About the company: Vikane Tannlegekontor AS is a small clinic employing one dentist and one assistant/manager. It is a shareholding company owned by local people and companies in the small communities of Innvik and Utvik. It is run by a Board of five persons. Due to the clinic being privately owned we only have adult, paying patients and they come from a wide geographical area. Vikane Tannlegekontor AS is situated in the health center in Innvik with GP, school nurse and physiotherapist. The kindergarten and primary school is just across the road. Information about the position: We are looking for one dentist in fulltime permanent possition for our department in Innvik.
Position demands: The applicant must have MA degree of Dentist Physician. Some experience is required. Language skills: Fluent English and basic knowledge in a Scandinavian language. Must obtain Norwegian licence/authorization (see www.sak.no)
Wages: From NOK 500 000 (app. Euro 62 500) gross pr. year. Frequency of payment: monthly. The salary is 35 percent of gross income for the Dentist office, minus technician costs.
Housing/family: As for all the practicalities we will help with housing, school for children, Norwegian language training ect. In Stryn, the county center 34 km from Innvik, there is evening classes in Norwegian, and we can probably also arrange for local tutor.
