Upon the foregoing, the Court finds that Defendants' Renewed Motion for Summary Judgment should be granted, based upon undisputed facts. This Court, through a predecessor judge, denied Defendants' previously filed Motion for Summary Judgment. On March 25, 2005, an opinion column by sports-writer Mike Freeman ("Freeman"), entitled "Daly, Duval Star in Golfs Surreal Life" ("Column"), appeared in the print edition of The Florida Times-Union and on its website (found under the domain name jacksonville.com). A copy thereof is attached hereto. In the Column, Freeman expressed opinions about the long-standing, public controversy surrounding Daly's career and personal life.

    THE 2006 PGA MEDIA GUIDE – 411 PGA of America Awards ¢ PGA Player of the Year The PGA Player of the Year Award is given to the top PGA Tour player based on his tournament wins, official money standing and scoring average. The point system for selecting the PGA Player of the Year was amended in 1982 and is as follows: 30 points for winning the PGA Championship, U.S. Open, British Open or Masters; 20 points for winning The Players Championship; and 10 points for winning all other designated PGA Tour events.     COLLEGE OF THE HOLY CROSS Clutch Strokes: Performance Under Pressure in Golf Jeffrey Paadre This paper examines 10 years worth of PGA Tour Tournament data in order to examine whether or not clutch performance exists during the final round of a tournament. After controlling scores for differences in course difficulty, the paper finds no evidence of tangible clutch performance. The authors find that the perception of clutch performance is more likely attributable to talent differential between golfers. Assuming a normal distribution of golfer talent, it is possible that Tiger Woods can outshoot his opponents on the final day of a tournament as well as lose his lead to his competitors. Motivation and Literature In professional sports, heroes can be created through the concept of clutch performance. The perception of clutch performance occurs when an athlete raises his or her performance to an extraordinary level during the most important moments of a sporting event. Athletes such as David Ortiz and Adam Vinatieri have been immortalized as legends due to their consistent ability to help their teams win baseball and football games during important games where the outcome was hanging in the balance. Conversely Bill Buckner and Scott Norwood are amongst the unfortunate athletes burdened with reputations as choke artists based on their inability to perform well when their teams needed a high performance the most. One of the challenges that accompanies examining performance under pressure lies within trying to define which performances constitute clutch performance. For example, in 2005 John Henry, the owner of the Boston Red Sox, presented David Ortiz with a plaque inscribed “David Ortiz: The Greatest Clutch Hitter in the History of the Boston Red Sox”.

Alex Cejka, 66-67-72=205 (-11) Alex Cejka enters the final round of THE PLAYERS with a 5-shot lead, the first time in his career he holds a 54- hole outright lead. Prior to this week, Cejka’s best position entering a final round on the PGA TOUR was a share of the lead at the 2001 British Open Championship. His 5-stroke lead entering the final round is the largest 54-hole lead in tournament history, bettering a 4-stroke advantage by Greg Norman in 1994 and Larry Mize in 1986. The five-time winner joins just four others – Tom Watson (1980), Nick Price (1994), Vijay Singh (2004) and Tiger Woods (1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2013) as the only players to have won five or more times in a season since 1980. The 27-year-old Australian won in February at the Farmers Insurance Open in a four-man playoff. He appeared to be heading into contention at the U.S. Open at Chambers Bay, but vertigo symptoms from an inner-ear infection kept him from playing his best down the stretch. Day finished the event T9. His next tournament, The Open Championship at St. Andrews, his birdie putt at the final hole finished one rotation from going in and putting him in a playoff. He came back the next week, however, to win for the second time of the season at the RBC Canadian Open. After a T12 at the World Golf Championships-Bridgestone Invitational, Day’s breakthrough win at a major championship came with a dominant victory at the PGA Championship. Day’s victory at Whistling Straits followed six top-five finishes in major championships in the last four years. The win moved him to No. 2 in the FedExCup standings.
