The movie Legend. I loved this movie when I was growing up. Nothing like unicorns, princesses and mysterious forest heroes to make a girl feel all squishy inside. Well anyway, embelish if you have to but stick to the plot, remember its a sesskag. You can make whomever you want whomever you want them to be as long as it pertains to the story. There are not very many characters essential to the story line so you have to make do. If you have any questions ask, and if you haven't seen it RENT it.

Another one from me... there is no title for this but working one was called Hidden Lovers

Starts out after Sesshomaru loses his arm in his fathers tomb. He wants to understand how Kagome could pull the sword when he and Inuyahsa couldn't. So he seeks her out. At first she's wary of him and a bit scared but he assures her that he just wants to talk to her. For him it starts a bit of a facination with him and he finds her facinating.

This follows the series episodes where they meet up every so often.

Next big scene was after Ep 19 in the series (after he and Inuyasha battle for the fang with the borrowed arm from Naraku-it happens after she comes back after Inuyasha pushed her though the well) She meets him after the bit with Naraku is done and she's going home to change clothes and gather her things. She all but throws herself on him, hugging him, crying, because she thought he would be mad at her because she shot at him with her sacred arrows to stop the fight. He knew she missed on purpose

They keep meeting up but the next big scene is after ep. 48 in the series (after Kagome sees Kikyo and Inuyasha once again and decides to go home-afer the battle with Jaromaru and Kagaromeru). He catches her before she goes home and listens while she tells him about what happens and comforts her a bit while she cries-that's when they become lovers. At home she decides to go back but not for Inuyasha-she is over him and sees him as nothing more than a friend. She goes back for Sesshomaru and what they are sharing.

Goes on to where they meet up perodically and she sneaks off to see him at nights here and there. It's progressed that he decides he wants her as a mate and she wants the same thing they just want to wait a while beause of Naraku. He makes it clear that he will let her travel with Inuyasha until he proves he can't provide enough protection for her.

After the bit with the Band of Seven he's pushed close to taking her. But that finally comes after Hakadoshi tried to get her soul. Because Inuyasha was off hunting Kikyo she was left alone and vunerable. He's had enough and 'kidnaps' her, taking her to the fortress where they become mates. Of course, Inuyasha goes after them and finds out what really went on and that Kagome is willing.

She also falls hard for the good guy, Akitoki Hojo, who loves her unconditionally, she just doesn't love him as much as she loves Big, who she will forever run back to when he calls no matter how much it gves her joy or pain.

Kikyo Mine-Taishou, is a socialite type divorcee, from a snooty dr. Naraku , but falls hopelessly in love with the brash lawyer but lovable Inuyasha Taishou, they are trying for a baby, but she had issues with his bad habits.

Sango Tetsume a workaholic lawyer that it hard and tough tomboy type that pushes too hard on those she loves, but loves hard when she does, ends up preggo with her bf's baby, Miroku Kohaku, the two have an off again on again relationship before the end when they finally know they need each other.gives birth to baby boy Kohaku Tetsume.

Ayame Ooatsukai, is afraid of commitment like girls are scared of bugs, but it doesn't mean she doesn't love the boys, she's shameless when it comes to her hentai ways, but has only had two great loves that she has been able to allow herself to truly love, Bankotsu Mitsuhara and Kouga Takashi, the rest are just her play thing for the week or until she gets tired what ever comes first.

Jakotsu is just there for comic relief. this is their story the story of their loves, heartaches, lives, their friendship. Its the story of those that revolve again her, The miko, ie everything is from Kags POV to the point. rated MA for mature audiences only

1.Ok sesshomaru of course divorces her (for some reason)

Ok, here’s my idea.

Naraku has been defeated, the jewel completed and wished upon. However instead of it disappearing it is purified and gone dormant, but Kagome is returned to the future. Prior to this happening, a truce has been achieved between Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha’s pack, particularly between Sess and Kagome. They develop a rather deep friendship, he knows and accepts her secret, shares the responsibility of the children (Kagome teaching Rin and Sess training Shippo, which he happens to adopt after she is gone) and genuinely enjoy each other’s company, conversation, etc.

Now in the future, with Kagome about to begin college (she will be moving out of her home, decided if she lives on campus or her own apartment) (or maybe she’s in her final year of high school whichever you can work with better) the jewel once again awakens. There is a new threat that Kagome must now face alone, or must she? The jewel (or the kamis or whoever the hell makes these decisions) decides that it needs to bring forth a protector for the Shikon Miko (even though she’s way strong and can handle herself but hey a little help never hurts). It brings Sesshoumaru through the well and into the future to serve as her protector. It continues to work the same way that it did for Kagome when she was pulled to the past, he can come and go at will but it is decided that he should stay in the future as much as possible in order to effectively protect Kagome. We get to watch him adapt to the modern times, he has to enroll into school (he should have some knowledge, perhaps Kagome started teaching him modern language, science, etc before she left or maybe he studied the books that were left behind) and adapt to new clothes, technology and the openness of sex (not that he’s a prude just the cultural difference) and his deepening affections for Kagome.

They make new allies (or meet up with old ones that have survived or reincarnations, whatever), battle new enemies, attend classes and keep modern society from finding out what’s going on.

Rating should be M, there should be fluff, lemons, action, lemons, humor, lemons oh and did I mention

I briefly thought I'd make a stab at a chaptered work, but abandoned that idea soon afterward... my first attempt was a 10,000 word FIRST chapter that rambled nonsensically all over hell's half-acre! I quickly decided that I'm much better at poking fun at my daily life on LiveJournal. I'll leave the creative writing to those who have the imagination and discipline for it!!!

1:16 AM its really and ideabunny 1:16 AM what if Naraku gassed the tachi with something meant to mess with their inhibitions, meaning if they are strong they become weak 1:17 AM and if they were weak they become strong, or possibly the strong become stronger, and the weak become weaker 1:17 AM i was thinking that it would make inu reserved, while Kags becomes cocky, only with her being cocky, things are actually starting to get somewhere with the shard hunt 1:18 AM but that wasn't naraku's plan, and kags running on pure instinct is more deadly then anyone could have thought, at least to a demon 1:18 AM It'll run fasted through Kirara and Shippo, inu next 1:18 AM then the human's last because of the other's being demonic 1:18 AM So inadvertently Naraku would have woken up his worst enemy 1:19 AM while sango and miroku are kinda skiddish now 1:20 AM i'm thinking that one of Kags, Super arrows will obliterate a Naraku puppet but it'll be so strong that it goes for like a half mile putting Sess' tachi in trouble 1:20 AM and would have a power big enough to give even him some damage 1:20 AM but it'll also kinda be like she's a bit drunk, not stumbling, but she'll say right whats on her mind, like how she thinks he's sexy and something along the lines of "i would love to lick his...neck" :p 1:21 AM and inu will have moments like kags used to where she's so quiet and reserved...thinking before acting, not as confident in himself

I've been tossing this one around for a while, but since I've yet to finish my last fic I don't see myself doing this idea anytime soon or at all.

Universe: Cannon

Kagome's Age: 20(ish)

Kagome's grandfather finds an odd amulet while cleaning out the storage shed, and brings it to the family's attention while Kagome is visiting. Her mother promptly responds by saying that the necklace belonged to Kagome. Having no memory of owning anything that looked that valuable she denies it to be hers and asks where she'd have gotten it if it did belong to her. Her mother informs her that she doesn't really know where it came from, but when Kagome was little she showed up with it one day claiming her imaginary friend had given it to her (of course only imaginary in the eyes of her family). Her mother goes on to tell the story of how her daughter would disappear inside the old shed during the day, and she suspected some nights, only to come out with stories of her friend and their time together. The trips stopped suddenly when Kagome was found unconscious inside the shed. The nasty bump on her head they suspected was the reason the girl never mentioned her friend again.

The story leads Kagome into the shed to find out what had been so interesting to her as a child. The amulet around her neck.

Notes (Suggestions are merely that, Suggestions):

- The well is not the only time portal on the shrine grounds. Another can be found under the floor boards of the old shed. I've imagined it to be a glyph of some kind, but it can be another well-like thing if you want.

- Yes, Sesshoumaru is the "Imaginary" friend. Remember that Kagome is very young when she knows him as this and his age should match. They "grow up" together. Their time together should have lasted several years before some incident leaves kagome injured and back in her time without her memories of him.

- The amulet was given to her by Sesshoumaru as a gift. (Suggestion: As common with many children they fantasize about growing up together. Sesshoumaru took it a little more seriously than Kagome did, and the amulet was his way of claiming her)

- (Suggestion:My way of explaining why Sess does not recognize her name, scent or anything for that matter when he sees her as an adult is explained by the fact that not only have several centuries past since he saw her last but he wasn't exactly paying much attention to the annoying girl helping his brother out. You aren't paying attention to how someone smells when you're trying to kill them. The amulet would be the only thing that would tip him off.) Explain it how you want.

From here you can do what you want with the plot as I only really have the base of it. My thoughts have wondered this way and you can take from it if you like:

- When Kagome searches the shed she manages to activate the time portal and it throws her back in time to a time period where Sess is a young adult (same general age as Kagome). He would recognize the amulet (eventually). You may start the romance here, or merely use it as a way to have Kagome understand just who her "imaginary friend" was.

- I've played with the idea of having the majority of the romance happen with the past Sess, and then having some large incident close the time portal leaving Kagome to deal with the Feudal Sess. Be this having them already mated, or merely having a strong bond before she has to face the cold hearted Sesshoumaru we all know.

The rest is up to you. Create a climax and an ending to your choosing. I'm not a fan for epic villains other than Naraku as I prefer the villain to simply be their own emotions and stubbornness but this will be your story! Take it as you will.

AU, mostly modern set:

Kags is actually called out in her time, to help her jiji with a "excercizum of some kind" She's of coarse skeptical about it all but still she goes, b/c her family could use the money, the past and all her ventures aren't inexpensive.

So she gets to this place, thats out in the country and her miko powers, which are more trained at this point in her life, she's about 17, are feeling a low level demon. its not malice she senses but it is disgust, and other unfavorable feelings.

Getting there, she finds out that its a 500 year older Jaken, who is nearly blind, and almost febal. She of coarse rescues him, hiding him in her backpack until they get to the car, and he doesnt make it easy at all. getting back to the shrine she sets him up in a hut, hidden on their property, in their woods. Finally she gets him talking, and she has to know what happened, how he got there, and where is Sesshomaru, for surely the demon lord shouldnt be far from his retainer.

Jaken finally understanding that this really is the miko, and not some spector to torture him tells her of the final battle, the one that has yet to come in the past. He tells her that they won, but when she touched the fully complete jewel she vanished.

Not long after that, Sesshomaru fell to his injuries. Dieing on the field itself, the western lands without an heir fell into chaos, and all that he had known was lost. Kagome is crying at this point, b/c she knows she cannot change the fact that the lands fells, and the life Jaken has led, to change them might mean to

So she makes up her mind after getting enough information from the former retainer she desides she will save Sesshomaru the only way she knows how, bringing him back to her time, before he can fall to his battle wounds.

