The cider is Somerset Redstreak smooth and light, with some vanilla and butter blending 7.8 40 Single Variety Dry Cider in with the redness of SRS. One for drinking in the bath - or paddling pool, depending.

Michelin is a gentle, soft bittersweet with a green grass aroma and texture. This cider was fermented in barrel 7.4 3 Single Variety Dry Cider which adds some vanilla and spice notes to the cider.

A supremely fruity variety that produces a full flavoured bittersweet cider. It has notes of honey, crumble 8.1 6 Single Variety Dry Cider and juicy red apple, with an exceptionally smooth and drinkable finish. Classic that was fermented in an American oak Dabinett barrel, racked and bottled after six months maturation. 8.4 25 Single Variety Dry Cider Soft and flavoursome with the vanilla from the barrel accentuating Dabinett’s own vanilla character. A delightful single orchard blend produced with bittersweet we bought from Stockmoor Farm in Stockmoor Farm Blend Herefordshire. A savoury aroma, spiced with raisins, 8.3 20 Blended Dry Cider leads into a light and gentle cider with subtle dancing apple flavours dancing across the tongue. Tremlett's Bitter is arguably the best Devon Tremletts Bitter has ever produced. Arising sometime in the late 19th 6.7 25 Single Variety Dry Cider century, Tremlett's is a supremely tannic apple that has a vivid rich, rosy red apple flavour in the mid palate. Ashton Bitter Ashton Bitter is totally unique as an apple. 7.0 25 Single Variety Dry Cider Characterised by strong, powerful tannins, when it is really good, Ashton Bitter has a mid-palate minerality and fruitiness that sets it apart. Medium Sparkling Cider, a blend of bittersharps and 5.8 “Birdbarker” bittersweets with carbonation. Easy to drink, an entry (new Always in Sparkling Cider batch is level cider, with a fun modern label featuring our loyal stock Blended Medium higher collie Summer. abv!)

“Headless Man” Our medium dry blended cider featuring the Headless Medium Dry Cider Man sculpture on the label, aged in an oak cask. A Temporarily out of Sculpture label hugely popular drink which we try to re-create stock sorry!! Still (Pasteurised) regularly.

“Suzie Wong” The sweetest cider we make, featuring our Siamese cat Medium Sweet Cider ‘Suzie Wong’ on the label. Very fruity blend of sharps Always in 6.0 Cat label and bittersharps. Another drink that we always have stock Still (Pasteurised) available. “Blossom” A medium dry blended cider named after one of the Medium Dry Cider famous Ross Cider alpacas. A soft, fruity cider with just Always in 6.0 Alpaca Label a hint of tannin. A perfect summer afternoon thirst stock Still (Pasteurised) quencher. “Cyder” A dry blended cider named after another farm alpaca Dry Cider Always in and the big brother of “Blossom”. An easy-drinking still 6.8 Alpaca Label stock cider with caramel notes and a soft, fruity finish. Still (Pasteurised)

Single Varieties – Bottle conditioned 50cl ciders

Sharps & Bittersharps – acid leading ciders, from least to most acidic

Gilly is a light bittersharp that ripens in mid September, Gilly which produces a fruity but gentle cider, with a light Single Variety Dry Cider 5.2 30 tannic finish. This is our first ever Gilly and we are Bottle Conditioned enjoying the youthful flavour, crisp, green and juicy. If we could taste colours, this would be yellow. Reinette d’Obry d'Obry is a lovely, late season sharp that is just all about Single Variety Dry Cider 6.5 20 the fruit flavour. Browns Apple An easy going apple, bottled when it’s still young and Single Variety Dry Cider fresh, with lots of red apple acidity that keeps this drink 6.0 15 Bottle Conditioned refreshing and light.

A full bittersharp apple which produces a cider with bite, sweetness and astringency. Commanding a strong, Single Variety Dry Cider 6.0 15 versatile flavour, Foxwhelp is one of the most Bottle Conditioned recognisable cider apples.

