N Ú M . 8 7 NUMERO 5.259 MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO Y ASUNTOS SOCIALES TESORERIA GENERAL DE LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL DIRECCION PROVINCIAL DE GRANADA EDICTO DE NOTIFICACION DE RECLAMACIONES DE DEUDA El Jefe de la Unidad competente de la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el ar- tículo 59.4 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedi- miento Administrativo Común (B.O.E. 27/11/92), a los sujetos responsables del pago de deudas comprendidos en la re- lación que se acompaña y epigrafiados de acuerdo con el régimen de la Seguridad Social en el que se encuentran inscritos, ante la imposibilidad (por ser desconocidos, ignorarse el lugar de la notificación, o bien intentada ésta no se hubiese podido practicar) de comunicarles las reclamaciones por descubiertos a la Seguridad Social emitidas contra ellos, se les hace saber que, en aplicación de lo previsto en el artículo 30 de la Ley General de la Seguridad Social, de 20 de junio de 1994 (B.O.E. 29/6/94), según la redacción dada al mismo por el art. 5.6 de la Ley 52/2003, de disposiciones es- pecíficas en materia de Seguridad Social (B.O.E. 11/12/03), podrán acreditar ante la administración correspondiente de la Seguridad Social, que han ingresado las deudas exigidas en los plazos indicados a continuación: a) Hasta el último día hábil del mes siguiente a esta publicación: las actas de liquidación, de infracción, las reclamacio- nes de otros recursos y por prestaciones indebidas. b) Hasta el día cinco del mes siguiente al de la publicación o el inmediato hábil posterior si la publicación se realiza en- tre los días uno y quince, y hasta el día 20 del mes siguiente al de la publicación o el inmediato hábil posterior si la publi- cación se realiza entre los días dieciséis y último de cada mes; las reclamaciones de deuda con y sin presentación de do- cumentos, los documentos por acumulación de deuda, por derivación de responsabilidad, y por recargo de mora. Se previene que, en caso de no actuar así, se iniciará el procedimiento de apremio, mediante la emisión de la provi- dencia de apremio, con aplicación de los recargos establecidos en el artículo 27 de la mencionada Ley, y en el 10 del vi- gente Reglamento General de Recaudación de la Seguridad Social (R.D. 1415/2004 de 11 de junio, B.O.E. 25/06/04). Contra el presente acto y dentro del plazo de un mes contado desde el siguiente a su publicación podrá interponerse recurso de alzada ante la Directora Provincial, en el caso de reclamaciones de deuda, y ante el Director Territorial de la Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social en el caso de actas. El procedimiento no se suspenderá salvo que se garantice el importe de la deuda reclamada conforme a lo dispuesto en el art. 46 del citado Reglamento.     Tacoronte es el título del nuevo monográfico del Centro de Documentación de Canarias y América (CEDOCAM). El centro ofrece un listado bibliográfico (monografías, artículos, páginas web y vídeos) sobre la historia, cultura, tradiciones y gentes de este municipio. Like Agra, India, and the Taj Mahal, the Andalusian city of Granada in southern Spain is so well known for a single monument—the Alhambra, a walled fortress housing magnificent 13th- to 15th-century Moorish palaces and gardens—that the city itself is sometimes overlooked. With more than two million visitors descending on the Alhambra, a Unesco World Heritage site, every year, the city’s tourism industry had settled into a somewhat formulaic routine of shuttling visitors in and out of the city in about 24 hours. But recently, some other ancient structures have been restored, and the region’s distinc- tive gastronomy has come into its own. The city that was home to the poet Federico García Lorca, the painter José Guerrero, and the composer Manuel de Falla has deep cultural roots, but now a new crop of small foundations and independent exhibition spaces has revived its arty buzz. Let the Alhambra wait a bit while getting seduced by the city that has grown up around it.     Memorial to Josep-Maria Fontboté I Mussolas 1921-1989 MICHEL DURAND-DELGA Université Paul-Sabatier, 31400 Toulouse, France An eminent personality in Spanish geology, Josep-Maria Fontboté, died peacefully in his sleep September 13,1989, at his home at Sant Boi de Llobregat, near Barcelona. He was the best known Spanish geologist of his time outside his own country, and he also played an important role within Spain. He was born on June 8, 1921, in Barcelona, but lived for a long period in Andalusia. The end of his secondary school education and his enrollment at the Catalan Uni­ versity coincided with the end of the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939), and because of his youth he escaped the hor­ rors of war. He was just 17 years old when the troops of General Franco entered Barcelona in January 1939. Between 1939 and 1943 he prepared the “Licen­ ciatura” (M.S.) in natural sciences. In 1943 he was an assistant, and in 1948 assistant professor at the laboratory directed by Professor Solé Sabaris, who introduced him to geomorphology. At the same time Josep increased his knowledge in his preferred disciplines of tectonics and petrology at foreign universities: in Belgium with Professors Fourmarier and P. Michot, and in Switzerland with Pro­ fessor Wegmann. Thus, it was with a solid foundation that he started his Ph.D. thesis, on the Paleozoic axial zone of the Catalan Pyrenees, in the headwaters of the Ter River. In 1961, Josep married his student colleague in geography, Montserrat Rubio i Lois, daugh­ ter of the illustrious humanist Jordi Rubio.