So she goes back to the past, and finds Sess and his group, they join the tachi, and go off to fight naraku, Kags and Sess grow close, and when the battle comes, he gets really wounded, Kagome and him kill naraku, and when its over, she asks, Miroku to bring the jewel to her, while she tends Sess, stopping the horrible bloodlose.

As soon as she touches the jewel it purifies, and it starts to take her, she grabs on to Sess right then, and it takes him too. she did as promised and got him to the future, and is saving his life.

Souta, helps her get him out of the well, and they get him up to her bedroom, where she tends him. he finally makes it out, and she's exstadic, but he's pissed, everything is wrong and while he might love her now, he's just pissed.

He gets better and stalks off, finding Jaken, and then going to search out all his holdings in this world. He leaves, and Kags is really upset, she didnt want him to die, and now he's made he's in the future.

Sess doesn't understand this time, or place, everything he'd once known is no more, and there is hardly any magic or demons left in this world, he doesn't understand how this could happen, so after abotu a week, he returns back to Jaken.

He tells him to explain what's going on, Jaken tells him of the first time, the battle happened that he'd died, and none could save him, he explains about the fall of his great empire, as well as the fall of demons, and how there is hardly a demon left in this land.

He explains Kagome, and everything he himself has come to know about the girl, and that she had brought him back b/c she couldn't let him stay there, to do so would change history, change herself, as well as everything else, there was no Sesshomaru past that day, so she had to take him.

He's not pleased but it is an except able story, still he can't help but be angry, and it takes him a few days to finally go she her again. When he does its been a bout 10 days since he has, she looks tired, weak, sick even, like she hasn't slept.

They talk and make up, and she gets food, and together they sleep. waking up, she starts to explain everything to him, whats going around, and that she's sorry all of this happened, he tells her its not her fault, that she was correct, but still its painful. she understands and slowly they start a relationship, a courtship, and eventually a mating. he has to go to school but only after she teaches him everything he should know up til this point, he eventually decides to open up a dojo rather then attempting college, he's brilliant, but at the same time, he can't stand being around that many humans, and still he only like kags and her family for the most part. either way they all end up happy, etc... you can take it from here. and its a happy ending from there on out... ^_^

Action/Crime/Romance Challenge Posted by Gothic Lust - 2009/07/27 02:51 ______

Okay, this idea was rather crappy and suddenly came up, but hell, I want to see it done. Anyway the challenge goes something like this:

Plot/Setting: Alternate Universe, Inspired by the TV show "In Plain Sight." Kagome and Sesshomaru are US Marshals that work in witness protection. What happens when one of them suddenly must depend on the other and becomes the witness in need of protection and relocation. Or something along those lines, point being they've known each other for a long time.

You may choose which one, Kagome or Sesshomaru, that goes into witness protection. You may even choose the reason why. I like to be surprised.

Rating/Genre: Rated M for explicit violence, gore and possible sexual content. The genre should be Action/Crime/Romance, with a touch of drama.

If you can't do M, then T is fine.

As of right now I have no deadline for this fanficiton, but of course, there are a few rules to it that should be followed.

Each chapter should be no less than 5000 words. The romance should be slow building. The plot should be slow building, as in, whoever will be in need of protection will not need it for some time, say 5-10 chapters. The readers will need to see how this happened and why. Any one read Christopher Moore? I was reading The Lust Lizard of Melancholy Cove and read a part where a dog that belonged to one of the characters had rolled in a dead seagull. From the dog's perspective, the rotten smell was the smell of romance and he viewed himself as "the Don Juan of all dogs."

That got me thinking . . . I can imagine that as a short story with one of two plots: Kagome gets covered in the scent of something dead and rotten and Inuyasha, Sesshoumaru, and Kouga are chasing after her because she smells so good, or Sesshoumaru likes Kagome and, being a dog, rolls in something dead as an attempt to attract her.

I don't recall reading any stories with that kind of plot, but I think this had the potential to be funny.

OKay so i decided that anything that outline only i will put in the borrowed muse thread and anything that actually has chapter base i will put in my fiction, "Up for Adoption! Muse gone wild..." so here goes:

4:15 AM a PB thats kinda nutsy 4:15 AM where inuyasha in the end wishes on the jewel to become a full demon but because its selfish the wish backfires on the keeper 4:16 AM it steals inu's demonic blood and makes kagome a full demon instead 4:16 AM So she cant really ask anyone to help her with it b.c she's certain she'd be killed b/c she doesn't know anything about being a demon and all her human friends kinda get away from her b/c she's dangerous and now that they have no reason to be together as much as they hate to leave her like this, they cant be with her either 4:17 AM So eventually mating season comes around and she does nothing but follows her instinct, but they are kinda messy b/c she's still got her human emotions 4:17 AM she ends up with Sess, not really a mating but a coupling. so he'll end up having to stay with her until the pups can take care of themselves for like 100 years or so 4:18 AM so she ends up coupled with him for about 100 years in which he kinda still has his disdain for her, b/c of her human emotions and the fact that she doesnt do anything like a dog demon SHOULD 4:19 AM so when the 100 years are up and the pups would should be fewer in number, but arent b/c

Kagome doesnt believe in survival of the fittest, he leaves them. saying that he'll come back for the strongest in due time... so that he can name it heir, kagome's kinda pissed about that but she doesn't really let it phase her 4:20 AM instead of having one pup MAYBE 2 she's got like all 5 b/c thats how many she had 4:20 AM so he's gone for like another 50 years and they end up coupling again, and same thing happens only now she's got like 9 - 11 pups when he leaves them again... 4:21 AM So after that humans really start acting up and demons are having a hard time but not Kagome or her pups because she knows what's happening, and moves around it all, plus she's got allies in the kitsune, b/c of Shippo 4:22 AM so most demons are dying out and then sess realizes that he needs help but doesnt want to ask for it, but he finally buckles down and does as a new lord that sprang up. turns out the new lord is Kagome and her pups. and he's all O_O 4:23 AM she works out a dela for her and the kitsune lord Shippo that the kitsune will provide charms to mask their demonic nature but at a heavy price. and most done want to be they realize with 9 -11 inuyoukai as primary guards as well as the kitsune and whoever else she's made allies with, there's no way they can take them by force 4:24 AM So at this point Sess sticks around and realizes that his pups are really a pack like inu should be, something he's never known, and he longs for it. but Kags is kinda like because if it was up to him, then she's only have like 2 - 4 pups max. and even if it was hard he should strive to have them all 4:25 AM So she tells them that he has to win over the pups before he even tries to win over her 4:25 AM He tries brute strength but doesn't know that all of them are as strong or stronger then him 4:26 AM so he has to actually adapt how he goes about it, and hasta win them all over before he can even try to win Kagome 4:26 AM and her pups from her first litter, her eldest are the hardest, b/c they saw what everything was like from the get go, how hard it was, so they are all >_4:27 AM eventually he wins them over and then he hasta try for Kagome who, even though he doesnt know it has been watching it all. and she's really already won over b/c of it, but she just wants to hear him say that he was wrong which has like a snow balls chance in hell of happening 4:28 AM but she wants it, so all that takes years, and finally another heat is comign on her and he thinks hell just wait her out nd he oesnt know she's got as much control as he does, so when its not happening he finally gets frustrated, and he starts cracking and finally says what she wants to hear 4:28 AM and he clmaims her again this time as mate 4:29 AM so by now its like the 1800s and Kagome starts getting everyone ready to move out of Japan to other parts of the world, starts setting up trade and comers etc... o that when the 1920's come her family and allies are moved out of Japan and even though Sess has learned a great deal she's still an ass hat 4:31 AM So he's like we're not going! and Kags is like O_O yes we are! and so its like a knock down drag out fight and finally she just gets pissed and fights dirty. knocking him out before getting her son's to pick him up so they can go. eventually he comes to but he wont talk to her now, and doesnt for years. never says anytihng more then "hn" to her until word comes that the atomic bombs were dropped on what was once known as the west 4:31 AM and he's like O_O and now that he knows why they are both pissy with eachother. him because he was wrong and he's mad at her for not telling her why and how bad it would be, and her b/c she was right and he was an asshat. 4:33 AM finally their pups get sick of the 'war of the roses' type fighting and they eventually lock them in a room together near one of her heats. and then they both turn their ire towards their pups. So she ends up preggers again, and this brings us into the future... where they still fight and make up and he's still an asshead, and she's still a ditsy human emotioned once miko now turned inu youkai. and its happily ever after.

Yeah i think this was inspired by "The truth hurts" by Take-bamboo

The idea is that Sess Mate/Rapes Kagome knocks her up, it turns out full demon and then takes the child from her b/c he believes she wouldn't know how to raise him/her/them.

Kagome cant stay in the FE for one reason or another, and eventually Sess pushes her down the well and seals it himself. This is all post Naraku.

Kagome is furious, beyond so, but rather then crying she becomes kinda cynical, and jaded, pushes herself in school, and eventually is kinda like dr. house, total arsehat, but the best there is.

Then one day her son finds her. He's more gentle then she thought they would be. So she finally gets to know her offspring, and while she's glad for that, softer for them, most her personality is now based on this huge hurt that having the offspring taken from her created.

She wants nothing to do with Sess, but she is still his mate, even if the mark is fading b/c it hasnt been renewed. Unbeknown to her, he, Seshomaru has been suffering for 500+ years because of a lack of mate. At first he had wished he'd killed her, then he became obsessed & in love with her, finally he was getting over her, when the mark flared back up, meaning she was finally back.

Sess has sent the pup in to see how she is, test the waters so to speak, he's not happy with what he finds, and the pup while more gentle is just as much like his father. The pup is actually happy to see his father suffer, having heard from his uncle inuyasha what had really happened, as well as from the aged miro and sango, how Sesshomaru had pretty much mucked up his mother's life, and threw her away to time. Having seen/watched her grow from that 16 year old girl that came back, into what she is now, how hurt she is, and knowing now that it wasn't lies, he pretty much hates his father. And is glad his mother want nothing to do with him.

Sess is being forced to mate again, b/c his mating mark on Kagome has finally faded enough for him to take another mate, and Sess wants kagome to be upset about this, but she could care less.

Knowing this, Sess becomes a bit stalkerish, til she finally agree's to go out with him, they got out in public to a restaurant, and sess wants to know why she's so mad, its been 500 years for him, and he fails to see that its only been about 10 for her. That every day she wondered what her son's life was like and how different it could have been if she'd stayed there, been able to fight to keep him.

The dinner date ends up badly, with kagome telling sess off. And making him more stalkerish.

He starts to woo her back, b/c he realizes that no one will ever be as real with him as she is, she doesnt fear him, would and has and will fight him, on anything. she's perfect for him, and he does love her, that's why he mate/raped her. Kagome eventual starts wearing down, and she does fall in lve with him again, not that her son is happy with it, in fact he's kinda on the idea that she shouldnt be involved with his father at all.

