The Law on Constituencies for the Election of Representatives to the House of Representatives of Croatian National Parliament (“Narodne novine” No. 116/99) Article 1 This Law shall regulate the territory of constituencies for the election of representatives to the House of Representatives of Croatian National Parliament. Article 2 Constituency I covers the north-western part of the Zagreba čka County, and a part of the center and of the western part of the City of Zagreb, namely: -the north-western part of Zagreba čka County – towns and municipalities: Bistra, Brdovec, Dubravica, Jakovlje, Luka, Marija Gorica, Puš ča, Zapreši ć, - part of the center and of the western part of the City of Zagreb: Vo ćarska, Petrova, Ribnjak, Hrvatskih narodnih vladara, Antona Bauera, Matko Laginja, Pavao Šubi ć, Kralj Zvonimir, Petar Krešimir IV., Knez Mislav, Eugen Kvaternik, Maksimirska Naselja, Ružmarinka, Peš ćenica, Šestine, Mlinovi, Gra čani, Markuševec, Vidovec, Remete, Bukovec, Kozjek, Maksimir, Dobri Dol, Dinko Šimunovi ć, Maši ćeva, Dotrš ćina, Ban Keglevi ć, Petar Zrinski, Stjepan Radi ć, Kraljevac, Ivan Kukuljevi ć Sakcinski, Tuškanac, Gornji Grad, Nova Ves, August Cesarec, Zrinjevac, Cvjetni trg, Andrija Meduli ć, Ante Topi ć Mimara, Petar Sva čić, August Šenoa, Gup čeva Zvijezda, Medveš čak, Šalata, Samobor ček, Podsused, Gornji Stenjevec, Perjavica-Bor čec, Gornje Vrap če, Vrap če-centar, Vrap če-jug, Gornja Kustošija, Kustošija-centar, Sveti Duh, Medvedgrad, Šestinski Dol, Jelenovac, Matija Gubec, Rudeš, Ante Star čevi ć, Ljubljanica, Ciglenica, Pongra čevo, Nikola Tesla, Stara Trešnjevka, S.S. Article 3 Constituency II covers the eastern part of Zagrebačka County, Koprivi čko-križeva čka County, Bjelovarsko-bilogorska County and the eastern part of the City of Zagreb, namely: - the eastern part of Zagreba čka County – towns and municipalities: Bedenica, Brckovljani, Dubrava, Dugo Selo, Farkaševac, Gradec, Preseka, Rakovec, Sveti Ivan Zelina, Vrbovec, - the entire territory of Koprivni čko-križeva čka County, - the entire territory of Bjelovarsko-bilogorska County, - the eastern part of the City of Zagreb – settlements on the territory of Sesvete: Adamovec, Belovar, Blaguša, Budenec, Cerje-Sesvete, Dobrodol, Dren čec, Dubec, Dumovec, ður ñekovec, Gajec, Gajiš će, Glavnica Donja, Glavnica Gornja, Glavni čica, Goranec, Jelkovec, Jesenovec, Kašina, Kašinska Sopnica, Kobiljak, Ku čilovina, Ku čanec, Luka Sesvete, Lužan, Markovo Polje, Morav če, Novo Brestje, Paruževina, Planina Donja, Planina Gornja, Popovec, Prekvršje, Prepuštovec, Sesvete-center, Sesvetska Sela, Sesvetska Selnica, Sesvetska Sopnica, Soblinec, Staro Brestje, Šašinovec, Šija Vrh, Šimun čevec, Vuger Selo, Vugrovec Donji, Vugrovec Gornji, Vurnovec, Žerjavinec, and the settlements in the part of the territory of Dubrava: Trnov čica, Studentski Grad and Poljanice, Granešina, Dankovec, Miroševac, Oporovec, Granešinski Novaki, Zeleni Brijeg, Čulinec, Stari Retkovec, Klaka, Dubrava-center, Gornja Dubrava, Ivan Mažurani ć, Novi Retkovec, Donja Dubrava, 30. svibnja 1990., Čučerje, Branovec-Jalšovec, Novoselec. Article 4 Constituency III covers Krapinsko-zagorska County, Varaždinska County and Me ñimurska County, namely: - the entire territory of Krapinsko-zagorska County, - the entire territory of Varaždinska County, - the entire territory of Me ñimurska County. 2 Article 5 Constituency IV covers Viroviti čko-podravska County and Osije čko-baranjska County, namely: - the entire territory of Viroviti čko-podravska County, - the entire territory of Osije čko-baranjska County. Article 6 Constituency V covers: Požeško-slavonska County, Brodsko- posavska County and Vukovarsko-srijemska County, namely: - the entire territory of Požeško-slavonska County, - the entire territory of Brodsko-posavska County, - the entire territory of Vukovarsko-srijemska County. Article 7 Constituency VI covers the south-eastern part of Zagreba čka County, Sisa čko-moslava čka County and the south-eastern part of the City of Zagreb, namely: - the south-eastern part of Zagreba čka County – towns and municipalities: Ivani ć Grad, Kloštar Ivani ć, Kravarsko, Križ, Orle, Pokupsko, Rugvica, Velika Gorica, - the entire territory of Sisa čko-moslava čka County, - the south-eastern