EMERGENCY MEDICAL COMMUNICATIONS Finding the patient – The STARS Emergency Link Centre® is a 24-hour communications centre facilitating emergency medical response, referral and transport. EDUCATION AND RESEARCH Educating the providers – The STARS Centre for Education and Research provides continuing education and professional development for both our crews and our partners in community emergency services, as well as undertaking research endeavours to enhance emergency medical response.