Sess is upset at that, until the pup finally snaps at him, much like kagome would, about how everyone always talked about him not having a mother, and how jealous he was of other pups having one, and all he got was so repugnant, stuff male figure that couldnt love someone unless is was by training them to do a job! he's kinda like i would have rather have stayed with mother, and been a bastard with love, then

In the end it ends up happily ever after, how ever you want to pose that. yeah i cant say it'd be a totally happy fic, but thats too much angst for me to write but i'd like to read that, so someone hop on it >:3

sugar0o: back to japan, her jiji left the shrine to her. this shrine is the one from the manga/anime, with all the land, and prime property. kagome's mother is furious that out of everyone jiji left the shrine to kagome, b/c no one knows that kagome's a miko on her mother/touga/sess/inu/rin/souta side of the family. b/c of this, when her mother tries to contest it, that its her families land kagome's all like *sparks up miko powers so they glow around her like a fire* and everyone's all O_O b/c to be that strong is ridiculous. so at this point she's 24. starts trying to get herself someone to settle down with, and thats when she meets miroku, who she tries to date but ends up being best friends, sango who he dates after that, a few other's from the show, but this is when She and Sesshomaru finally get to know one another. she comes to find out that basically his father cheating with izayoi is the reason that he's the way he is.

Either way, b/c he's learned how to write and read japanese, she starts keeping her journal in English. Not only is it good practice for school but it keeps inuyasha out of her business, even if he gets on her nerves. she's also got a sketch diary that she sometimes pours her emotions into when she cant find the right words for things. So she's got both, but the sketch diary, has like a miko lock on it, every time he tries to get into it, it burns him. again he's a 15 year jerk

So they come across the village and end up saving it from some oni, and kagome helps someone that's like 70ish from being crushed in her home. the woman is so grateful that she gives kagome a set of inks, and brushes, when she notices kagome has ink stains on her fingers. but she warns kagome that they are specially and not to be used overly abundant. kagoem's all @_@ T_T that's so sweet! the old woman tells her that, she's giving them to her b/c she has a good pure soul and she knows kagome wont miss use them. Kagome's kinda confused by that but is honored none the less bc the brush set is really well crafted

So inuyasha pretty much acts like his usual arse self, and gets sat, and its a few days later that kagome finally gets a moment to use the brush set, she doesn't really know what to paint with it, but some unknown feeling over comes her, and its kinda like pure hearts desire, but its not tainted just a longing that she has. she sits there and paints her picture, and its a beautiful lush valley of Sakura tree's that the tachi are traveling in nearing sunset, and the petals are all over the place making it look like snow, as well, the fiery sky just makes it breath taking. finished and pleased, she smiles and lets it dry , miroku see's it before she puts it up and compliments her on art. and she ends up putting it up the next day, inuyasha's a total brat, and even miroku's wanting to bop him on the head, worse b/c they run into Sesshomaru, who kagome's all :$(L):$ for, and he notices her sends her a hot look, and fights then goes on his way. inuyasha ends up pushing them so hard that near sunset they some how end up in a valley full of sakura tree's and its kaogme's painting. she's all @_@ but doesn't really make the

Both are kidna like WTF! Sess over hears them and comes over to investigate, he doesn't really get what they are so excited about , but does get to see some of kaogme's other works, by the detail he can see that there's more to her then he previously gathered, as up to this point not only does he just consider her inuyasha's wench but something like a prostitute. but being that close to her, he can scent that she's totally innocent, and the only scent of inuyasha, is contact scent. he see's the English and knows some of the words, b/c he's traveled in his youth, and is shocked that she has a better grasp on such a foreign language. Basically curiosity over comes him and he starts to talk their group wanting to learn more about her. Miroku tells kaogme not to use the brush again and to say that they will try it again to be certain before bringing it up, no need to tell Sango who is superstitious, or inuyasha who is greedy, or shippo ho cant keep his moth closed abotu it. In the wrong hands

So they wait a few more weeks, and eventually again, kagome paints something, this time, though, miroku asks her to paint something with people, b/c there's an off beat chance that in all the travel they have made, that kagome's mind picked up on those places having seen them on one of there trips to find shards. Kagome gets a bad feeling about that, but goes ahead, and does it. she paints a mansion, for that era, not PEOPLE but a home, with lights on, grand, something that, MANY MANY MANY people would know about, and sure enough the find it again close to dusk, only there are no people there, no scents there other then the scent of paint, miroku's convinced , as you said, that they are wishing brushes, sure enough they open the page that has the last painting on it, and see the word "granted" in kanji again. now kaogme's freaked out b/c this could possibly be worse then the tama, b/c it seems that the wishes are just being granted. no matter what, miorku wants to try it again, but kags is all NNU!!!! b/c like her being the shikon miko she's a pure heart, she's lived in an era that saw what one man's desires could do to the world, (hitler) and knows that in the wrong hands this could be so horrible. well of course Sesshoamru finds out what's going on, and about the places and the home, and he's all like >:l because he too knows what it means. so he stalks them, and waits the time frame again, and steals them, he's an aristocrat, not that its a needed skill but he does know how to paint. when he paints something, he paints himself holding tetsaiga with his left hand. he knows that it takes abotu 24 hours to react so he just kinda waits. some how he ends up getting sleepy, and when he wakes up he has his left hand, but not tetsaiga. When he opens the book it says " incomplete wish " or something to that effect. either way he's still pleased with the outcome of the situation, but b/c he's honor bound as a lord, he returns the book, but says that he will be guarding kags inuyashas's totally pissed about this, but cant win the fight between him and Sess, and thus Sesshomaru becomes alpha, as kagome is alpha female, she becomes his. Miro and sango are wary of this, inuyasha's just pissed about it, but with Sess being there, comes the complete change in how things go, as Sess is alpha, inuyasha stops all his invasion of kagome's private stuff, mostly bc, Sess can punish him for it horribly, and b/c he usually gets sat anyway, or zapped from kagome, not to mention he doesn't know English. This also gives Sesshoamru time to get to know kagome, he's not horrible about kagome

He sets them up at a base location, and has them all train. Sango in her emotions, mostly b/c her biggest fault is kohaku. miroku in something other then his sutra, and his staff, inu how to use his sword for real. and kagome how to be a real miko, as well as short range weapons all of this takes about 6 months to a year, and kagome's doing loads better in school, and seeing her family, and she's used the paints 2 more times, both times being something that befitted someone, once was to paint Rin as an inuyoukai pup, and another to seal of miroku's windtunnel. by now inuyasha knows about the paint though, and gets it in his mind to steal it. 1 to try and paint a dead naraku, 2. to paint a complete shikon jewel, and 3. to have a live kikyo. with the stolen paint he does this, all in one night, 3 wishes. well it doesn't grant 1 or 2, but it does grant 3. as its one wish for that time frame. but b/c it does that, kagome's soul is completely stolen from her body. leaving her a fleshy husk, that will die in a short amount of time. Sesshomaru, can smell the paint on her scent, the magic as well, and scents out that Inuyasha was the one last in her room, he scents out inuyasha, and finds the paint, and the 3 drawings, 1 and 2 say "denied" and 3 says " granted but at a price" inuyasha has no idea what all that means, until Sesshoamru snarls in his face, and pretty much drags him back to kagome's room to see her form laying on her bed with tensaiga over her chest, and a glowing barrier coming from the sword which is forcing her to breath. without the soul she would just die. and only the smallest part is inside her flesh body, the part that is anchored to her body. the part that stayed the first time her soul was ripped from her body. Miroku just prays, and sango nearly kills inyasha, but Sess tells her that he is Sesshoamru's to kill, but not before he finds the once clay miko and renders her completely gone from this world. he then pans to melt all traces of her existence from this world, meaning he's going to melt and poison her burial grave so that no part of her can ever be used again like this. Myoga just happens to be there, and sees what's going on, and Sess tells him, when he does, Myoga's like O_O KAMI-SAMA, the paints happen to belong to a Kami that was painting on earth one day and forgot them, as a kami paint can easily be replaced, BUT in mortal hands, the kami's paint comes to life. its been a myth, and a legend that could never be proven they exsisted okay so from there, i was thinking that Sess would kill kikyo, but that kagome's soul would be lost at that point rather then going back to her. Mostly, b/c he'd go back and see if she'd gotten better only to find out that she seems to be getting worse. Mostly b/c kikyo at the time he killed her had most of the soul so it tried to move on, and is trying to take kagome with it. Now at this point Myoga's gunna be like O_O 'there's only one way to save her' and he'll tell them that she's got to be mated. Inuyasha will job at the chance to do it mostly b/c kikyo's gone, kagome's all he has left, and Sess will be all >:l 'i will murder you first' And so Sess ends up mating her, but its kinda like doing a lifeless body b/c kagome doesnt start responding until he marks her.

Well when he marks her she ends up pretty much reacting violently, because he floods her system with his youki, when he does she ends up becoming youki too. but she wakes up a few days later. She's all @_@ at first, and then when she founds out she' pissed at inuyasha, and then she doesn't know what to say about Sess, b/c she has feelings for him but never thought he'd take a human. Basically they hafta train more b/c kagome has no idea how to use her youkai body, and during that time she and sess get closer and closer, until she loves him, but not long after, the final battle happens, and everyone lives but Sess because he took a hit that was meant for her. She tries to use tensaiga on him but it wont work for her, so she ends up painting one last pic and paints inupapa using tensaiga. and just cries praying that it'll work.

No one has the balls to move her from Sess, and as night falls, Tensaiga and tetsaiga pulse to life,

Sess is all NUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!! but papa's there and tells him it wont be so long, and they have a jewel to guard. either way, kagome ends up back in her time and pukes as soon as she gets there b/c of the scent, and its only about a day later that she finds out she's preggy with Sess' kid. but figures maybe something went wrong b/c sess didn't come for her asap, so she assumes that he died. and mourns him as she gets bigger, and then one day she's getting close to delivery time frame, they are going to do a home birth b/c kagome can kinda hide her features, like her ears, and markings, but she doesn't think she'll be able to while in the middle of birth, either way this day kagome's all freaked out b/c she can feel the shikon, and suddenly remembers she never wished it away.

There's a knock on her door, and momma gets it, and its inupapa, She's all O_O at him b/c she wasn't ever sure if he had really come back or not, she remembers him but didnt know if he was a ghost or not. So papa comes in and they all talk, he kinda catches them up on what happened over 500 years, turns out she's a decedent of sango/miro, which kagome's all :[ *murders!!!!*

So she pretty much marches up to papa and decks him, and he's all O_o WTF and kagome's all "OF COURSE I LOVE MY MATE YOU IDIOT! I WOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN WITH ANOTHER!!!!" pretty much settles that, but all the excitement, actually forces her into labor, which they had been preparing for anyway, but about a week off, time frame wise. So its kinda like olden days when males wait outside, and females are in the chambers. kagome ends up giving birth to twin son's and Sess is all T_T thank you! (total mushy puppy) papa's all o.o grandpups... finally! and he and momma H leave the new family alone for a while and then he's all >:3 So... (hits on mommaH - b/c Sessmomma and him aren't together)"wanna make a hanyou, i was told you really like those puppy ears." pretty much inupapa's all like, if the daughter's like this, i bet the mother is too!

