community use Next Steps Our next step is to assess what you have told us you like and what you don’t like about our vision and design ideas, before coming up with some design ideas for housing. This involves an appraisal process that looks at a number of options ranging from retaining buildings as they are, internal refurbishment, part refurbishment and part replacement, through to replacement. We will show the results of the appraisal process next time and explain how the options will be assessed and how the decisions have been influenced. tion tion tion tion Op 1 Op 2 Op 3 Op 4 REPLACE ALL RETAIN ALL REFURB ALL REFURB SOME + PROPERTIES AND IMPROVE CBH & CBC REPLACE SOME BOTH CBH/CBC PUBLIC REALM LEASEHOLD PROPERTIES AND PRIVATE PROPERTIES PROPERTIES WITHIN BLOCK POTENTIAL FOR POTENTIAL FOR POTENTIAL FOR ADDITIONAL ADDITIONAL ADDITIONAL HOUSES HOUSES HOUSES The Appraisal Process for each site Contact Us By email By post Send an email to [email protected] Cheltenham Borough Homes Hester’s Way Community Resource Centre Visit our website Cassin Drive www.cbh.org/cheltwest Cheltenham GL51 7SU.
