Regulation of International Budo Events in 2011 All member of team (competitors, coach) are expected to be on their best behaviour at all times, no abusive language will be tolerated, the penalty will be disqualification for the entire team from all programs in 2011 international events.

Note! Any person in the wrong category either through weight, age, Height or grade on the competition day, it is not possible to join another weight category, and will be disqualified with no refund. Please inform your students correctly to avoid disappointment.

Coach rules: Age limit of coach minimum 21 years old, Per 10 competitors one extra coach card. Please write the name of the coach and extra coach on entry list. During the competition day it is not possible to get extra coach card. Coach is only one can make protest for any cases and will be paying 5o euro for each case. Coaches must in sportsclothing or suit and sportshoes.

Participants: No limit (open). You are welcome to enrol as many participants as you wish. It is possible to participate in 1, 2, or all disciplines. Age: The minimum age is 7 years for kata-form and 8 years after the kumite/contest rules Grade: Minimum grade is 7 kyu . Referees: No limit (open). We will establish an International multi styles Referee Committee. You are welcome to enrol as many referees as you wish. We look forward every team bring at list 1 referee, it will give better quality on judgment.

Doctor /First aid: The Doctors' decision is final regarding the capability of a competitor to continue.

Important: The organizer is not responsible for missing property and/or for injuries during the competition day. Participation is on your own risk. Insurants: every team need make a insurants before take participant’s (please send the copy of insurants with your forms)

EQUIPMENT and protection REQUIRMENTS:

• Clean uniforms in good repair, after there system/styles just with 1 logo or country flag, or styles without graphic, or sponsors or any other on. • Fist guards & Mouth Guards for karate rules shobu Ippon and shobu rules • Groin protectors for males & female for all rules. • Belt blue and red • Chest & Face/mask protectors for both females & male for Kumite Sougobudo rules. * Not allowed in the competition area: − Audience & sepputer of team Must takes place in the tribune, not in competition area. − Drinks and food can not be used in contest area. − If one group is too large, groups can be newly formed according to the organizers discretion If groups are less 3 then competitors will be placed together in a one group in a meaningful way. to be taken into consideration regarding the gym floors:

Authorisation for Videoing must be obtained in advance form the organiser at a cost of €40.00 Equipment and Refreshments will be on sale on the day Notes for Registration: • Valid passport must be shown at the registration. • Any martial arts-Budo-karate passports you wish to have signed must be handed over at the registration. • The coach will receive a schedule for the competitions by email or online system after the registration. Enclosures: Please enclose a copy of your banking receipt with the enrolment forms. Please also enclose 1 photo, in passport size, with your name and country on the back, for the registration form & ID card and email to us.

Any team with there spectator-suporter-competitor-coach or team leader infringing the above rules will be asked to leave the sports hall and international events programs, no refund will be given, and the name of the club concerned will be reported officialy to their association and their governing body. Shikkaku may be invoked when a contestant or delegations act in a way which harms the prestige and honour of Karate-do. We do try to run events to time but unfortunately all competitions do experience slight problems. Your help is attention is needed on all the above points, so everyone may enjoy a safe and enjoyable day.

Awards: 1st 2nd and 3rd place will be awarded with the international Cup 2011 unique medals All representatives, referees, coaches, and contestants will receive a diploma for their participation at the event.

Open International intercontinental karate-kobudo & Budo Cup 2011 Is open to all clubs, organizations and federations in styles, the team can joiun any disiplins or all of them

International seminars It is open to every clubs & organizations, registration needed.

Open International Martial arts grand Demonstration Gala 2011 Is special category and class for any styles make demonstration just 1 round and referee find the best for the 1,2,3 places. Must be more then 1 person include.

International Conference for all styles, clubs, organizations There will be conference for all martial arts and karate representative and leader of teams. Please send name and rank and position of the person in charge to be in conference to register for the conference. It is important to have list in our hand as soon as possible.

Greeting letter: If you wish to promote your club/organization every leader or master of team can send us greeting letter for the International event 2011 on there letter head with there photo and full name and position It will be publish