Basically, in the Sengoku Jidai he still meets Rin, but she's different; sort of like an Oracle to the Egyptians... her visions are random. Rin predicts that the humans and/or world will be doomed in the future because of the youkai race's vanity later on. On her deathbed, she pleads for Sess to save everyone. The reason she gives him is that she loved this world and didn't want everyone to disappear... but what she doesn't tell him is that she also saw the person most compatible to be Sess' mate and if certain events didn't happen, that wouldn't come true/all races would die/Sess would live alone forever/etc. This is, as you can probably predict, Kagome.

Fast forward to the 21st century, where we later learn that Rin also told Sess that the youkai causing the calamity would be inevitable. We also learn that most youkai are instinct and only maybe 1,000 of them are still alive. All of these youkai go towards the same cause, to save the world from total destruction. They are scattered across the world, under cover as a business, and are really this huge organization operated by the four cardinal lords (East, West, North, South...) This also means Sess is one of the people who control them. Of course, because of his promise to Rin, he also is on the field doing his job.

The 'job' dates back to the Renaissance era, where the whole cultural boom was going on and artwork + advances in science, lit., math, etc. are advancing. Youkai had joined in this too, choosing to be snotty and make these wonderful pieces of art in all types of forms (sculpting, painting, architecture). Some of them got the idea that if they infused some of their youki in these works, they would be more appealing to the human eye and therefore be worshiped forever and ever. This backfires, though, because their artworks become 'alive' and end up killing their creators by draining their youki. Thus, the -almost- extinction of the youkai race. The ones who survived were basically warned by the cardinal lords who were warned by Sess who was warned by Rin; they also were the ones who got over their prejudice against humans the fastest. Anyways, a bit after the Renaissance era, the spiritual beings worked together with the leftover youkai to seal the pieces of artwork that were hungry for more youki. Why? Because even though the miko and houshi hated the youkai, they knew that once all of the youki was sucked up the art would turn super powerful and, consumed by hatred and negative feelings from the humans, would then turn around and inadvertantly destroy the world in some weird, Naraku-centric way.

So now there are these two huge companies called (optional) Reiki Inc. and Youki Co., both secretly working underground-sort-of to destroy the artwork that had broken free of the seals because of negative-feeling buildup and world-wide polution. The field workers steal the artwork from famous meusems and such and then destroy them... which Sess has been doing.

Here comes along Kagome, though, the first miko in a veryveryveryveeeerry long time (think about the time of Inu No Taisho... or 200-300 years before the Sengoku Jidai) able to communicate with the kami and not just control kami-sent powers. She learns that the spirits are sad that all of this beautiful, natural artwork is being destroyed and is told that there is a way to perserve it without the apocolypse reigning down everywhere. Kags also thinks that crushing such art is a waste, so is very eager to help the kami out.

The way to do it is basically push all of the jyaki against reiki or youki (better if both) to dispell it by overcoming it, but the catch is that it takes powerful stuff and really iron-hard will to do it. Kagome, being our Kagome, is able and therefore takes on the job. The two companies are worried about the fact that she suddenly appears out of nowhere and is able to do what she does (they don't know how she gets rid of the jyaki). Of course, because they don't know

She runs into Sess, who, being the person he is, refuses to listen to her and they become rivals. (Another reason is because of his promise to Rin) We later learn that Naraku is her youkai-partner, the only one who actually listened to her dillema and reasons and decided to help her. They do the same job if the jyaki build-up is too high. SO NARAKU IS GOOD HERE. HE STILL HAS HIS WEIRD, PSYCHO PERSONALITY BUT HE IS ON THE SIDE OF GOOD... SORT OF IN HIS OWN WAY.

Naraku is actually weaker than both Kags and Sess, but he is strong enough to dispell the jyaki, which is what apparently matters. Kagome's power is able to rival Sesshomaru's, but that doesn't mean that she can easily defeat him. Think that they're on this really shakey balance scale. It keeps going back and forth between the two sides of who is more powerful.

Nevertheless, Sess is under the assumption that Kags is the baddie and Kags is under the impression that he's the stubborn, arrogant youkai who hates everyone and is only doing this for his own selfish reasons. Gee, how nice.

A couple of missions pass and we find that Sess finds some guilty pleasure in going up against an opponent that can rival him. He knows that he shouldn't let that effect his job because of his promise to Rin, but he can't help that his primal instincts want her to live through every encounter they get; want to get closer to her to find out why she's doing this.

Naraku (later on after some character development) ends up injured in some job where he has to go against Sess and cannot help Kags when she ends up facing this super duper jyaki-filled art... think of some famous artwork from the Renaissance era that still exists so it'll make it seem more realistic. Anyways, Sess comes a bit after Kags discovers that she cannot purge it alone. He realizes that the jyaki and negative emotions have created a wall against him and no matter how hard he tries, Sess can't get close enough to destroy the art. Kagome then tells him she knows how to get rid of the jyaki completely without getting close to it, but can't do it alone. Sess can smell she isn't lying, but still fights against her to test her resolve. She ends up super mad and calls him a couple of names along with forcing her reiki on him, except not to purify him but tell him what she's trying to do.

Sess goes all 'oh'-like and helps her out, combining his youki and her reiki to dispell the evil energy. Afterwards, Kags tells him that she didn't want all of this beautiful artwork to be destroyed; before the kami came to her she was a college history professor that speciailized (and hobbied) in the discovering and appreciation of artwork throughout the ages. They go to the other cardinal lords and Kags tells them her side of the story.

After some more character developement this huge problem comes up; it is revealed that So'unga, a youkai who had worked on Tokyo Tower because of his passion for architect, had actually bound some of his essence to it. Humans who had then become possessed by jyaki begin to group towards Tokyo Tower, and everyone comes to help purge the jyaki. So'unga's baser, primal form is then revealed, only able to revive because of his essence responding to the massive amount of jyaki surrounding the area.

A huge battle then takes place...

A lot of stuff is optional, like who the antagonist at the end will be. Also the events that get them there; as you can see I left a lot of room to choose character developement moments. Kagome in an attempt to save herself and her family takes them into the past. once there she has to try and change the world so the events leading up to the disaster will never happen. (you can throw in the sess relationship whenever.) but that is all my little plot bunny threw at me so. feel free to use this. (Sesshomaru's Father) because Sesshomaru hadn't came into his own yet. He was too young. +The Fae 'died out' long before demons so their stories and myths are lost to time. They believed that Kagome would belive in demons before she would fairies, therefore she sees the past as a feudal japan full of demons. Instead of the Underhill that she really travels to. +Their glammor starts to unravel as she gathers more of the jewel together because it is a Fae object of power. For instance, in my mind, I see Sesshomaru as a Fae Prince superimposed over demon Sesshomaru. +Naraku is really Sesshomaru's younger brother trying to steal the throne from him (that's why he really wants the jewel.)

Anyway, that is what is in my head. You can do whatever you want to it..tweak the plot, change it, or even throw this one out and start over. I'm just happy to get it outta my mind! It's been driving me crazy for weeks. :laugh:

B/c most holy people dont often cause issues, they have a very small department. Keade is their director. They get called into a kidnapping, Sesshomaru's Ward Rin has been taken by holy people.

Purified their scents so they cant be found, and MIro/Kags have to find her, in the process we find out that Kikyo who is married to inuyasha (all inu relations are the same in this)found out that Rin had miko powers, leaked it to Midoriko and Ungai, who are leaders of a militant Holy group who are against the coexistent demon/human society. to have a miko(even a child) under the care of a demon is against their views so they kidnapped Rin to 'free her' and brainwash her into hating demons.

When Kagome finds out that kikyo leaked it, she's part of the set up, she brings it up that Kikyo is married to inuyasha, and what she was planning on doing when he eventually wanted kids. Kikyo tells her that she'd purify the demonic taint. and kagome's all O_o b/c doing that would make it so that inuyasha under demonic laws could kill her. Kikyo while she loves inuyasha is a person that resents and hates demons, but found something in inuyasha that should could love but not birth children to.

Along the way to finding Rin, Kags/Miro would come into contact with others that both help and hinder finding her, and in the process, Kags would fall for Sess, and they'd get Rin back.

Most of this fic i'd be leaving up to the author picking it up to figure out, but this was the basic idea.

She was holding Rin's hand as the ceremony began. According to Sesshoumaru this happened only once in every one thousand years. The night of the Red Moon, they called it. Her and Rin were standing off to the side when Sesshoumaru's mother started her speech. The moon was only about an hour off from being exactly above them at its highest peak. As she watched it she swore that it seemed to look yellower as the minutes ticked by. As hard as she was trying she couldn't make out the words Sesshoumaru's mother was saying. Instead she took in the beauty and the elegance of her. Though, the Lady, was not pleased that Sesshoumaru had chosen her to watch Rin, Sesshoumaru was.

Pride swelled in her when she remembered his words to his mother.

When she returned her thoughts to the present she felt an odd tingling run down her spine, thinking it to merely be the youki brushing against her reiki. She brought her line of site back up to the stage where Sesshoumaru was now standing. As she brought her attention back to the moon she was surprised to see how orange the moon now looked. It was less than a fifteen minutes before the moon reached its peak.

As she moved her gaze back to Sesshoumaru she felt as though her world were slowing. She watched as Sesshoumaru's eyes scanned the crowd. It seemed to take hours, the tingling in her spine was growing into an ache. Her grip on Rin's hand loosened as she zoned out. She looked down to see Rin tugging at her sleeve, Rin's mouth was moving in a way that she could tell was her name but she couldn't hear the words being said. Slowly her eyes moved back up to the moon, catching Sesshoumaru's slightly widened golden orbs along the way.

The moon was blood red, it almost seemed to be swimming in the red haze that surrounded it. The aching in her back was rapidly moving to the rest of her body, as it turned into a red hot fiery pain that consumed her. It felt as if her fingernails were ripping themselves from her skin as her eyes widened. The red haze from the moon was growing and filling her entire sight. All she could see was red.

And then, nothing, as the darkness consumed her.

I'm in no way a writer, but I had this idea that I'd like to see made into a story if anyone is interested in writing it.

The future is different, Naraku is in control of the world and has made everyone into slaves except for a small resistance group made of demons, priestesses, and monks. Naraku had achieved an ultimate power without having used the jewel. Kagome's family is part of the resistance and Kagome has been trained since birth to use her priestess powers and is extremely powerful. In order to stop Naraku in their time they resistance decides to send Kagome to the past to pose as Kikyo's reincarnation and places spells on Kagome to make her resemble Kikyo as well as placing the jewel inside her body. Also both Inuyasha and Sess are dead in this future, killed by Naraku after he gained his ultimate power.

