Events

The 5th annual Guns and Hoses softball tournament was held May 4th and 5th, 2012 in Chapel Hill. Unfortunately, our DFD team lost two games in a row against Garner FD and Newton Fire and Safety to be eliminated but Captain Swain reported that the games were close.

DFD Divisions Recognized for Teamwork This group of people came together to put on the 2012 Jr Fire Mar- shal Program. As a team made from 2 different departments and several divisions of those departments made this program enjoya- ble and a learning event for the 21 youths that attended.
