TETRA – CHW led intervention • Technology Enabled Community Health Worker led intervention to reduce CVD burden. • Low cost point of care devices and tablet for CHW and telemedicine to facilitate HTN and DM identification and treatment. • Partly funded by HP foundation. Dengue projects • Dengue Sero-prevelance among adults in a outpatient clinic setting. (Completed) • DNG 10: Sero-prevelance of dengue IgG among children 5-10 years in the Medchal area. (Completed) • DNG 09: Prospective community based incidence study of symptomatic dengue in the Shamirpet population. Efforts are on to protect and integrate these stunning rock formations into the development process through creative architecture and conservation mechanisms. The Society to Save Rocks is working towards protection and conservation of rock formations in the Deccan Plateau. It has been instrumental in getting 23 rock precincts in and around Hyderabad notified under the Heritage Regulations of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, Government of Andhra Pradesh, in the years 1998 and 2009. In this calendar, the Society presents to you images of all these protected sites, taken by wellwishers of the Society. Location and survey numbers are mentioned on each page.