When Kikyo died in the past instead of the jewel being burned with Kikyo, it was hidden by the founders of the resistance group which may or may not include Miroku's father/grandfater, and may or may not have included Kaede to prevent it from falling in evil hands. The jewel will remain hidden until it is decided to place it in Kagome's body in the future to serve as part of the "proof" that Kagome is Kikyo's reincarnation.

Sesshoumaru is believed to be a human hater, but he really isn't. He still has Rin with him as well as Jaken and Ah-Un. Sessy-kun has been hunting the evil Naraku since Inuyasha had been pinned to the Goshinboku.

Basically the rest of the story is just about Kagome in the past and how she has to hide who she is until she is forced to reveal herself for being the powerful priestess she is and for not being Kikyo's reincarnation. Kagome and Sess meet somewhere along the way and fall for each other, but Sess doesn't want to admit it because he's afraid of his emotions. Miroku is suspicious of Kagome being Kikyo's reincarnation from the time he joins the group. The jewel that was sent back in Kagome's body is used as a distraction to buy time to prevent Naraku from becoming what he did in the future.

I really had no really good ideas on what Naraku could have done to become all powerful... perhaps trick

I don't really have a plunnie for once, just a thought that someone can run with if they want to.

Higurashi, it can mean setting sun, or if thoughtfully looked at, the last act of the day that the sun makes, setting. Higurashi, holy men and women, who are the last act of the divine's will, Amaterasu, Kami of the Sun, and empress of the kami.

What if, the whole line, Higurashi, was always destined to be the last act, the last chance that mortal kind had, always there to go back and re-write whatever needed to be fixed. Every generation there is at least one warrior born, and another to carry on the name.

How many have fallen to their end, while keeping mortal kind in line, how many corrections. Just what happened to Kagome's grandmother, and her father. Were they to, part of the grand scheme of things? Will Kagome fall as well? as i said, not really a plunnie, just more so a thought.

Gender Bent cop drama... Kagome and Inuyasha are partners (COP partners). It starts off with a weird dream Kagome has and when Inuyasha wakes him up he says, "I just had the weirdest dream I was a teenage girl in a sailor uniform running around ancient Japan looking for jewels..." Inuyasha makes some crack about its because Kagome is such a sissy or something. They have to stake out a youkai strip club, but Inuyasha backs out, being all weird and suspicious. Kagome goes alone, highly embarrassed of course (this is just kagome in male form) and is approached by a confident, sexy, but cold inuyoukai female. After a short exchange Kagome discoveres that she is Inuyasha's sister. He asks, "Why are you here?" And she kicks him out. Later, Sesshoumaru (the female inuyoukai, of course) sneaks up on Kagome outside his house and starts asking questions like "How do you know Inuyasha?" "I can't say." "So, you work with him. Why were you at the club?" "I can't tell you that." "Is it to find information on Naraku?" So, Sesshoumaru becomes a girl on the inside giving information to Inuyasha and Kagome about

And that's all I really got. I just thought it would be amusing to see a Kagome-like male character in ACTUAL authority and a Sesshoumaru-like female character as his opposite. If you like, its all yours to change, develop, and do as you wish!

This is an awesome thread, I get to finally put some ideas down and not feel sorry for neglecting (read: not writing a story with) them. Anyone is free to write with this idea and change it (or add to it) as they wish, you don't have to use everything I write down ;)

Title: Whatever you wish to name it... (if you really want one then go with The Lioness)

The plunnie: Everything is canon up till the point of those three years she was confined to her own time. One day (while she's walking home, or sweeping the steps, or...) a kind of electrified blue mist started to form around her and she felt a huge build up of power, the power reliesed and she found herself blind, deaf and totaly disorientated. When sensation finally came to her, she found herself in the middle of the Savanna.

She was suddenly hit with a huge wall of pain, excrutiating agony and fell down on the spot immediately (the power was entering her). She was unable to pass out so she felt everything and was aware of the world around her. Her body was freezing and burining up whole at the same time. It lasted for weeks, maybe even months, and even as she changed she grew delusional and insane with the pain. She was changin into a youkai. A lion cub accidentally found her on the cround and batted her with his paw. That set off the final stage of the transformation, she became a lion youkai (with daiyokai power levels).

She was left immobile on the ground for days after the transformation and pain stopped when a powerful male youkai found her. He brought her back to his pride, and she spent a decade there training, learning, adapting and coming into herself. She was considered part of the pride and one of the male's childeren. (he had many lionesses and thus many cubs). She was like a general there.

A lioness youkai has the power to keep her mate out of reach of most feamales if she so wishes (thus a monogamous union). Some do not care however (as long as they're alpha) and allow their males to have more feamales. Though the males have more power (just barely mind you), the feamales are usually alpha in their couplings.

She remembers Japan and the fact that everything indicates that this is the past. She wants to go there (for her friends mostly) and says that it would be good to know more powerful youkai besides themselves. The alpha male (I call him Derho, though his name is optional) allows her to go and even says that some of his cubs should go with her as well(cat's curiosity, going to new places is in a lion youkai's nature), and probably make a new pride.

Lion yoikai are very affectionate and close-knit, they are not ashamed of showing affection and said closeness publically. They would die for a pride member and protect everyone the consider pride fiercely and ferociously. She grew close to all the members of the pride (even the alpha feamale), but especially to the son of both alphas (i call him Khane). A daughter of a different feamale (I call her Dia) and a son of the alphe feamale's sister (Yoh) (--all have the same father--)

They (the 3) go with her to Japan.

There is going to ba a reunion with the inutachi (seems she was thrust even further back into the past than the first time and is now only three years after she went back to her own time --- she spent a decade with the lions).

Something is happening, the demons of hell are rising to this plane and wreacking havoc and they need to fight them off. A meeting has been called between all the four cardinal lords and other powerful youkai and humans (even before she was back in JP) and the Inutachi was just going there, she and her siblings offer to go as well.

The tachi arrive first (her group was lagging behind) and come right in the middle of a debate of the creatures present (most who have to be there are). Sessh spots yasha and says that they're finally here, yasha replies that there are still a few to come. Sessh confused but doesn't show it.

A hell demon (akuma) appears on the enterance and everyone is taken by surprise. Just as he was about to attak a claw thrust through his chest and ripped out his heart. Kahome had arrived. Everyone stares at the four wierdly dressed powerful youkai. (think of Alladin's and other souch middle eastern skimpy clothes).... they all walk barefoot and show a lot of skin.

Kag is changed of course, being in Africa got her a permanent golden-brownish tan, piercing gray eyes (were brown before), she is taller (bout as tall as yasha.... but still shorter than her siblings). Each of them has a myriad of golden or sivler jewlery on them. Around ankles, wrists, byceps (even some thighs), necklesses (and Kag has a gold choker neckless), multiple earrings... They act like mokomoko, containers of youki (a lot of youki)..

Sessh recognises her and becomes intrigued, is in his own sepcial way.

What you want to do from now on is optional... if you want me to make the rest then feel free to PM me.... but I give a lot of leeway on this, do what you wnt with it. (Everything here doesn't have to be followed exactly, if at all...)

Something happens (flare of energy, explosion, Naraku - if he's still alive, or Kaggie's own clumsiness, etc...) and Kagome and Sesshomaru end up falling down the well which pulls them further back into the past. Together.

They and up in a time when even Sessh wasn't born yet and meet the young-but-still-powerful Inu no Taisho. The lands are at war over a sword (ya guessed it... So'unga) and they decide to help Inupapa get it. (This is under the assumption that Sessh wasn't born before he got the sword ... creative licensing)

As they travell together Kagome teaches both Sesshomaru AND Inupapa that there's more to humans (could explain inupapa's attitude towards humanity) than meets the eye.

They fight together and grow closer. Sessh slowly falls in love with her. etc...

You can use your own imagination for the rest...... ;)

Ahh, another one, I'm posting them as I find them (papers where I've written them down are strewn all around the house, I bump into them all the time.... though, sadly, some are lost forever to the trash can on cleanup day)

Plunnie:

AU. Demons and humans coexist together. Kaggie comes from a very wealthy, old influential family that has roots from further than the feudal era. Needles to say she's treated like a hime.

Sesshomaru is her butler, given into her care (or as we know Sessh's personality, she's ben given into his) on her fifth birthday. He bound himself to her family centuries before (possibly in the feudal era) and continues to serve and watch over them for generations.

Reason is that the Higurashi line decends from one called Rin, someone very precious to the former yokai lord. It is in their blood to be gentle and kind so they never mistreated him (and he knew how to find the right masters).

He watches out for Kagome and takes care of any and all of her needs. As the heir to the family (formidable spiritual powers trump being a feamale) she has a lot of them.

During the manipulation, maneuvering, etc.. they find out that not only is the distant relative (baddy) involved in this but also the leadres of the modern equivalent of the Western lands.

So Kag sees the impact this has on Sessh and decides to take the West for him.

Etc.....

I hope that it's known that you don't have to take the plot exactly as I've written it. Heck, If it gives you the inspiration for a simmilar but totally different fic, go for it. I'm giving a lot of leeway.

Here's another one for all of you who like to change Kagome to something other than human. ;)

Plunnie:

Naraku thinks of defeating Kagome by tainting her beyond recognition and having her powerful soul devoured, so he summons a hell-demon in her body. A clash within herself insues leaving her body in agony.

However, her soul is too powerful and defets (purifies) and assimilates the demon's into her own (thus becoming even more powerful and gaining more abilities). In his dying moments the demon places a curse onto her.

She becomes uncomfortable in sunlight - too bright, and a bit painful. Her sesnses sharpen and grow more acute, she becomes more perceptive of the things around her. Her instincts are stronger and her reactions grow faster.

She herself grows stronger than a human and much faster, not to mention her wounds heal almost immediately, without scarring.

The inutachi slowly discover each of her new traits (listed above), and over time she starts to covet blood. She can control it in the beggining, but as time passes it only grows stronger until it burns in her throat. During that time the tachi slowly begin to suspect that she has stipped aging.

One day, as Sango and she were bathing, she loses control of her 'hunger'(/thirst) and instinctively attacks Sango, biting her throat. Sango faints but is alive and Kagome is horrified.

Sango forgives her and the rest too as her craving seems to have lessened. But as things move on, Sango too begins to thirst for blood (much sooner than Kagome) and her strenght and speed grow (though are a bit less than Kaggie's).

It was then that they realise that she bacame the same as Kagome and that Kagome made her that way.

They look for help and information and search for Miyoga. He sends them to the western shiro and the vast library there. They go (the flea going with them, though meticuously avoiding Kag and Sango).

Duting the trip Sango looses control of her hunger and bites Miroku and takes blood from him, but he shovs no sings of changing and coveting blood. They conclude in relief that only Kagome can change other people.

