This concern is apparent from the very substantial numbers of Interested Party registrations that the Planning Inspectorate has received from Lightwater residents. More widely a number of national organisations and local representatives have also expressed their views which support the concerns and objections raised in this presentation. Whilst Esso appears to have followed its process for consultation to the letter, it has been flawed in two aspects which have caused the need for this submission and all of the other representations to the Planning Directorate.
