What, if any, extra money has been allocated to hospitals to implement the new miscarriage protocol that requires a midwife to be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in hospital emergency departments? Ms REBA MEAGHER: The Leader of the Opposition's question surprises me as it pre-empts the recommendations of the inquiry.
