(4) of section twenty-three of the Road Traffic Act (Northern Ireland), 1955(a), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby orders and directs as follows:- 1. The directions contained in the Roads (Speed Limit) Order (Northern Ireland), 1956(b), relative to the lehgthsof road specified in the First Schedl:lle to this Order are hereby revoked. 2. Each of the lengths of road specified in the Second Schedule shall be a restricted road for the purposes oJ the said section twenty-three. 3.
