Ulster Hurling Development Responsibility for the development of hurling in Ulster falls within the remit of the Developments Committee through the Ulster Hurling Development Sub-Committee. This Sub-Committee is Chaired by the Ulster Vice-Chairperson, Mar- tin McAviney, from Monaghan. Membership is made up of a delegate from each and, under bye law, that per- son should be a member of their county’s Executive or Management Committee.
