That all commissio s ereafter issued as ensigns in the line of the v s n h n Na y , econd lieutena ts in t e Mari e Corps, and in the lowest commissioned grades O f the Staff Corps of the Navy with the rank of ensign,may be rev oked by the e a e s n S cr y h vy , u uch gul i s as h y p sc i y e tar of t e N nd r re at o e ma re r be , at an e e s t s s m n n tim during a period of two y ar from the da e of uch com issio s, a d each oflicer whose commission is so rev oked sha ll be discharged from the service with n ’ h Of ‘ not more tha one year s pay .
