E-quotations are invited from the interested Companies/parties/MNCs for leasing out of Karumuthu Centre, 3rd Floor, North Wing, No.498/2, New No.634/2,Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai‐600035

The e-quotations should be submitted in the prescribed format of Letter of Intent (LOI)/Quotation as detailed in Annexure-1 alongwith company/firm profile at [email protected]

E-Quotation should be mailed at [email protected] superscripted as “Quotation for leasing of 3rd Floor at Karumuthu Centre, Chennai” latest by 23.09.2019.

The quotations will be opened on 24th September, 2019 at 11.30 AM at Apparel House, Sector‐44, Gurgaon ‐ 122003 in the presence of such agencies who may wish to be present.

8. Common Maintenance Charges

In addition to the lease rent, the lessee would be required to pay monthly Common Miantenance Charges to the building Society on the leased portion for providing the round the clock security at main gate, lighting in common area and maintenance of lifts.

9. Electricity

The lessee shall be liable to pay all such charges of usage of electricity from electric meter provided exclusively for the subject premises as per bill to the electricity authority.

10. Water Tax

The lessee shall be liable to pay Water & Sewerage Tax to conerned authority