They arrive and request Sessh for help. He denies and Kagome states thet she is a serious threat to all if they can't figure out what she was turned into (though she suspected she was a vampire for some time now) and that he is probably the only one strong enough to fight her and have a chance. He replies that that can be remedied and attacks her before anyone can react.

He pierces straight through her chest and heart then removes it from her. But she remains standing and looking straight at him. His mask breaks and his eyes widen in astonisment, shock and disbelief. She asks ''Do you believe me now, Western Lord?''

He gives his customary 'hn' and turns around saying come. They get to raid his library. His condition is that she fights with him in the dojo so that he can see the extent of her powers and abilities.

In the library, while reading a book, her hunger overcomes her and she colapses. Miroku is nearby and comes to see what's wrong, she tells him to get away from her but her refuses. When he gets the problem he offers her his blood. She is horrified and wants to get away from him but he says that he ows her at least that and that he would not be able to endure being different than Sango. She is reluctant but her violent instincts get the better of her.

Sessh sees the bite and narrows his eyes, though deeeeeep down his curiosity is piqued even more. He discovered that she is indeed quite strong and that she is still discovering the extent of her power. She can rival a daiyokai easily. He leaves them to think deeper on things and the possible repercussions of everyithing.

Kag is devestated by what she did to nor both Miroku and Sango and is out of it for days. Either burying herself in books or secluding herself in the gardens. One day Sessh comes to her in the garden and suggests a deal: he will give her his blood and continue to discover her strenghts in return for her loyalty (she will stay in the west and ally herself only to the west/him, be a part of his court, etc..) and the loyalty of her two friends. She says that she could turn him too, she scoffs at that saying that his blood will fight it off. She is sceptical but asks about Sango and Mir getting nurishment too, addind that they can't change others. He say that he will find 'donors' for them and that they can take from anyone that they ask and gives them willingly.

She accepts the deal. Sessh smirks, thinking about the new powerful allies he gained. They continue 'training' in the dojo, Mir and San with them (even IY looking from the side) and grow closer, gaining a tentative frienship between all of them.

They come into court (everyone from the tachi) and deal with all that court stuff: manipulations, taunting, insults, jousting for positions (who's higher than who). Kag even gets a challenge from a jelaous feamale

The tachi + sessh hear about Naraku and set out to fight him. During the travels and fights their feelings grow. They become more attracted to each other, the scenes where she takes his blood become more intimate, maybe even arousing. (I forgot to include this, but scatter some drinking scenes all over the plot before too, that's the main thing that binds them and allows their relationship to develop)

They return to the shiro just in time for a summit of all the mayor lords (the cardinal and others...). People become interested in the 'vampires' and Kagome in perticular, trying to 'woo' her and take her for themselves (some as mates some as power.... whatever floats your boat) and Sessh becomes possesive, slowly realising his feelings.

Aaaaaand, the rest you can come up with. (Meaning: I lost the ending somewhere.)

This one is AU. And kinda a concept.

I liked the word when I heard it so the title of the fic could be Eidolon (though, as I said previously somewhere, everything is optional). It means aparation.

It takes place in a kind of shadow realm (very different from our own reality). There nature itself is their enemy, where aparations, ghouls, wraiths, etc. appear from nowhere and cause great calamities. (there are no yokai in that realm --> everyone is 'human'). Also things like great holes several hundreds of metres deep appear out of nowhere (cities can dissapear in such a way), storms raining corrosive acids can manifest everywhere, etc... (though those sre rarer than the aparations)

After dealing with those things for countless millennia, a part of human kind changed and evolved, getting the ability to control and manipulate the energies that cause the world to be so hectic. They are called the 'sentinels', extremely long lived and resilient humans (kinda like yokai healing).

Now, there is this special academy that searches for and teaches those humans how to control their powers and how to fight and defend against everything nature throws at them (how to 'kill' the aparations and interfere with the storms, earthquakes and such...). Then after they graduate, they are sent to a part of the world where they are needed. (some settle down in cities and protect them, some are wanderers that hunt down the numerous aparations).

Our dear caracters are the students/ teachers in the academy. The academy also has student hierarchy, wierdly enough, it's not by how many years you've been learning (they learn in the academy for 5 years... from the age of 15 to 20) but by your strength, power, skills and resorsefulness in battle. From the bottom up: Pawn, Apprentice, Soldier, Slayer, Guardian, and the one who finishes school is a

Sentinel. (though, rank names too are optional, as well as the number of ranks you want to have)

The different ranks rarely mingle together. There is the typical highschool division, cliques, popular kids, nerds, those picked on, etc... So you could write about that for a while. Sesh is a guardian and so are a few others who jelaously 'guard' him, the girls are after him and keep others away from him (mainly those of lower rank)... ya know, popularity seekers. Sessh is the silent, aloof type who doesn't care about those things.

Then, Kagome unexpectedly comes to school (you could make her wathever age and explain it by not finding her sooner, something obscuring her aura, etc..). As a newbie, she is ranked a Pawn, but when someone stirrs her temper (an arrogant Guardian, possibly a girl) she shows the full power of a guardian/sentinel. Sessh's interest is stirred. Kagome ineracts with people from different ranks (thereby breaking the order of the school), finds Sessh interesting and hangs with him. This makes others, mainly girls, jealous, thereby hatching plots to 'take her down' and such things. (leaving a lot of room for caracter development, plot buildup,etc...)

For those who like action and adventure: Then, when the story is well under way, something happens. An apparation shows up in school (the school's supposed to be the safest place, no apparation of disaster could happen there). Sessh, or Kag, or both fight it and manage to beat it.

Someone has a hunch that there is a person making and directing the apparations and disasters. It is soon proven true by whatever means you wish to use. A hunt for it is called, but there are too few wanderers so the strongers of the academy are called to 'hunt'. Sessh and Kag are among them. Since they are not full sentinels they must form teams of at least two. Sessh and Kag are a team (you could add someone with them if you wish) aaaand, that's it :cheer: . Do whatever you want with it, use parts, use the whole... whatever floats you boat (It make me giggle whenever I see this :laugh: )

The manga is followed exactly, but with the little addition that Kagome is not your everyday girl from the future. Remember the dad we never got to see, well, he was not from that world at all. He was a king from another dimension that accidentally fell to Earth and fell in love with her mother.

Now, her daddy is dead and Kagome is the queen in his place. Her life was turned a little upside down with her traveling to the feudal era. With the death of Naraku, the meidou returned her to the feudal era and the well refused her passage to the future. So she was stranded in the past with no way to her home of her kingdom. And, she doesn't get her heritage (power from daddy's blood --> kinda like magical powers, can open portals and such) until she turns __years old.

So she waits in the feudal era and lives life with her friends/family when a new danger makes itself known. An unkown figure is targeting the cardinal lords with the intention to conquer and destroy. They ask for help from the inu tachi.

They fight the foe and Sessh and Kag grow closer. After some hard fights they discover that the figure is a human with the wish to take over the youkai world and destroy them. They manage to beat him, but realise that such attampts wont stop and with Kag's knowledge of the future, that they might succed.

So they try to figure out ways to stop that. Kag thinks of an idea and finally tells her friends and Sessh the full truth of who she is and proposes the idea that the yokai go to her world. People see the merrit in that and after her assurances decide that that's what they'll do. She still has a few years to go before she can open the portal and start the plan. So they wait and make preperations, during those couple of years Kag and Sessh work even more closely together and fall in love, but decide to 'mate' when everything is done.

She turns __ and things go smoothly, more and more yokai are leaving Earth (+ the inutachi --> they won't leave Kagome) and are integrating themselves into the new society. Now, the two are 'engaged' and must announce it to her court.

Sessh finds that he is not veiwed as suitable for their queen and must 'prove' himself to tham all as one worthy of her. He has quite a few jealous males that want Kag's hand as his 'rivals' and their efforts to eliminate him.

The yokai see that the humans rule the new world and try to dominate them, they find out that these humans are far different than their counterparts from Earth. More powerful, longer lived, far harder to intimidate and defeat. So they have to work on integrating themselves as 'equals'. Some yokai feamales after Sessh quickly find out that the are far outmached with a royal as their 'rival'.

Sessh nust fight tooth and nait to prove that the fact that he is yokai does not make him weaker and inferior to her and them all. Any interfearance from her part would be considered as weakness, but she still stands up for him when the time is right and supports him whole-heartedly (and doesn't hide that support from the court).

He has to compromise his world views as well, because there there is no dominance and submission in a relationship, both are equal....

Some time has passed since Kag came back to the feudal era, she and Inuyasha kind of figure out that their relationshp couldn't be that of lovers anymore so they settled on BFF's.

Well, one day Kagome is sitting underneath a tree and watching Rin and Shippo frolic in the meadow when the Western lord comes to check on his ward. She doen't aknowledge him verbally but knows he's there. He notices that her scent doesn't carry that of Inuyasha's on a more intimate level.

Rin spots him before he could point it out and the ineract for a while. He sends Rin back to play and sits by her. They talk and he points it out now, she says what their relationship is and they fall in a comfortable silence.

Suddenly, maybe an hour later, Kagome says something along the lines of 'I really feel like kissing'. Sessh looks at her oddly for a moment and then asks 'What is this 'kissing'?'. She stares at him thinking he was joking but realises soon after that he is not. She asks him if he seriously did not know what it is. And he says that he never had any interest in females, only in conquest.

It comes out that he never even had sensual contact or any such experiences with the female kind (making him basically a virgin). She wonders how that is possible (cause he is pretty old and those urges...) and he answers that yokai only have the urge to have offspring and that that one is easily controlled. They only have the urge for intimate relations if they ever fall in love.

Kag is flabbergastered and is suddenly hit with an idea. She studies Sessh for a minute from the corner of her eye (and he notices) and decides to go with it. She turns to him and says 'then I'll show you'. He lifts a brow inqusitively and she elaborates. She says that she will show/teach him the delights of a woman's touch.

She will start with gentle caring touches, slowly those will turn to sensual touches and that to kissing. Kissing and touching will then slowly too turn to more intimate actions, then that to making love.

With all that she will slowly make Sessh fall in love with her, and pull herself under as well. Each stage could probably indicate how their feelings grow too. ;)

Set in modern times, yokai and humans coexist together. Sesshomaru is a young pup (about 10ish in human age) when he decides to do someting from a human book he read. A summoning ritual. Even as young as he was, he knew that those books had no valit point and no truth to them(since his father said that the only way to hell is to die, and that there are virtually no ways for Akuma -hell demons- to ascend to this plane), but he still decided to do it for entertainmant's sake.

But something goes wrong and a powerful akuma female appeared befire him. She had midnight hair and blue/gray eyes, and was terrifying. She said that he gave her his soul by summonog her to this plane and that he now belonged to her. But she decided to let him off, for now, as he was still young. Before she dissapeared, she put her hand to the right side of his neck and he felt burning there, and as the last of her body dissapeared she told him a single word, a name, Kagome.

