Nr. 692 / 18.01.2012 ANUNT COLECTIV Inspectoratul Teritorial de Munca Vrancea, cu sediul in Focsani, str. Dimitrie Cantemir, nr. 10, jud. Vrancea, in temeiul art. 44 alin. (3) din O.G. nr. 92/2003 privind Codul de procedura fiscala, republicata, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, anunta ca au fost emise Decizii referitoare la obligaþiile de platã accesorii aferente comisionului datorat la bugetul inspectoratului pentru agentii economici din tabelul de mai jos. Accesoriile aferente comisionului datorat pentru gestionarea cartilor de munca pana la data de 31.12.2010 s-au calculat pana la data de 30.12.2011. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 110 din Ordonanþa Guvernului nr. 92/2003, republicatã, cu modificãrile ºi completãrile ulterioare, deciziile referitoare la obligaþiile de platã accesorii aferente comisionului datorat constituie titlu de creanþã. Deciziile referitoare la obligaþiile de platã accesorii aferente comisionului datorat pot fi ridicate de la sediul I.T.M. Vrancea de catre contribuabil. Impotriva acestor decizii, cei interesati pot formula contestaþii, în conformitate cu prevederile art. 205 din Ordonanþa Guvernului nr. 92/2003, republicatã, cu modificãrile ºi completãrile ulterioare, în termen de 30 de zile de la data comunicãrii acestora, care se depun la sediul inspectoratului teritorial Vã invitãm ca în termenul prevãzut la art. 111 alin. (2) din Ordonanþa Guvernului nr. 92/2003, republicatã, cu modificãrile ºi completãrile ulterioare, sã achitaþi sau sã faceþi dovada plãþii sumelor menþionate in deciziile publicate mai jos. Deciziile referitoare la obligaþiile de platã accesorii se considera comunicate in termen de 15 zile de la data afisarii anuntului, respectiv 02.02.2012. Nr.     We, the Counsellors of Adjud City, are united today together for the first Adjud City Development Strategy 2007-2013, with one common goal: „During the forthcoming years to take unconditional active participation in the implementation of the City Strategy and provide visionary leadership, sound representation and prudent financial management” 4 My fellow citizens, visitors and friends of Adjud, In light of 1 January 2007, the day when our country will formally join the European Union, I am pleased to present to you the first ever Adjud City Development Strategy and hope it offers a constructive and useful outline of the goals our city administration has set out to achieve during the next seven years period ahead. Intended for a broad audience, this document is a summary of nearly one year of strategy-related work based on the views and recommendations of a number of groups, individuals and experts. Translating all the technical and consultative work undertaken into a comprehensive strategy document was no easy task. The work involved participatory process followed by valuable insight in identifying the right balance between competing priorities, various stakeholders and citizens’ needs and selection of key actions and policies, of vital importance for the future growth and development of our City. I would like to thank all participants who contributed to the development of the Adjud City Development Strategy. The analyses, consultations and surveys carried out by senior international and local experts and the engagement with the city administration generated thoughtful discussion and helped to improve overall the way we who work for the municipality see our role developing in the future.

Population has always been an indispensable factor in any business or economic progress, being seen in terms of quantity and quality. Because the ideas set demographic factors were analyzed from area Tulnici (during of years 2002 - 2009): population, age structure and sex, population density, evolution of population, birth rate, mortality, internal and external migration, the average life. Sources of information were fields applied from mayor Tulnici and other public institutions in Vrancea County and direct investigations in the field. Pyramid of age illustrated the phenomenon of population aging and age structure imbalances contribute to lower, naturally, of the population. If this phenomenon continues to be present, rural areas will reduce and will appear small and very small communes. To make a full analysis were analyzed existing human resources by highlighting the average number of employees, on the activities of the national economy. Noţiunea de populaţie este folosită pentru a vorbi despre existenţa unei comunităţi sau a unei anumite generaţii. Populaţia a reprezentat dintotdeauna un factor indispensabil oricărei activităţi sau progres economic, fiind privită din punct de vedere cantitativ cât şi calitativ. Datorită ideilor enunţate au fost analizaţi factorii demografici din comuna Tulnici (perioada anilor 2002 - 2009) şi anume: numărul populaţiei, structura pe vârste şi sexe, densitatea populaţiei, evoluţia populaţiei, natalitatea, mortalitatea, migraţia internă şi externă, durata medie de viaţă.

The behavior of dwellings during the November 10, 1940 and March 4, 1977 earthquakes is briefly presented. Some other three seismic events occurred in Romania after 1977 (August 30/31, 1986, May 30 and 31, 1990). The frequent occurrence of strong earthquakes in Romania led to a situation in which an important part of the building stock was overloaded and/or damaged several times and, in the absence of appropriate rehabilitation works, it has become more vulnerable than initially. Brief information on the evolution of the seismic legislation and final remarks complete the paper. The importance of delineating influence areas results from the need to quantify the polarization degree of cities and the extent to which they influence adjacent territories. The aim of this study is to delineate the influence area of Focșani city, a second- ranked urban centre and the seat of Vrancea county. The main hypothesis of this paper is that Focșani city is able to structure the urban and rural surrounding areas through the influence and power of attraction it exerts on them.

Delimitarea teritorială şi descriere Art. 1 – Municipiul Adjud este situat în partea de nord – est a judeţului Vrancea, la confluenţa râului Trotuş cu râul Siret, la intersectarea principalelor căi de comunicaţie feroviară, rutieră, ce fac legătura între parte de sud a ţării şi partea de nord a Moldovei, la nord la o distanţă de 58 de km.

    Comitetul Raional Focşani al P.C.R. a luat naştere ca urmare a aplicării prevederilor legii de organizare administrativ – teritorială din septembrie 19501, Judeţul Putna fiind desfiinţat, constituindu - se raioanele Focşani, Adjud, Panciu şi Vrancea care au intrat în cadrul Regiunii Putna. Raionarea teritorială a R.P.R. a avut ca urmare, pe lângă implicaţiile de natură economico – socială, şi reorganizarea aparatului de Partid şi de Stat prin organizarea de noi alegeri. Astfel se oferea încă un prilej pentru eliminarea duşmanilor reali, potenţiali sau imaginari ai noului regim de democraţie populară. Elita comunistă a fost, de asemenea expusă. Segmente ale ei au căzut victimă represiunii, confirmând faptul că aceasta nu se opreşte la limita celor care au declanşat – o, ea se întoarce împotriva iniţiatorilor.2 Comitetul Raional Focşani al P.C.R. a avut ca for superior până în 1952 Comitetul Regional Putna al P.C.R., apoi Comitetul Regional Bârlad al P.C.R. iar din 1956 şi până în 1968 Comitetul Regional Galaţi al P.C.R. În 1960, odată cu desfiinţarea Raionului Vrancea, s – a dizolvat şi Comitetul Raional Vrancea al P.C.R., organizaţiile comunale de partid din subordinea acestuia trecând sub tutela Comitetului Raional Focşani al P.C.R. În anul 1951 Comitetul Raional Focşani al P.C.R. avea următoarea organizare3: Biroul Comitetului Raional Prim secretar Secretari Secţia Organizaţiilor de Partid, Sindicale şi de U.T.M.
