Year 7 A Different School Day For students who did not attend the Bushcraft trip we planned an exciting and competitive day in school. Students were put into teams and they competed for points throughout the day to win a prize at the end. Challenges included:

 Building the tallest tower

from the materials

provided.  A scenario challenge.  A tutor time quiz.  Softball and other sporting challenges.  Team building games.  Balloon car racing with the science department. We were really impressed with how involved the students got throughout the day. It was a brilliant opportunity for them to work with new students as a team and solve problems together.

I was at school and I enjoyed the team games because it gave me an opportunity to meet and interact with new people. Also, I enjoyed the softball because it was a whole new sport and I now understand it. John Cooper The best part about Monday was the nerve wrecking game of softball! Cameron Debond