Now, years later, the young Lord (his dad is still alive though, but if you want to write him as dead, feel free) thinks that was all just a dream and keeps on with his life. (here goes the typical: he has a little brother that his father sired after he left his mother for a human female, they don't get along, yadda yadda yadda) There are rare times he questions his sanity and thet 'dream' as, under the right lighting, he gets a glimpse of black markings in the exact same place she touched.

(From now on the plot can go in two directions so I will write both and you'll see which one you like best ;) )

- Direction 1: Now, as a succesful and powerful male he is a magnet for females. Most of them are not even worth his notice, but there are some. One night, as he was being escortied by a beautiful but unassuming demoness to a ball he was invited to, he suddenly felt the air temperature plummet to almost freezing and the side of his neck heat to scortching. he has tolean on the wall for support and his escort goes to the party to get help.

In an instant someone appears where on one was before. He finds himself looking at a gorgeous black haired blue eyed female, one that was smirking at him. With her appearence the pain left him and he was able to compose himself.

His eyes were a little wide as he looked at her, bacause he rememberd this particular person. She said to him ''I'm here for you,-'' He inhaled sharply.''-As you are mine.''

And the rest of the story she obliterates any and all competition easily and fully, and he has to come to terms that he already belongs to someone. So, in essence, she is the one that woo's and conquers him(hell yea). Romance, falling in love and those things. You are free to do what you want with the rest.

(This is a scenrio for those of you who dont like to write action/advanture stories but slow pace ones centered on romance)

- Direction 2..... and the one that first came to me (for the more action/adventure preferences) Now the world is thrown into danger as a cursed bauble, also known as the Shikon no Tama, re appeares and causes massive calamities and fighting. The world is on the brink of caos when the jewel fall into the hands of a certain spider who causes havoc with it. With its power he is untouchable, but as the jewel is a thing from hell, only someone from hell could control and fight its power and energy, thus neutralizing it.

But, as the only way to hell is one you don't return from and the possibility of someone coming from hell almost utterly nenexistent, the people and leaders start to despair and grow weary.

Sessh remembers his 'dream' and atarts to think that maybe there is a way. He tries to summon akuma many times but fails, even his dad/brother say that is was a good idea but the circumstances were bad. As he has almost lost hope, he sees a split-second reflection of the side of his neck when he's washing his face. Suddenly hit with an idea, he concentrates on the marking and his wish for help.

A few mintures later, the graceful swirls become visible and he is suddenly hopeful and thinks he's on the right way. But the woman didn't appear.

He is interrupted by an attack and fights with the others. During the fight they realise that he is almost completely imune to the jewel's influence and pull and able to do some damage as well.

People get some hope, and the more distinguished leaders notice his new marking. He explains what it is and they decide to let him fight (though, are still a bit sceptical about being able to summon an akuma).

He fights the spider from then on and is able to put them in a stalemate. But the spider soon hatches a plan to destroy him. He almost succedes and Sessh is gravely wounded, but as he was getting redy to deliver the last blow (the others can only watch, unable to interfere) the temperature suddenly drops below freezing and a figure of a woman is standing between them.

Her striking eyes narrow on the spider and she says 'You dare touch what's mine' and attacks him, almost destroying him before he escapes. When she turns to him Sessh recognises her. aaand, I'm suddenly feeling to lazy to fugure out the rest, this was the extent of the plunnie .... make an ending of your own

As I've said before, you are free to use any part of the idea for a fic (you don't have to use the whole plunnie).

Kagome has finished the quest for the shards and destroyed Naraku, the shikon is destroyed and she was returned to the future and can't return back to the past. S kagome, like Kagome, moved on and rebuilt her life.

Now, 10 years after the feudal era adventure, which would make her 25-ish, she has moved out of the shrine and gotten her own penthouse. Seh is also a CEO in a big, sucessful corporation and very well off.

Though, the feudal era left it's marks on her, such as her need to keep in shape thus she runs a couple

That is why she noticed there were quite a few well hidden yokai in society posing as humans.

It was also one of those particular quirks of hers that allowed her to discover something big in a suburb of Tokyo as she was driving back from one of her hiking trips. She felt immense youki on the edge of her senses and stopped to investigate. To her great surprise she noticed a beaten and battered Sesshomaru lying motionlessly just a little ways off the side of the road.

So Kagome, in her typical Kagome fashion, managed to somehow get him into her car and began driving to her home. (I'll let you figure out how she managed to get him out of the car, into the elevator - since she most certainly couldn't carry him up the numerous steps- and into her penthouse without anyone noticing)

So Sessh had injuries that needed to be tended to and she did that. He woke up disorientated and confused and attacked her when she walked into the room. She snapped him out of it as he was on top of her and holding her throat and his eyes widened as he realised just who he had pinned under him. He relaxes slightly then starts to feel the pain from his wounds and she ushers him back to bed.

He asks her how she still lives as she changes the, now bloodied through, bandages and she tells him her story. He is a little sceptical but can't deny what his senses were telling him. Besides, he was sure he would have known if she had returned to his brother.

She then asks what happened to him and he refuses to tell her. She gets annoyed and thells him that she was giving him care, sheltering him and trusting him not to kill her (nevermind the fact that she could kill him too) and that she at least deserves to know what got him there in the first place.

He reluctantly relents and tells her that he was captured after the westerners came and that his powers were sealed. He was forced to serve a family for centuries before the seal on his powers cracked and he killed them all. (though, you can think of your own reason) They were torturing him everyday to keep him weak (bruises and most of his injuries) and they managed to shoot him a couple of times when he attacked them.

Kagome continues to care for him as he slowly heals (the effects the seal left as it shattered) and tells him of the world now (as he was isolated for centuries), of the place of yokai, promising to help him adapt. He accepts her promise and continues to live with her (as it is the only place he can be).

So she brings him her old school books to study (he is a quick learner). Somehow she manages to make him a charm that would hide his yokai attributes (markings, claws, pelt, his hair turns platinum blond, eyes hazel) and slowly introduces him to the outside world. One of those times they go to the shrine.

She still regularily runs in the morning and one day Sessh decides to run with her (at human appropriate speeds), if only to feel his muscles work. She goes on her hiking trips with him on a regular basis too, it's the one time he can let go.

She decides to teach him business, he looked like the type to be a business man. So she first teaches him at home, then employs him as her secretary ( :woohoo: ) and then gives him his own job so he can supporet himself (male pride and all that).

Sometime when she was teaching him he spoke his mind and told her that it is a pity that she has such a short life as she is too 'incredible' and 'extraordinary'to have such a mundane human life.

Then a strange, perticular light enteres her eyes and she asks him how old dhe looks. He blinks and says that she looks around twenty in human years, she says that she is 26 (I'm thinking quite some time passed since she found him and this is at least that). He thinks it peculiar, but then she softly says that the Shikon retaliated one last time before it dissapeared. It made her immortal and sent her to the future, so that she would outlive all and have no one (her worst fear is to be alone). She smiles at him then and says 'guess the jewel didn't count on you.'

I left the choice when to start the romance to you, so whenever you want to.

Never in all her years traveling the feudal era had anything like this happened to her at least. She had seen it done to other’s but not once HER! This was not only embarrassing but so very dangerous. When she got fixed, she didn’t care if she got in trouble for it but she was going to kill Kikyo. The once clay miko had been brought back to life, flesh and blood with her wish on the jewel selfless for who would want to HELP their enemy. She gained nothing from it. Thinking that she, Kagome would still get Inuyasha, after all, she had been by his side since day one, saved hi life many times.

Did she get her hanyou? No, the baka still couldn’t decide, trying to keep them both in the long run, but in the end Kikyo figured if she could get Kagome out of the way Inuyasha would choose her. Lured out into the forest to ‘talk’ about their situation the younger miko by about a year seeing as she was eighteen, and Kikyo’s now new flesh body was nineteen the age she’d been at death, never saw it coming. The older was more versed in all things miko and had laid a trap. No she hadn’t planned on it killing Kagome, but if the younger died, Kikyo wouldn’t mind. So here she was, approximately 17 CMs tall, basically she was one tenth of her previous 172 CMs height. She didn’t even know why she still wanted the hanyou really. He wasn’t worth all this trouble.

She sighed, tired from her struggle, after all, she’d tried to get back to the village, sure that Keade would be ale to set her straight, and then she would murder Kikyo. It was not her fault that her clumsiness had retuned now that she was aobut 7 inches tall. No it was not her fault that she had ended up in a cobweb of a large spider. She had killed it though, she hated spiders, desperately. But now she was stuck in the webbing and couldn’t get out.

I it been about five years after the death of kikyo and a year after naraku's death. Lord sesshomaru returns home tothe west to findhis home, servents, and ward destoried by the northern lord. as he search the place that once been his home; hecomes across his bearly alive pupped mate. sesshomaru gentle grabs his mate and runs to a village in the middle of the western lands where an earth bound angel lives. Lord sesshomaru being the man that he is demands that the angel saves them. The angel tells him no. when he threated the man with his life his answer is still no. not knowing what else to do he beg and pled for their lives. In that every moment the angel changes his mind and began doing all that he could to save the lords mate and child.

No to far from where the lord was lies a batter, bruise, bleeding, and broken angel that once was the shikon miko. Having no real reason to stay in edo. Kagome begins her adventure of discovering what the gods have in store for her when she comes across a group of rogue demons. Being out number and have her power nearly depelt from help a village heal their sick didn't help the situation. Know that the out come of this battle will leave her nearly dead she took the chance. As you would know it lucky was on her side. Giving a great brust of power to defeat her foe sent the western lord to her. when sesshomaru arrives to the area he is shock to find her there and badly beat. Have some small bit of respect for her he takes her with him to the angel. While making his way back he begins to wonder where is his brother and the rest of the misfit pack that claim the little woman as their own. Upon arrive he is greed by the angel only to hear that his mate has passed but he was able to save the child. Sesshomaru demands to see the child only to be told by the angel the child would not make it if he didn't find a womb for his child to grow in. not knowing what else to howl to the moon goddess for help.

As lord sesshomaru grevies for the lost of his mate and soon the lost of his child. The earth bound angel begins treatment of kagome in the middle of treating her the greek goddess selena appears and bless kagome and the lords child. Than she turns to the earth bound angel and tells him that kagome is her daughter and that she has many trails along the way that will prepare her for the up coming war. Than she tells him that the child should have die with its mother and that he was only delaying the death child but if he want it to live. The child must be placed in kagomes womb before night falls. Just as soon as she came she was gone.

The angel finish healing kagome before he goes to sesshomaru with the infomation he just gain fron the goddess. Not liking the fact that the only way for his child to surive is to place it inside of kagome pissed him off. Sesshomaru does what is need to do to make sure his child is born. upon awaken kagome finds her stomach not as flat as it use to be but swollen with child. She lets out a scarm and falls faint. When she comes to she finds lord sesshomaru setting at the edge of her bed and he begains to explains whats going on.

