Die Beiden gehören zu den schnellen und mittel-kapazitiven Nahverkehrssystemen und haben damit viele Gemeinsamkeiten, aber auch Un- terschiede. Wenn eine Stadt ein schnelles und mittel-kapazitives Nahverkehrs- system einbauen möchte, müssen die Entscheidungsträger zwischen BRT und Straßenbahn erwägen und auswählen. Mit dieser Frage nimmt diese Arbeit mittelstufige BRT und moderne Straßenbah- nen als Untersuchungsobjekt. Zunächst werden die Definition, Geschichte, Zu- sammensetzungen, Spektrum und Stufe, Funktionen und Bedeutung der BRT- und Straßenbahnsysteme dargestellt. Dann werden die beiden schnellen und mittel-kapazitiven Nahverkehrssysteme von fünf Aspekten- technische Funktion, Investitionskosten, Energieverbrauch und Umweltschutz, Anpassungsmöglichkei- ten und Betrieb und Management aus mehreren Punkten wie Beförderungsfähig- keit in China detailliert und umfassend verglichen. Daraus ergeben sich die relati- ven Vor-und Nachteile von beiden. Auf dieser Grundlage wird das Auswahlmodell mit Hilfe von dem Analytischen Hierarchieprozess (AHP) aufgebaut. Vergleich und Auswahl der schnellen und mittel-kapazitiven Verkehrssysteme gehören zur Entscheidungsfragen mit mehre- ren Zielen und einer begrenzten Anzahl von Alternativen. AHP gemäß wird die hierarchische Struktur gebildet, die detaillierten und umfassenden Indikatoren zusammengestellt und das Indikatorsystem gebaut. Das Modell wird auf den kon- kreten Fall in der Stadt Changzhou angewendet. Zuletzt ergibt sich das Ergebnis, welches schnelle und mittel-kapazitive Verkehrssystem für den Verkehrskorridor in der Stadt Changzhou besser geeignet ist. Zuletzt werden Erfahrungen und Probleme bei der Entwicklung der schnellen und mittel-kapazitiven Verkehrssys- teme in China zusammengefasst und in Bezug auf den Status quo und künftige Entwicklungsrichtungen Ideen und Empfehlungen gegeben. Die Schwerpunkte der Arbeit liegen in dem detaillierten Vergleich des BRT und Straßenbahn aus verschiedenen Aspekten und Konstruktion und Anwendung des Auswahlmodells mit Hilfe von AHP. I Abstract At present BRT and tram are introduced in more and more Chinese cities. The two are fast and medium-capacitive transit systems and therefore have common ground, but also differences. If a city wants to build a fast and medium-capacitive transport system, how policy makers consider and choose between BRT and tram. With this question, this work takes BRT and modern tram as the objects. First, the definition, history, composition, spectrum and level, functions and importance of the BRT and tram systems are shown. Then the two fast and medium-capacitive transport systems are compared with detail and comprehensive from five aspects- technical function, investment costs, energy consumption and environmental pro- tection, adaptability and operation and management of detailed points as transport capacity in China. This results the relative advantages and disad- vantages of both. On this basis, the selection model is constructed using the analytic hierarchy pro- cess (AHP). Comparison and selection of fast and medium capacitive transport systems belong to the ruling with multiple objectives and a limited number of al- ternatives. The hierarchical structure is formed, the detailed and comprehensive indicators are summarized and the indicators system is built according to AHP. The model is applied to the particular case in the city of Changzhou. Last gives the result, which fast and medium capacitive transport system is better for corridor in Changzhou city. At last experiences and problems of the development of fast and medium capacitive transport systems in China are summarized and ideas and recommendation are given in terms of status quo and future development directions. The main areas of work are the detailed comparison of the BRT and tram from different aspects and construction and application of the selection model by using AHP. Summary Because of its superior efficiency, environment-friendly and aesthetic value, Bus rapid transit (BRT) system has grown to be an emerging urban public transport system in recent years. Based on the study of Xiamen BRT, the first viaduct bus rapid transit system in China, the numerous technical features of this system have been studied, such as load model, bridge type selection as well as span arrangement. Meanwhile, the design of ancillary facilities and some new construction methods have been discussed. As a significant part of urban landscape, the coherence between bridges and environment has been fully taken into account during the bridge design process. Moreover, on the basis of the static and dynamic field testing, the actual operation state and dynamic performance of this series of bridges have been analyzed. The paper also discussed the feasibility on the new concept for shifting the BRT bridges from rapid transit to light rail in long-term.
