Of these, 78 are wholly or partially owned shopping centres, and 29 are managed on behalf of external owners. Sandvika Storsenter Sandvika Storsenter is located in Sandvika in Bærum, and is a regional centre for the population in the municipalities west of Oslo. The shopping centre is strategically positioned at a traffic interchange, and has approximately 6 million visitors annually. This is Norway’s biggest shopping centre in terms of sales, and is home to some of the country’s most affluent consumers in their primary market. The centre is Norway’s best for fashion/ textiles, with wide coverage of the most popular concepts available today. In 2010, it was named Norway’s shopping centre of the year and best shopping centre in the Nordic region. Sandvika Storsenter Storsenter Lagunen Storsenter ligger i Laguneparken i Fana bydel i Bergen, og har utviklet seg til et populært handelsområde for folk i Bergen og Hordaland. Hver uke har senteret 130.000 besøkende. Senteret er under utbygging, og vil ferdigstilles i november 2018. Lagunen utvikles bymessig med kvartaler, gågater og allmenninger, levende fasader og parkering under bakken. Senteret får også et utvidet handels- og serveringstilbud i tillegg til etablering av kino og treningssenter. Totalt består dette byggetrinnet av totalt ca. 50.000 kvm. ny bygningsmasse. Senteret integreres også med buss- og bybaneterminal til det største kollektivknutepunktet utenfor Bergen sentrum. AMFI Moa AMFI Moa i Spjelkavik utenfor Ålesund er Norges 3. største kjøpesenter målt i omsetning. Senteret består av tre bygg; Moa Nord, Moa Øst og Moa Syd, hvor Nord og Syd er forbundet med en gangbro. AMFI Moa er en viktig handelsdestinasjon og trafikknutepunkt i Ålesund, med en økende etterspørsel etter lokaler. Siden 2012 har det pågått en stor utbygging og utvikling av hele Moa-området. Det omfattende prosjektet har foregått i fem etapper, og skal binde alle de tre delene av senteret tettere sammen. I tillegg til handelsarealer består siste byggetrinn også av kontorlokaler, flere spisesteder og kinosenter med 6 saler, og vil ferdigstilles i november 2018. Senteret vil få over 200 leietakere med forventet omsetning på over 3,5 milliarder, og forventes å bli Norges største kjøpesenter. AMFI Moa Kvadrat Kvadrat is located in Sandnes and is one of Norway’s largest shopping centres in terms of both sales and area. The centre opened in 1984 and has been expanded and updated multiple times - the most recent expansion was in 2016. Kvadrat has established a strong position extending far beyond the immediate area around Sandnes/Sola/Stavanger. There are 170 stores spread across multiple sectors, however clothing/ shoes/fashion is the largest individual industry represented with around 70 stores. The centre received a new façade and was extended by 1,500 m² in 2015. A further 18,500 m² were upgraded in 2016. The centre is centrally located by the E39 highway in one of Norway’s fastest growing municipalities. Jessheim Storsenter Jessheim Storsenter ligger midt i sentrum av Jessheim by, kun 10 km øst for Oslo Lufthavn. Jessheim er Akershus største by, og ligger i landets hurtigst voksende kommune. Skovly er et større byutviklingsprosjekt på Jessheim, som blant annet vil bestå av boliger, kontorlokaler, butikker og parkeringsanlegg. Skovly-prosjektet vil gjøre Jessheim til et moderne og urbant område med økt bosetting. Første del av byggetrinnet Skovly Vest åpnet i oktober 2017, og består av et parkeringsanlegg med 800 plasser og 6 nye butik- ker. I tillegg kommer det et unikt boligprosjekt med grønt- områder på taket. En fargerik gangbro knytter Skovly Vest sammen med Jessheim Storsenter. Storsenter Strømmen Storsenter is strategically located between Oslo and Oslo Airport, and is in close proximity to public transportation. The centre has been expanded multiple times, most recently in 2012 with the opening of 85 new stores. With a total of 200 stores, Strømmen Storsenter is the largest shopping centre in Norway in terms of number of tenants, and Norway’s second largest in terms of sales. The centre was named Shopping Centre of the Year in Norway 2015, and has won the Norway’s Best Centre Campaign four times. Strømmen Storsenter has a broad mix of stores comprising both Norwegian and international chains, as well as local niche stores.
