On behalf of our staff we would like to welcome you to our beautiful park.
In Zeeuws Vlaanderen you will enjoy atmosphere and cosiness, culture, centuries-old tradition of ancient towns and beach fun on the coast. Take a long walk on the beach or cycle through the beautiful landscape.
The many cafés, cosy terraces, restaurants and the beach pavilions will make your stay complete. With a variety of shops, markets and boutiques, a shopping day in Zeeuws- Vlaanderen is slightly different from the rest of the Netherlands. In short, whether you come for culture, nature or adventure, your bungalow at Landal Strand Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is the perfect base.
In order to guide you through our park and the surrounding area, we have put together this folder for you. Sluis Discover a unique piece of the Netherlands in the far southwest of the Netherlands, near the Belgian border. Sluis is known as a cosy and atmospheric shopping town. This old fortified town has a rich history and a burgundian atmosphere. The rich past in combined with the many shops, restaurants and cafés, creates an enormous attraction. The choice is enormous. Part of it was re-detached: this is now the adjacent Zwarte Polder, now also a nature reserve. Waterdunen, Breskens Waterdunen is a special nature and recreation area under construction and is situated on the border of land and sea. De Groese Polders, Groede The Cletemspolder, part of the Groese Polders, has an exciting, child-friendly layout including a towing raft and decking path. There is a viewing point at the top and the path ends with a suspension bridge in the direction of Groede. A true play polder! A trench cuts through the dunes and connects creek and dunes. Nature reserve Het Zwin, Knokke-Heist/Retranchement The interaction between ebb and flow creates an exceptional biotope in Europe: an area to be entered, consisting of mudflats and salt marshes. Fun & Entertainment During the vacations all kinds of fun activities are organised. From arts and crafts and face painting to dancing and reading together with Bollo. Download the Landal Greenparks App to check the current program.
Playing at the park Come to the main building to jump on the air trampoline or play in the attic! Enjoy playing with blocks or drop by in the Amusement Hall! Divided over the entire park there are several playgrounds. Check the map to find out where they are!
Swimmingpool Is your swimwear ready yet? Come splash around in the water and have fun with the whole family ! The use of balls and inflatable boats is not allowed. Children without swimming certificate are only allowed under supervision. To gain access to the swimming pool you will need a barrier card. 1 card is enough for all fellow swimmers. Don't forget the 0.50 cent coin for the lockers! Look for the opening hours of the swimming pool in the park guide or Landal Greenparks App.
Fish in the creek As a guest at our park you can fish in our creek. You don’t need a fishing pass!
PAGINA 18 Informatiemap NBD Food and beverage At our park you will find restaurant De Smokkelaar, where you can go for a delicious cup of coffee and cake, an extensive lunch, tasteful dinner or just for a nice bowl of fries. There is a wide choice. And if you have special dietary requirements, or if you are a vegetarian, please let us know when you make your reservation, we will be happy to be of service! The current opening hours are listed in the Parkwijzer and the Landal Greenparks App.
Restaurant De Smokkelaar At Restaurant De Smokkelaar you can enjoy both lunch and dinner in our renovated restaurant or on the terrace. We have an extensive menu with regional fresh local products. Children are also very welcome and can choose from our separate children's menu. Dogs are allowed in the restaurant, as long as you mention it when making your reservation.
Snackbar Don't you feel like cooking ? Order fries with a snack or a tasty pizza at our snack bar! You can eat this in the bungalow. Would you like to pick up the fries on pizzas at a specific time? Then it is possible to specify this!
Gourmetten Fancy an evening of gourmet dining in your bungalow? We offer a complete gourmet package including raclette set. At the reception you will find information about the different menus. Important: the gourmet package must be ordered at reception 1 day before dinner before 12:00.
Breakfast basket delivered at your bungalow Enjoying a nice breakfast in your bungalow? The breakfast basket contains various sandwiches, toppings, sweets, fresh fruit, yoghurt and orange juice and can be expanded with various other options. This way you can create your own breakfast basket exactly according to your own wishes. The breakfast basket is delivered to your accommodation from 8:30 am to 11:00 am. You can reserve the breakfast basket until 20:00 the day before at Restaurant De Smokkelaar.

Or are you looking for a gift for the home front? Do you prefer to send a postcard? Then you don't have to leave the park. Nice and easy so you can make the most of your holiday!
Minishop The mini-shop is located at the reception desk in the central main building. We offer a small range of groceries. You will also find nice souvenirs, tasty regional products and newspapers.
Bike rental Being active outdoors and discovering nature is something you do of course with one of our rental bikes! Are you looking for the ease and comfort of an electric bike or do your children want to explore the park by bike? Below you will find an overview of our extensive range of products. For prices, ask at the reception!

Making a reservation is not possible! A day's rental runs per calendar day and not per 24 hours, please note that the bike must be returned the next day before 10:00 am.

