This will be provided and installed by a company called Green Retreats. The office unit will have the following dimensions 2.5m x 3.5m x 3m (H x W x D) . The survey by Green Retreats showed the edge of the office unit will be between 1.0 and 1.5 metres from the base of the tree in question. Green Retreats will use a foundation system of mini piles at 1m intervals. These piles normally go to depths between 300mm and 600mm. Green Retreats are aware of the TPO status at our site and have experience of dealing with this situation and supporting the required planning application process. They will space the mini piles to avoid the root system and also line the pile holes with plastic sheeting to protect any tree roots from the concrete. Further details of their foundation process can be provided by them if required. The tree next to the proposed Garden Office location is a Cypress at the end / within the boundaries of the garden of 4 Strawberry Crescent. We have had some tree work done on it previously (17th March 2014 - Ref TP/88/14/TPO 1293).
