ACTED: reported that recently 41 families have been affected due to Amo River overflow and have lost their properties in Barzangi village of Emamsahib district and have been displaced to Emamsahib district center. The mentioned families are in bad condition and need to be assessed. 3 Screening of The meeting members screened all petitions and they agreed upon below action points:  IDPs petitions  All meeting members agreed to assess all 1251 families’ petitions (1208 Chardara, 20 Qalaizal and and 23 different districts) that have displaced due to ongoing military operations in Chardara arrangement and Qalaizal and other districts to Kunduz city. of joint  ACTED tasked to compare the Chardara IDPs petitions with their database that have been assessment responded in the last two months in Kunduz city, then will submit the petitions to joint teams assessment teams.  Five joint assessment teams including of ERM Partners established to assess the collected petitions.  ACTED tasked to take the leading of joint assessment teams and will share the IDPs daily updates with OCHA and other partners.  The assessment will be started on 26 Sep and all team members will be gathered in DoRR Kunduz office at 08:30 am for going to the field.  599 families’ petitions have been referred to UNHCR that have been displaced six months or year ago and for further action UNCHR will have separate meeting with partners.  RRAA colleagues agreed to assess jointly with ACTED, IOM and ANDMA 41 families that have been affected due to Amo River overflow in Emamsahib district.  At the end, DoRR asked all partners to continue their assessments on Fridays and Saturdays due to urgency of IDPs situation and bad condition.

4 Cluster  Handicap International: reported their last three months’ achievements as below: updates  Psychosocial + Physical rehabilitation support services for 326 individuals (male 195, Female 131),  Awareness session on Psychological distresses/symptoms for 299 individuals (male 116, Female 183)  Mine Risk Education Sessions for 760 individuals (male 483, Female 277),  Psychoeducation sessions for 162 individuals (male 96, Female 66)  Group/Family/Recreational sessions for 254 individuals (male 79, Female 175)  Referral to external actors (ICRC, SCA, KRH-MH ward, MSF) for 18 individuals (male 11, female 7) along with Transportation Cost.

 DACAAR: reported about 70 tube wells in Chardara, Dasht-e-Archi, ,

and Qala-e-Zal Districts of Kunduz Province that was funded through CHF WASH Project in

2018 and all 70 tube wells have been completed. Here are the details of Tube wells by district:

5 Tube well in Qalaizal, 5 Tube well in Khanabad, 20 Tube well in Chardara, 15 in Dasht-e-

Archi and 25 in Emamsahib districts. Beside of that 50 Tube well rehabilitated, 10 Tube wells

in Emamsahib, 10 in Dasht-e-Archi, 10 Khanabad, 10 in Qalaizal and 10 in Char Dara

Districts. The Hygiene Promoters had 3 visits in 5 districts. So far DACAAR distributed Hygiene kits for 2500 families, 350 BSF in 5 districts, 600 Bath and latrine have been constructed. 50 Bath and latrine in Qalaizal, 100 in Chardara ,150 in Khanabad, 200 in Emamsahib and 100 in Dasht-e-Archi districts. In addition, that DACAAR has planning to construct 20 tube wells another in two districts as well 10 tube wells will be repaired  5 tube wells have been planned in Chardara district, 3 tube wells have already completed and two are ongoing.  15 Tube wells have been planned for , 12 tube wells boring are completed and 3 Tube wells are ongoing.  10 Tube wells have planned to be repaired, still DACAAR have selected the area for 10 tube wells.  Health Net TPO: during the last three months HN-TPO provided health, protection and nutrition services to the IDPs in Kunduz center, Chardara, Qalaizal, Imam Sahib, Khanabad and Dasht e Archi districts through 4 mobile health teams and FPC center. During this period, 20328 individual (women, men, boys, girls) examined and received related medical treatment. 8563 people mobilized through health education and awareness sessions by community mobilizers for their health care taking. 1253 pregnant women have got their second visit of ANC (Ant Natal Care) by midwife. 140 home deliveries assisted by mobile health team midwives. The number of PNC visits (Post Natal Care visits) by midwives reach to 848 visits.

3088 doses of different vaccines have been applied to the children and women. During the mentioned period 4979 children (6-59 months old) have been screened for nutrition status. 1074 of them have been admitted for acute moderately malnutrition treatment and 561 children which were under treatment of moderately acute malnutrition cured and discharged from the treatment. 447 pregnant and lactating women were admitted for malnutrition treatment, 144 of the pregnant and lactating women who were already under malnutrition treatment cured and discharged from treatment. Psychosocial support services have been provided for 12931 individuals (women, men, girls, boys) through Psychosocial Support Training, GBV Training, Campaign on Elimination of Bad Practices Psycho education /Awareness, Support groups, Discussion Forum, Recreational Activities for Children, Case Management, Referral Case to other Organization activities.  The United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS): works with the government directorate of mine action coordination (DMAC) and other stakeholders to reduce the threat and impact of mines and ERW, including cluster munitions and abandoned improvised mines (new contamination), on peace and security, humanitarian relief, human rights, and socio-economic development; with an aim to secure levels of prevention and protection for individuals and communities and promotes the rights of persons with disabilities, including mine/ERW survivors. UNMAS Role as of 1st June 2018 - advisor to DMAC and MAPA - providing technical and financial support of VTF funded projects. During the past 3 months (June, July, Aug) 2 VTF funded projects has been completed their planned demining activities in Khan Abad, Rustaq, Tashkan and Argo districts and demining resources have been relocated to Khulm and Tala Wa Barfak districts. UNMAS is going to lunch non-technical survey of new contamination as a pilot phase in Imam Sahib district following completion of situational analysis of the district. Challenges/Constraints/Gaps to Mine Action: Ongoing Conflicts: o AIEDs, PPIEDs & UXO/ERW - new contamination continue to report o Inaccessibility due to insecurity o ERW and PPIEDs remain the main factor of civilian casualties Funding shortfall of Mine, ERW and PPIEDs civilian casualties’ data collection resources

 WAW: received 2 projects form OXFAM 1: Drought Project funded by OXFAM and implementing by WAW Kunduz. The project title is Emergency Food Security and livelihoods Response in Kunduz Province ( EFSL-RIKA) and this project has two components: Case for food for 175 HHs and livelihoods assets for 50 HHs. The located in Khanabad district and 225 HHs (1575 individuals) targeted beneficiaries.

Counter Partner: ANDMA and DAIL are the counter partners and project started on 01 September 2018 will be ended on 31 December 2018. 2: Protection Project funded by GAC/OXFAM and implementing by WAW and ADA Kunduz. The main objectives of the project is EFVSL, WASH and Protection Response and has 4 components: Case for food work, MPC, WASH and Protection. The project located in Khanabad, Emamsahib, Kunduz Center and WAW has responsible for Protection part and ADA has responsible for MPC, Cash for work and WASH Parts Project started on 01 June 2018 will be ended on 31 May 2019.  Solidarities International: reported about the progress of CHF Project that will be implemented in Khanabad and Chardara for drought affected people: The project started on 1st September 2018 and will be ended on 28 Feb 2019. This project has two main components (Water Supply and Hygiene Promotion). Below are the details of the project: Water Supply:  Water trucking,  Construction of 5 boreholes,  Rehabilitation of 6 boreholes,  Creation and Training of 11 water management committees,  Distribution of 573 water treatment kits, Hygiene Promotion:  Hygiene promotion 142 awareness sessions,  Distribution of 191 hygiene kits.

Discussion OCHA: informed about some key points of the new SOP (standard operating procedures) of MoRR over the new which outline the roles and responsibilities of humanitarian partners responding to IDPs. SOP for IDPs
