A. Howard reported Beaver County has recently completed the West End Growth Management Plan and are proposing some changes to their MDP and LUB to ensure all the documents are consistent.

MILLER - That Camrose County proceed with the following AGD - 983 Nature Conservation Centre updates in 2013 with funding to come from the Debt Retirement Reserve Account - Nature Conservation Center Allocation amount: - That Camrose County purchase fish from the Ackenberry Fish Farm at a cost of - $4000.00 (2000 fish) - That Camrose County proceed with an Request for Proposal for the installation of a swing set and slide at a total cost of $10,200 including site prep, border materials, installation and surfacing. Sponsorship Request - Ecological Agricultural Summit - October 5, 2013 - University of Alberta Augustana Campus

S. Gerlitz reported we are in receipt of a Sponsorship request from ROARS (Rural Outreach and Agricultural Renaissance Society)

LYSENG - That Camrose County sponsor $2000 for AGD - 970 the Ecological Agricultural Summit to take place at the University of Alberta Augustana Campus in Camrose on October 5, 2013 as per category B of the Event Sponsorship Policy 5.15 with funding to come from the Grants to Organizations Account in the 2013 Budget. CARRIED.

S. Gerlitz reported we are in receipt of a letter from Camrose Public Library Director Deborah Cryderman requesting that the County reconsider the 2013 funding to the Library.

#223/13 B. AUSTROM - That the Camrose Public Library 2013 Funding AGD - 971 reconsideration request for $87,156 be denied and 2013 funding remain at $81,579 plus $18,963 Municipal Sustainability Initiative Operating for a total of $100,542 as per the 2013 Budget

Sponsorship Request - Rescue 100 Horses Foundation 4th Annual Dinner - Strathcona County - May 11, 2013

S. Gerlitz reported we are in receipt of a Sponsorship request from the Rescue 100 Foundation for their 4th Annual Dinner and Silent Auction to take place in Strathcona County on May 11, 2013.

BJORGE - That Camrose County respectfully decline the AGD - 972 sponsorship request of the Rescue 100 Foundation Annual Dinner and Silent Auction to take place Saturday May 11, 2013 in Strathcona County as per the Event Sponsorship Policy 5.15, because the event does not take place within the area of Camrose County. Dust Control - Provincial Highways

S. Gerlitz reported we received a request from landowner along Provincial Highway 854 for Dust Control. Because Provincial Highway 854 is a Provincial Highway
