GEORGE MOORE is a producer, writer, composer and jazz trained keys player based in East London. After studying at the Guildhall College of Music & Drama he spent a number of years on the circuit as a professional musician, working as a Musical Director and playing keys on projects as diverse as Mura Masa, Jorja Smith, Florence & The Machine and All Saints. George’s transition into writing & production came through early collaborations with Kwabs co-writing Perfect Ruin, Pray For Love and Layback on Kwabs’ debut album ‘Love + War’. He has co-writing/production credits with NAO, Clean Bandit, Yebba, Rationale, Anais, Lil Halima and LUME. George co-wrote and produced the debut single ‘Evergreen’ for the hotly tipped, grammy award winning US artist Yebba. He has forthcoming releases with Snoh Aalegra, Lapsley and Mika and has recently been working with Banks, Paloma Faith, Kevin Garrett, Cautious Clay, Jasmine Thompson and Junior Williams. *George is also available for strings and horns arrangement, Credits: NAO (RCA), Matt Maltese (Atlantic) and Elli Ingram (Island). More than ten years on now, I have set contemporary eyes on the challenges Indigenous Peoples face against the continued onslaught of globalized forces. 1 Robert Alan Hershey is an Attorney at Law, Clinical Professor of Law Emeritus, and immediate past Director of Clinical Education for the Indigenous Peoples Law & Policy Program at the University of Arizona. He received his law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1972. He began his legal career as a Staff Attorney for the Fort Defiance Agency of Dinebeiina Nahilna Be Agaditahe (DNA Legal Services) on the Navajo Indian Reservation. Thereafter, as a sole practitioner, Professor Hershey specialized in Indian affairs. From 1983 to 1999, he served as Spe- cial Litigation Counsel and Law Enforcement Legal Advisor to the White Mountain Apache Tribe, and, from 1995 to 1997, as Special Counsel to the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. Professor Hershey has also served continuously from 1989–present as Judge Pro Tem- pore for the Tohono O’odham Judiciary, and he is a past Associate Justice for the Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribal Court of Appeals.

Consequently, there is a need to further study school leaders and their views, practices, and implementation of equity. This study captures school leaders’ conceptions of equity and the processes towards its realization and/or attainment. I present several significant findings using analysis of “resonant threads” and critical race theory.
