37 years of history

The top Bulgarian Rally is an event with 37 years of history The HQ is in Borovetz, the most famous Bulgarian winter resort (6000 beds in different categories) located some 70 km from the capital Sofia. The Rally has an itinerary, totaling 736.86 km with 13 SS (282.61 km) all in asphalt. In 2006 G. Basso (I) with Fiat Punto S2000 won the rally, watched by over 220,000 spectators. The event was sponsored by big international and national companies (incl. insurance companies, oil pro- ducers, petrol stations and mobile phone operators). The rally is very compact and selective with its route and beautiful scenery. A super special stage will be held on the streets of Borovetz, and the tough SS will be a challenge and a test for both cars and drivers. The Organisers of Bulgaria Rally will offer ex- cellent conditions to its participants. As usual the Bulgarian rally will have extensive media coverage and help both from the state and from local authorities. Last year the Rally had 13 hours of TV cov- erage and over 180 journalists were accredited to the media press centre. The itinerary is linked to the HQ by the A-1 highway and by local road Sofia-Borovetz. The Rally HQ in Borovetz is easy to reach by plane (Sofia airport is 60 km away) and by road (150 km from Serbian and Greek border).

Най-голямото българско рали е състезание с 37 годишна история Щабът му е в Боровец, най-известния зимен курорт (6 000 легла в различни категории), нами- ращ се на 70 км от столицата София. Маршрутът на ралито е 736,86 км с 13 специални етапа (282,61 км) всичките на асфалт. През 2006, Дж. Басо (Италия) с Фиат Пунто S2000 спечели ралито, наблюдавано от над 220 000 зрители. Състезанието се спонсорира от най-големите международни и национални компании (вкл. застрахователни компании, производители на петролни продукти, бензиностанции и мобилни оператори). Ралито е много компактно и селективно с неговия маршрут и красива природа. Първият специален етап се провежда по улиците на Боровец, като той представлява предизвикателство и тест за колите и пилотите. Организаторите на Рали “България” предлагат отлични условия на неговите участници. Както обикновенно българското рали има обширно медийно покритие и се подпомага от държавните и местните власти. Миналата година Рали “България” имаше 13 часа телевизионно време и присъстваха над 180 акредитирани журналисти от страната и Европа. Маршрутът се свърза с щаба чрез магистрала А-1 и пътя София – Боровец.
