Game design and development education must definitely sync with the flow and adapt to the expectations of various stakeholders. This first output of "Higher-ed Programmes for Careers in Game Design & Development aka GAMEHIGHED" Erasmus+ project fo- cuses on the game education adventures of four countries (Poland, Finland, Czechia and Turkey), outlining their constraints and advan- tages as well as the specific needs and expectations of the host institutions. Volume XVII of TiR-SiP series presents selected issues related to the organization and de- velopment of the tourism market, which is a complex system of relationships between ser- vice providers (vendors) and service users (buyers) of the tourist offer, creating demand for diversified products and services. The paper presents the current trends in tourism de- mand associated with tourism of fans, as well as culinary tourism. Moreover, political and legal barriers to the development of tourism, identified on a regional scale, were described in more detail. Two separate articles present outbound tourism of Germans (shown ac- cording to German reports characterizing the style of travel of citizens and residents in Germany), as well as the role of German tourists in tourism on a global scale, both in terms of the number of trips abroad and spending on foreign trips.
