Nine students have been awarded Ph.D. degrees (6 in Zoology and 3 in Environmental Science) and 04 more students are working for their Ph.D. degree in Zoology, under my guidance and supervision.

CAREER OBJECTIVES:  Try to be a good teacher, researcher and administrator.  Try to do good and original research work for publishing in standard and reputed and peer reviewed national or international research Journals, as I have plans to submit (within coming 05-10 years) the same for D.Sc. degree at the University of Hull, England, UK.  Try to construct some "mathematical models of the aquatic ecosystem", which would be of immense help in forecasting and controlling, both man - made and natural global disasters.

INTERESTS AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES:  I taught myself to play the flute, drums (tabala) and solo singing.  I enjoy getting together with family and friends for a musical Evening.  Now and then I play Cricket, Snooker and Shuttle Badminton during leisure time.  I do Yogasanas every day morning from 4.30 to 6.30 am to keep myself physically fit, as I believe in strong body and a sound mind.
