Biographical Note Sonya Rapoport was an American conceptual/ digital artist. Rapoport was born in Boston, Massachusetts on October 6, 1923. She studied at Massachusetts College of Art, Boston University and New York University, where she earned a B.A. in Labor Economics in 1946. She and her husband Henry Rapoport moved to Berkeley, California in 1947.
