    Rok I. Warszawa, 7 grudnia 1926 r. Ns 6 5 . WIADOMOŚCI WYŚCIGOWE ORGAN URZĘDOWY Towarzystwa Zachęty do Hodowli Koni w Polsce. KOMUNIKAT. Na podstawie art. 3 ustawy o Wyścigach Konnych (Dz. U. Rz. P z dnia 23 lipca 1925 r. Nr. 74 poz. 512) i stosownie do § 1 i 3, rozporządze­ nia Ministra Rolnictwa i Dóbr Państwowych o regulaminie czynności Komi­ tetu do spraw Wyścigów Konnych (Monitor Polski z dnia 4 sierpnia 1925 r. Nr. 178 poz. 797)—przewodniczący Komitetu do spraw Wyścigów Konnych zawiadamia, że doroczne posiedzenie Komitetu do spraw Wyścigów Kon­ nych odbędzie się dnia 10 grudnia 1926 r. o godz. 10 min. 30 w Warszawie w gmachu Ministerstwa Rolnictwa i Dóbr Państwowych (Senatorska 15) w sali marmurowej z następującym porządkiem dziennym: 1) Sprawozdanie z wyścigów odbytych w 1926 roku. 2) Urządzenie prób wyścigowych dla koni arabskich. 3) Projekt sezonów wyścigowych i ich terminów oraz ustalenie ilości dni wyścigów na różnych torach. 4) Ustanowienie specjalnych wyścigów wojskowych (military) i do­ puszczenie do udziału w takich specjalnych wyścigach płaskich dla wojsko­ wych także wałachów. Uzupełnienie do § 36 Prawideł Wyścigowych. 5) Określenie warunków wypłaty nagród i następstw, jakie mogą z tego wyniknąć w wyścigach, do udziału w których dopuszczone były ko­ nie pod protestem. Uzupełnienie do § 29 Prawideł Wyścigowych. 6) Poprawka redakcyjna do ustępu szóstego § 47-go. 7) O startach bez używania maszyny do startowania. Uzupełnienie do § 92 Prawideł Wyścigowych. 8) O ustaleniu stroju dla dosiadających koni w wyścigach. Uzupełnienie do § 113 Prawideł Wyścigowych. — 974 — 9) Ustalenie jednolitej nomenklatury technicznej. 10) Wyraźne oznaczenie w programach prób o charakterze nie wyści­ gów, a zawodów konnych (konkursów).