part of the City of Zagreb: Volov čica, Folnegovi ćevo naselje, Donje Svetice, Bruno Buši ć, Borongaj-Lugovi, Vukomerec, Ferenš ćica, Savica-Šanci, Žitnjak, Kozari Bok, Resnik, Kozari Putovi, Petruševac, Ivanja Reka, Trnava, Resni čki Gaj, Kanal, Zapru ñe, Utrine, Travno, Sopot, Siget, Sloboština, Dugave, Središ će. Article 8 Constituency VII covers the south-western part of Zagreba čka County, Karlova čka County, the eastern part of Primorsko-goranska County and the southern part of the City of Zagreb, namely: - the south-western part of Zagreba čka County, towns and municipalities: Jastrebarsko, Klin ča Sela, Kraši ć, Pisarovina, Samobor, Stupnik, Sveta Nedjelja, Žumberak, - the entire territory of Karlova čka County, - the eastern part of Primorsko-goranska County, towns and municipalities: Bakar, Brod Moravice, Čabar, Čavle, Delnice, Fužine, 3 Jelenje, Kastav, Klana, Lokve, Mrkopalj, Novi Vinodolski, Ravna Gora, Skrad, Vinodolska op ćina, Viškovo, Vrbovsko, - the western, the south-western and the southern part of the City of Zagreb: Gajnice, Stenjevec, Malešnica, Špansko, Pre čko, Vrbani, Jarun, Gajevo, Trnsko-Krešimir Raki ć, Kajzerica, Savski Gaj, Remetinec, Blato, Jakuševac, Hreli ć, Sveta Klara, Botinec, Brebernica, Brezovica, Buzin, Demerje, Desprim, Donji Čehi, Donji Dragonožec, Donji Trpuci, Drežnik Brezovi čki, Goli Breg, Gornji Čehi, Gornji Dragonožec, Gornji Trpuci, Gran čari, Havidi ć Selo, Horvati, Hraš će Turopoljsko, Hrvatski Leskovac, Hudi Bitek, Ježdovec, Kupine čki Kraljevec, Lipnica, Lu čko, Mala Mlaka, Odra, Odranski Obrež, Starjak, Strmec, Veliko Polje, Zadvorsko. Article 9 Constituency VIII covers the territory of Istarska County and the western part of Primorsko-goranska County, namely: - the entire territory of Istarska County, - the western part of Primorsko-goranska County – towns and municipalities: Baška, Cres, Crikvenica, Dobrinj, Kostrena, Kraljevica, Krk, Lovran, Mali Lošinj, Malinska - Dubašnica, Matulji, Moš ćeni ćka Draga, Omišalj, Opatija, Punat, Rab, Rijeka, Vrbnik. Article 10 Constituency IX covers Li čko-senjska County, Zadarska County, Šibensko-kninska County and the northern part of Splitsko-dalmatinska County, namely: - the entire territory of Li čko-senjska County, - the entire territory of Zadarska County, - the entire territory of Šibensko-kninska County, - the northern part of Splitsko-dalmatinska County – towns and municipalities: Dicmo, Dugopolje, Hrvace, Kaštela, Klis, Le ćevica, Marina, Mu ć, Okrug, Otok, Prgomet, Primorski Dolac, Seget, Sinj, Trilj, Trogir, Vrlika. Article 11 Constituency X covers the southern part of Splitsko-dalmatinska County and Dubrova čko-neretvanska County, namely: - the southern part of Splisko-dalmatinska County – towns and municipalities: Baška Voda, Bol, Brela, Cista Provo, Dugi Rat, Gradac, 4 Hvar, Imotski, Jelsa, Komiža, Lokvi čići, Lovre č, Makarska, Milna, Nerežiš ća, Omiš, Podbablje, Podgora, Podstrana, Postira, Proložac, Pu čiš ća, Runovi ći, Selca, Solin, Split, Stari Grad, Su ćuraj, Supetar, Sutivan, Šestanovac, Šolta, Tu čepi, Vis, Vrgorac, Zadvarje, Zagvozd, Zmijavci, - the entire territory of Dubrova čko-neretvanska County. Article 12 Constituency XI: A separate constituency for the election of representatives to the House of Representatives of Croatian National Parliament elected by Croatian citizens who do not have permanent residence in the Republic of Croatia. Article 13 Constituency XII: Members of autochthonous national minorities in the Republic of Croatia elect their representatives to the House of Representatives of Croatian National Parliament in one constituency composed of the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia. Article 14 As of the date on which this Law takes effect the Law on the Constituencies for the House of Representatives of Croatian National Parliament (“Narodne novine” No. 68/95, 77/95 and 82/95) shall be repealed. Article 15 This Law shall take effect on the eighth day from the day of its publication in “Narodne novine”. Note: The Law on Constituencies for the Election of Representatives to the House of Representatives of Croatian National Parliament was published in Narodne novine No. 116 of November 5, 1999, and entered into force on November 13, 1999. 5.
