is also the author and translator of several books, including: International Trade—Theory, Policy, and Empirical Issues (1993), International Economics: Theory and Policy (Translation,1998, 2002, 2005), International Trade (2003), In Defence of Globalization (2008). He has received many honours and awards for his teaching and research. Professor Hai is also a part-time researcher at, among others, the Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce and the Research Institute of the National Reform Commission. He is also a board member of the China Association for Promoting International Economic and Technical Cooperation and committee member of the Ministry of Health Research Committee for Policy and Administration. He graduated from Peking University and obtained his PhD from the University of California at Davis in 1991.

Sebastian Heese Vice-Dean of Research, EBS Business School Sebastian Heese is the Vice-Dean of Research at the EBS Business School, the oldest private business school in Germany. He also heads the Institute for Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics (ISCM). Holding the SGL Carbon Endowed Chair for Supply Chain Management, Professor Heese’s research aims at increasing the efficiency of production and service operations systems, and often focuses on the interest conflict in decentralized supply chains. His research has been widely published in international academic journals and reported in the business press. Before joining EBS, Prof Heese was on the faculty at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington. He holds a PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA. Tu Teng-Tsai Assistant Professor, Graduate Institute of International Business, National Taipei University President, International Financial Planning Education Association Tu Teng-Tsai is an Assistant Professor at the Graduate Institute of International Business, National Taipei University where he teaches economics, international competition policy, regional economic integration, international financial theory and the theory of international trade. He is also President of the International Financial Planning Education Association (IFPEA). His main research interests include pricing models of derivatives, portfolio management, and behavioral finance involving the trading and hedging strategies of investors, international finance and trade. Wang Qingshi Dean, School of International Business, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics Wang Qingshi is currently the Dean of the School of International Business, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. He is also a Professor of Quantitative Economics and teaches business statistics, portfolio theory and risk management and econometrical analysis for stock markets.
