Students at the Seafarers Harry Lundeberg School of Seamanship promoted the school and dis­ played the results of their training in seamanship skills at several public events this summer. A group of trainees participated in an American Sail Training As­ sociation event at St. Mary's (Md.) College. The students competed in a variety of nautical-style events. The highlight of the day for the group was winning the lifeboat QMED Baredian races.
