The Black Bears began play as an expansion team in the West Coast League in 2010. In 2014 their inaugural season, they managed a record of 18 wins and 30 losses. In the follow- Overall 28-22 ing season, their record improved to 28-26, with the team narrowly missing the WCL League 24-21 Non-league 4-1 playoffs by losing the final game of the season. In 2012, the Black Bears made it to the Division 12-9 playoffs, coming in second in the West division, but lost in the first two games. In 2013, Home games 14-12 Away games 14-10 they were 28-26 and two games out of the WCL Playoffs. The 2011 meeting went to the AppleSox and the 2012 Home Series 7-2 Away Series 5-3 game to Cowlitz. Wenatchee won 5 of the 6 meetings in 2010, all six in 2011, and 4 of 6 in First game of series 8-9 2012.
