Ulster GAA FACT SHEET ULSTER HURLING Ulster Hurling Development Responsibility for the development of hurling in Ulster falls within the remit of the Developments Committee through the Ulster Hurling Development Sub-Committee. This Sub-Committee is Chaired by the Ulster Vice-Chairperson, Mar- tin McAviney, from Monaghan. Membership is made up of a delegate from each county and, under bye law, that per- son should be a member of their county’s Executive or Management Committee.
