Chair Jerry Rhoads called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. and welcomed those joining the meeting via ZOOM or Livestream. The roll was called and the following Board members were present: Eric Crigler, Virginia Gray, Sharon Green, Warren Norman, Leon Owens, Jerry Rhoads, Lisa Rudolph, Phil Schooley, Melony Shemberger and Don Tharpe. Absent: none.
