Oral comments will also be accepted by leaving a message at (760) 643-5264. Please include your name and the spelling, as well as the item number or title of the item you wish to speak about.

All comments received by 10:00 a.m. will be emailed (voice messages will be summarized) to the Youth Advisory Commission members and included as an “Add to Packet” on the City’s website prior to the meeting. Please note that comments received prior to the meeting will not be read at the meeting. If you would like to share your comments during the meeting, please follow the instructions below.

Public Comment During the Meeting: To provide public comment during the meeting, join Zoom via desktop computer/cell phone app or telephone (see instructions above). Members of the public will not be shown on video; they will be able to watch, listen, and speak when called upon.
