PALAU RESORT
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Accommodation in Palau consists of 1 (one) apartment offering 5 (five) beds. The resort is located in the city centre near the commercial port, a favourable position to reach La Maddalena by ferry -boats. Besides, excursions to La Maddalena Archipelago are also possible embarking on boats leaving from the near quays.
Moreover, the accommodation is just 1 km from one of the most beautiful beaches of Palau, called
“La Sciumara”, where you can admire La Maddalena Archipelago. In addition, in about 30 minutes it is possible to reach the Emerald Coast.
HOW TO REACH PALAU
Palau can be reached by plane with a stop in Olbia, or by ferry-boat: port of embarkation
Civitavecchia – port of arrival Olbia. Then, drive on the SS125 main road towards Palau. Palau is about 40 km from Olbia. There is also a regular bus service from Olbia to Palau.
The custodian of the apartment keys is Mariscuola – La Maddalena.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Palau is a coastal small town located in the nature area of Gallura, within the Olbia-Tempio district
(Northern Sardinia). During winter it is a small town, but in summer Palau becomes a very crowded place, with its port where boats linking Sardinia to La Maddalena and its Archipelago, recently turned into National Park, sail and berth. On the East Coast , 5 km far from the city centre, the famous rock called “of the Bear” is placed; it is an impressive rock overlooking the sea that, thanks to wind and marine erosion, has taken the shape of a “Bear”.

- Giants Tomb;
- La Maddalena Island where it is possible to sail around the homonymous Archipelago;
- The enchanting town of Arzachena ;

Liscia di Vacca, Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo, Romazzino and Poltu Quatu).
ACCOMODATION DESCRIPTION
The 60 sq. m. apartment consists of :
- 1 living/dining room with a double-bedded sofa;
- 1 double room;
- 1 room with a single-bedded sofa ;
- Kitchen completely provided with tools;
- 1 bathroom with shower;
- Beach umbrellas and an exterior table with a small armchair.
Besides, the accommodation has Air conditioner and TV satellite (free).
TURNS AND PRICES
The scheduled period for the use of the apartment is from March 27th to May 12th 2015 end
October 04th to November 03th 2015 subdivided into turns of 07 days each. The all-inclusive price for the apartment is 19,40,00 Euros per day ( the price refers to 2014, during 2015 it can be subject to a slight increase).

REGULATIONS
During your stay the following regulations are applied :
TV and Radio are allowed, on condition that neighbours are not disturbed;
The accommodation admittance is allowed only to the family members indicated in the
request;
When leaving, the accommodation keys are to be left no later than 10.00 a.m.;
The recipient must watch over children and their behaviour in order to avoid damages
to the structure, furniture and other equipment. In case of damages, the restoration
costs will be billed.
Small-sized animals are allowed.