Below you will find a number of useful tips and facts for your stay. This will make your holiday even more pleasant. Of course you can also contact the reception where your questions will be answered.
Arrival From 15.00 hours you can enter your bungalow. If something is not to your liking on arrival, please report it to reception before 11 o'clock at the latest the day after your arrival. We can then take immediate action. We are obliged to have all guests registered on paper. Please report any extra guests who stay overnight in the bungalow to the reception desk.
AED The AED can be found in the hall at the reception. The green door is open 24/7. Always warn the reception in case of an emergency. Tel. No. 0031-117 40 77 00 Is the reception closed? Then call the Landal emergency number +31-(0)10 750 69 21.

Barbecue The use of a barbecue is only permitted under the following conditions:
PAGINA 22 Informatiemap NBD - No disturbance for the other guests due to smoke and suchlike - The barbecue must be in a safe place - A bucket of water or sand should be placed next to the barbecue - Only start the barbecue with firelighters - Open fire on the ground is not allowed - If there is a risk of forest/dune fire, we reserve the right to not allow barbecues.
Barriers You can open the barriers with the barrier card until 23.00 hours. After that they will open again from 7.00 am. You can always leave the park, you don't need the card for that.
Check out The check-out time for the bungalows is 10.30 hours at the latest. You can hand in your keys at the reception during opening hours. Outside opening hours the key can be deposited in the designated letterbox, or handed in at Restaurant De Smokkelaar.
What to do when you leave: - Pick up the beds and put the linen folded up in the hallway. Radiator taps should always be open. Leave all interior doors open. - Dispose the rubbish in the designated places. - Leave the bungalow broom clean. - Close the bungalow, also the terrace door and all windows. - Don’t forget to hand in the key.
Complaints / comments Despite of all our attention, you may have comments or observations. We kindly ask you to inform reception immediately (no later than 11.00 a.m., after the day of arrival) so that we can offer you a suitable solution.

For example, by closing the curtains in the evening and lowering the heating at night. If you leave the bungalow for a longer period of time, we ask you to turn the heating down and the lights off as well.
Extend your stay Can’t you get enough of our beautiful surroundings? If so, book an extension of 1, 2, or 3 nights and enjoy the beautiful park in beautiful surroundings for an extra long time. For more information and to request availability, please contact our reception.
Fire In the event of a fire, immediately cal 112 and warn the reception. If the reception is closed, you can call the Landal emergency number : +31-(0)10 750 69 21
Gasstations - Total van den Hemel, Groede - Texaco, Breskens
Keys On arrival you will receive one or two keys your bungalow. If you have lost it, there will be a cost involved. A completely new cylinder system has to be installed. Loss of a key will cost you € 35,-. These costs have to be paid directly at the park.
Mail You can drop off your mail at reception. It will not be collected on Sunday and Monday.
Malfunction Should you have any technical problems during your stay, please report them directly to the reception, so we can quickly solve the problem. You can contact the reception during opening hours. When the reception is closed, you can, in urgent cases, contact the Call Landal's emergency number: +31-(0)10 750 69 21. By urgent cases we mean: central heating failure, floods, blockages, no electricity.

Manuals* The manuals for various appliances in the bungalow can be found at www.srnb.nl You can borrow a paper version of the manuals from reception. Is something not working properly? Report this to reception and the Technical Department will visit you. *The Technical Department works from Monday to Saturday during the opening hours of the reception.
Pets Pets are allowed in a number of bungalows, a maximum of two per bungalow. We kindly ask you to follow the following rules: - Dogs are only allowed on a leash - Registration of your pet is mandatory - Do not allow your pet on the beds, sofas and chairs in the bungalow - It is not allowed to leave your pet alone and unsupervised in the bungalow - Your pet is not allowed to be let out in the entire park - Your pet's faeces must be disposed of immediately at all times and deposited in bags. There are depot - dog bins in the park.
Rest Tranquillity is one of the most important qualities of our park and we ask everyone to avoid all possible noise. Radios, televisions, musical instruments, etc. should not be audible outside your bungalow. From 22.00 there should be no more noise on the park.Should there be any nuisance despite warnings, we are authorised to confiscate the sound carrier(s) during your stay in our park or, in the worst case, to remove you and your fellow travellers from the park.
Smoking / non-smoking All accommodations in our park are non-smoking, as well as our central facilities. Do you smoke outside? Then please do not leave cigarettes on the grass or terrace.

You can take these with you on departure. For hygienic reasons it is necessary to renew these materials each time. Have you run out of household items? You can buy new ones in our mini-shop.

Traffic on the park For your safety and that of other guests, we ask you to drive on the park at a walking pace. When you park your car at your bungalow, please park in the designated area(s) and not in the gardens or flowerbeds. Possible visitors can park their car in the central car park at the entrance of the park.
Waste Our waste containers for glass, household waste and paper are located at the entrance to the park. Empty batteries can be handed in at reception.
