A risk analysis is always performed for each workplace before any exception is made. – The people pictured in this publication are wearing personal safety equipment required by regulations valid for the operations and country they are in. 1 2019 in summary 2019 in summary Net sales increased by three percent and amounted to SEK 54,008 million (52,233). Operating profit amounted to SEK 2,568 million (2,573) and operating margin amounted to 4.8 percent (4.9). The business areas developed stably during the year. Business area Industry has been charged with acquisition costs of total SEK 87 million. The property divestiture in the partly owned company Acturum had a positive effect of SEK 170 million in profit contribution in business area Project Development. Orders received amounted to SEK 44,130 million (51,087). The comparison year included two larger projects of total SEK 5,000 million. Orders received during the year have been more along the lines of mid-sized or smaller projects. Order backlog per 31 December 2019 was SEK 42,494 million (45,819) with a broad range of products and well spread geographically. Cash flow before financing amounted to SEK -551 million (-1,021). Net debt amounted to SEK 7,507 million (3,551). Excluding additional IFRS 16, Leases net debt was SEK 6,743 million. Cash flow and net debt have been affected by more construction on property in our own balance sheet and by more ongoing housing projects in Norway and Finland in business area Project Development. In addition, we have continued to invest in machines and equipment in business area Industry. Equity/assets ratio amounted to 31.7 percent (30.4). Excluding additional IFRS 16, Leases equity/assets ratio was 32.3 percent. Return on equity amounted to 17.9 percent (19.6). The Board proposed in February 2020 unchanged dividend of SEK 4.20 per share and extra distribution of a real estate company according to Lex Asea. Due to the coronavirus and the uncertain market situation, the Board chose to withdraw the proposals. On July 4, 2019 Peab signed an agreement to acquire YIT’s Nordic paving and mineral aggregates business. After approval from the competition authorities the acquisition was finalized on April 1, 2020. (TSX: NAU, OSE: NAUR and NAUR R, Frankfurt: NPK – “Northland” or the “Company”) announces that its contractor, Peab, has entered into a SEK 1.5 billion agreement with Scania Group (“Scania”) for the purchase of 400 truck-and- trailer combinations and services during a nine-year period. The rigs are optimised for gross weights of up to 90 tonnes. Northland Resources is forecast to start production of high-grade iron ore concentrate in the fourth quarter of 2012, and to start shipping the product to its customers in early 2013. Peab, through its subsidiary Swerock, will be responsible for trucking Northland Resources’ iron ore product 150 km from the mine site in Kaunisvaara to Pitkäjärvi, where the product will be reloaded on rail wagons for further transportation to the deep- water and ice-free port in Narvik, Norway. “This agreement between Scania and Swerock is very important for the success of our iron ore project in Kaunisvaara”, said Willy Sundling, Project Manager – Logistics at Northland Resources. “We can now rest assured that the deliverance of our high-quality product will commence as planned in the first quarter of next year”. The agreement will commence in late 2012 and be effective until 2021. Besides delivering the truck combinations, Scania will be responsible for driver training and coaching, vehicle monitoring, maintenance, repairs, service and supplies. Scania has also agreed to meet Northland Resources’ requirement to continually reduce the cost per tonne transported during the nine year period.

    Press Release 15 May 2012 6.00 p.m. Peab s Annual General Meeting 2012 Dividend adopted at SEK 2.10 per share Continued authorisation for the repurchase of shares Peab AB (publ) held its Annual General Meeting today, Thursday. The Annual General Meeting adopted a dividend of SEK 2.60 according to the proposal from the Board of Peab. The record date will be Monday the 21th of May and the Euroclear will distribute this dividend on 24 May. The Annual General Meeting granted the Board and the Chief Executive Officer discharge for the financial year of 2011. The Board members Karl-Axel Granlund, Göran Grosskopf, Fredrik Paulsson, Mats Paulsson, Svante Paulsson, Anne-Marie Pålsson, Annette Brodin Rampe and Lars Sköld were re-elected. Göran Grosskopf was re-elected as Chairman of the Board, Mats Paulsson was re-elected as Vice Chairman of the Board. It was decided that the Chair of the Board of Directors be paid SEK 450.000 (400.000) and that each of the remaining board members be paid SEK 175.000 (150.000). For their work on the Remuneration Committee and the Finance Committee, it was decided that a fee och SEK 30.000 (25.000) be paid to each member of those committees. Furthermore, it was decided that the Vice-Chair be paid a fee of SEK 2,765,000 as a special payment for being at the group s disposal for matters relating to customers and markets. The total decided fee to be paid to board members therefore amounts to SEK 4.620.000 (1.250.000).