Sweets & Bittersweets – tannic leading ciders, from least to most bitter/astringent

Early season eating apple that’s often overlooked in cider, but with a little bit of sugar added, the pure taste Single Variety Medium Dry of the apple as it is on the tree is revealed to be 4.5 30 Still Cider enjoyed. Naturally low ABV due to August harvesting.

Aka ‘Cider Ladies Finger’, due to the unusual elliptical C. L. F. shape of the fruit. A Herefordshire variety producing a Single Variety Dry Cider 6.5 30 pleasant, fruity cider with a little tanginess and acidity, Bottle Conditioned with a light finish.

A cider where we are not yet certain of the true name Handsome Norman of our apples, so for the meantime, it is named after my Single Variety Dry Cider 6.6 30 very handsome dog, Norman. Soft, juicy. As close as Bottle Conditioned Cider will ever get to tasting like Lilt.

Pleasant, medium body and gentle finish on this easy Cowarne Red drinking, summer cider, from a ‘sweet’ apple. Another Single Variety Dry Cider 6.5 30 variety where we aren’t certain that what we planted is Bottle Conditioned what we have!

A regular variety that’s prized for being just effortlessly Sweet Coppin drinkable. Bottled young (2020 vintage), right now this Single Variety Dry Cider 6.8 60 cider is fruity and easy. But over time it will develop Bottle Conditioned minerality. A large batch so we can enjoy that journey.

Ball’s Bittersweet A soft and gentle bittersweet variety. A classic Broome Single Variety Dry Cider Farm apple with an earthy, deep aroma and a smooth 7.3 25 Bottle Conditioned and gentle flavour of light red fruit.

Dabinett The king who needs no introduction – Dabinett is a Single Variety Dry Cider widely grown, highly valued bittersweet with a vanilla 6.8 25 Bottle Conditioned creamy body and rich tannins.

Harry Masters Jersey Probably the best 500ml Harry Masters Jersey we have Single Variety Dry Cider ever bottled. Just one barrel of the 2020 harvest. Do not 6.8 25 Bottle Conditioned sleep on this batch.

A bittersweet apple with funk and fruit. A touch of Major acidity, then a creamy, juicy body with big, phenolic Single Variety Dry Cider tannins to finish. Rather than bitterness, it is earthiness 6.8 40 Bottle Conditioned and medicinal to finish. Unique and delicious.

A variety widespread due to it's growing characteristics: Bulmer’s Norman an immensely strong, vigorous tree. The cider it Single Variety Dry Cider 6.5 20 produces is challenging, with unique bitterness and Bottle Conditioned astringency, but it makes for a satisfying drink.

Yarlington Mill A gorgeous batch of late season from Single Variety Dry Cider 2019 – a spicy, complex, cider with cloves, nutmeg, 6.3 12 Bottle Conditioned earth, straw and runny honey.

Ellis Bitter in it’s rawest form. Pressed late season but still with huge, hefty tannins that grip at your cheeks Single Variety Dry Cider 6.0 25 and suck your mouth in. Our flagship perry is made of a blend of traditional “Birdbarker Perry” perry pears chosen for their complex and Always in Sparkling Perry 5.2 complimentary flavours. Smooth, simple drinking with stock Blended Medium Dry light sugar and carbonation.

“Perry” A medium dry blended perry and the third member of Blended Medium Dry Always in our Alpaca range. Soft and fruity with a distinctive, 6.0 Alpaca Label stock aromatic perry flavour. Still (Pasteurised)

A very rare variety which dates back to at least the Red Longdon 100s, and quite likely even earlier. It has a soft and Single Variety Dry Perry 5.6 8 gentle flavour, with a little acidity and only slight Bottle Conditioned tannins. An easy drinking but delicate perry.

Hendre Huffcap A highly prized variety which makes a lemony, green Single Variety Dry Perry perry with smooth overall flavour and medium acidity 6.0 65 Bottle Conditioned and tannin. Always enjoyable.