Mean while kagome friends wait on the return of their favorite miko. Inuyasha has a feeling that kagome has gotten herself in trouble again. Think the best coruse of action is to go and find their beloved miko. In the center of the northern lands the lord sets in his study planing his next crouse of action. Thinking the best crouse of action is to plant a spy in the now choaic mess that is the western lands. Once sesshomaru explain to kagome whats going on and where she play in the game. He begins his next crouse of action. Contacting the other lord to begin plans for war.

Smell the miko embrassment and milk in the air. He asks her whats wrong. This question cause her to blow. She begans by telling him how she hate how the gods are using her and how she now will be given brith. No just any brith but to the western lords child and its not even her. Not to mention that she will be given up her cherry without the pleasure of having sex. To top it all off once inuyahsa hears about whats going on hel lol kill her. While he listen to her rant. He notice how swollen her breast look and how even though she was human she looked beautiful carring his heir.

Seeing that sesshomaru had stop paying attention to her and was more foucs on her breast enrage her. She yelland points to her facd saying it was up here and not her breast snaps the lord back to reality. Sesshomaru stands before the miko as if he were to kill her but instead ask her to follow him to the hot spring. Once they arrive at the spring he attack the miko pening her to the ground. Being care of the child he place some of his weight on her. Kagome stuggles to get free but she can't. Once he notice that she was clam. He ask her how long have her breast been paining her. She replys since the beginning of the trip.

Without waring he expose her breast anb begins to suck the milk out of the. Kagome so shock about what he just did that she doesn't realize that her body was responding to him.

Demons exist in modern times, but incognito. They are disguised as humans and live in the human world or they inhabit the most inhospitable places of the world. They almost never reveal themselve to humans (only if they fall in love or it's absolutely necessary) but there are some humans that know about them and potect their secret. Those humans that do find out about them have their memories removed.

In order to keep things flowing so smoothly, someone needs to keep the 'balance'. There is a core of 'assasins' who target rouge, violent demons, humans that threaten demons (they know of demons and seek to destroy them), they are also the ones who erase the memories, and such things.

They work closely together with the demon council, which keeps tabs on all (or most) of those with demonic blood in existance.

Most of our guys (Sango, Mir, Inu, Sessh, -InuTaisho if you love him-, Kikyo, Kouga, and others) work as these assasins (if you wish to have InuTaisho in the fic you cold make him a member of the council too).

Both demons and humans start to dissapear, and a lot of people are killed in misterious circumstances.

CU - Yet another version of what happens when she sees the two lovebirds together.

Title optional.

After a particularly hard battle with Naraku (that they painstakingly won), a spectar/ghost appears and says that they should cherish Kagome as she may well be even more powerful than Midoriko herself and that her power is surely the most valuable asset they could have in their fight for the shikon.

During that same fight Kag saw the way Inuyasha and Kikyo (who had joined the fight as well) interacted and made the silent decision to leave so that those two could be together. She tells the other of it after the fight.

Inuyasha doesn't want to let her go after hearing what the ghost said and told her he loved her, and that he needed her and couldn't bear her leaving. She believes him and stays.

Several weeks later she accidentally stumbles upon the two. Her heart breaks but she refuses to let it show, though she becomes a bit distant. One day after that, when Inuyasha is again away with Kik, a strong demon attacks them.

Inuyasha feels it too late and by the time he comes close enough a barrier stops his advance.

The rest fight the demon, but he is too strong and most are quickly rendered immobile by their injuries. Kag sees ther is no other aternative and charges the demon. He impales her on his claws, but she

Kagome travels through the afterlife (both heaven and hell), and learns a lot of things (especially how to control the power of her soul)

Eventually, she realises she can go back to 'Earth' if there is someone there willing to sacrifice his/her blood for her to build a body upon.

The situation on 'Earth' is grave, Naraku is more powerful, and has many allied evil-previously-dead guys. People realise that only Kag could beat him....

Was going to write this, had it outlined and everything, but I want to focus on the fics I already started. So, if anyone wants it, here you go...

Trapped in the dark, her only company the malicious wish of her greatest enemy and the dark wants of a corrupted jewel, Kagome crumples and makes the wrong wish. She disappears, along with the Shikon no Tama, and everyone assumes the task was completed while she went home to the future. However, their assumptions are proven wrong when, after centuries have past, the jewel returns and the youkai still alive discover she has been fighting within the entire time. Reunited, Kagome is released, physically unchanged by time but with the experience of someone who has battled for centuries, and together they hunt down the source of darkness within the jewel.

I won't put everything I thought about, but if you'd like to run with it here you go!

Here's my idea:

Title: Red Thread (This is not set in stone, just a suggestion)

CU (after Naraku's defeat), rating up to the writer.

Kagome is rendered blind (how this happens is up to you). Kaede can't do anything for her. Inuyasha abandons her since without her sight, she's "useless." However, her eyes are slowly healing from her miko ki and when her sight finally returns, she notices a red string tied to her little finger one end trailing off into the woods (if you don't know about the Japanese legend of the red thread of fate look here: link). Whatever she does, she can't remove it. She sees a string on everyone around her too but when she asks about them, no one else seems to be able to see them. She realizes what it is when she sees a single thread connecting Miroku and Sango. She assumes the other end of her thread is attached to Inuyasha. Even if she's angry at him for leaving when she was so vulnerable and needed him most, she still loves him. But then one day, he shows back up and when she sees him, his string is hanging from his hand. It's broken and frayed and she realizes its because the other end was meant for Kikyo but with her dead, that fate was severed. Her heart breaks and she decides to follow her thread to try and mend the pain. It of course leads her to Sesshoumaru. The rest is open from there.

Now have fun with it!

Kae, I think I like your idea the most, the one about the red threads. If it's okay with you, I think I might borrow, at least that aspect of your idea, and add it to the plot I am still attempting to create.

Ugh!! I can write okay once I get going, the hard part is coming up with a good basic plot upon which to build the story! Kae, If you have any further requests, suggestions or instructions as to how your idea should be used, please feel free to PM me. In the mean time, I'm going to try to intertwine our two ideas and come up with something really good!

- the tachi + sess tachi end up beating naraku - kagome ends up wishing kikyo back to life for inuyasha - sango/miroku end up having a wedding and leaving for a "honey moon" as soon as they get back - that same night inuyasha leaves with kikyo, leaving kagome all alone - drunk on sake from the wedding and realizing that her life as she knew it is over, kagome sleeps with Sesshomaru who while not fully drunk, has secretly wanted the miko for a very long time - kagome ends up pregnant with sesshomaru's pup after having a onenight stand - Keade figures out what's happening to kagome when she's sick as shippo is at kitsune school - she tells her that there's no way a miko could survive a demon pregnancy - kagome feels that there HAS to be a way, b/c she wont loose her child - keade finally relents and tells her about the only demon witch she knows of, a witch accross the sea and into the mainland, over the great wall. - kagome is all O_O about it but refuses to lose her kid, ends up leaving the next day, determined to save her unborn child - kagome has keade promise not to tell the tachi where she went. - it takes her about a month to find it b/c as it terns out the city kagome's looking for is the "fabled" shangra la, and the witch is actually an inuyasha female who happens to be not only their empress but a "mystic" not a witch - the empress is all O_o at kagome at first, but after hearing her out, at first she denies her, and then tells a guard to have her taken away - kagome fights and in the fight her blood is spilled. - the scent sends the empress into a trance, and allows her to see the thruth behind kagome, that she is touched by fate, a child of the gods - the empress, who is childess but powerful realizes that kagome is not preggo with a single pup but twins, both females. - the empress has no heir herself, but desides to change kagome in exchange for her becoming her heir at one of her daughters after that. - kagome not wanting her kid to die agrees - the empress basically tells her that it's going to be painful, and that b/c the father isnt there the pups likely wont have much of a bond with him, that he'll have to fight to force a bond with them later. - the empress changes kagome and she becomes the new heiress of the Empress of Shangra La - in this fic, dog demons will almost always have light colored hair, wolves usually have dark, but dogs have lgiht, kagome and her twin daughters will have black hair - b/c she's now so much more powerful, the mystic ends up feeling that kagome wont be a brute strength like some females, it'll be in her aura and magic skills. to develop this, the empress will give her a Magic Koto to practice with. - this koto will show a picture/image/animtion of what it's music represents. When the time comes that kagome can make the picture perfect as a vision then she'll have ful control over her powers. - this process takes seven years (8 years after the defeat of naraku) - by now, kagome feels that her pups NEED to know sesshomaru, and though her 'mother' is not happen about it, it does work out as a friend of hers has said that a pup is getting married, and wants a skilled koto player to play for it. - Empress-mama doesnt tell kagome that her friend is also Sesshomaru's mother, who is hoping that the skilled "musiscian" will be able to read her son's future b/c his bride to be is the once human ward, Rin, - who has grown to look a bit too much like kagome, and while Rin knows that she's only marrying sesshomaru b/c she looks like kagome, she doesnt mind b/c she's fallen in love with him - sesshomaru realized that he loved kagome but only went to her after she left, and couldnt find out where she went - he like his brother (but not so openly) wants Rin b/c she looks like kagome, having never told her that he saved her b/c she looked like what he thought a child kagome would look like. - when kagome arriaves, it is lady mother that greets her, and is all O_O at the black haired inu who is also her friend's heiress, along with kagome is a small entouge, as well as her twin girls who are covered

West+Shargra La - Mongrel dogs oppose it but Sess ends up fighting them off, and ends up uniting all the demons of Japan under his rule b/c most of them leader wise are already loyal to Kagome b/c of her travels when the shikon hunt. - their mating is rocky at first but eventually he gets his male and 2 other's as kagome has male triplets. (the little terrors as they'll eventually come tobe known) - it's this mating of the houses that makes them a powerhouse of the eastern world. eventually saving them when WW2 comes around. - kagome, now a powerful mystic with the help of her daughters who are also powerful mysics and her "mother" end up creating a new land for all eastern demons to exsist, - makai - kagome's last act in the world of humans is to move what's left of sango/miroku's family to Edo during WW2 where they eventually marry into the local shrine family that protects the village and Higure Shrine, ledgendary birth place of the 2 shrink mikos

Title: it can be anything you want Timeline: anytime after Kikyo was "create

Plot bunny spark: Nature abhores a vacume. . .

Okay, we know that a piece of Kagome's soul is used to create Kikyo. Kikyo, in order to stay "alive," must steal the souls of young women, and possibly using their power to augment her own spiritual powers. But what of Kagome, who's soul is now also incomplete? I never liked the excuse that her soul was so large/powerful, that she was still complete without it. What if, over time, her body started to absorb youki to fill the void within her soul, slowly opning her up to changing into something more than human?

We know that there are humans that can becomr youkai. Usually it is a human that dies while feeling strong negative emotions, jealousy, loss, grief, rage, etc. . . Granted, Kagome is too pure to subcome to such negative emotions for long and her own reiki could purrify the darker aspects of such energy. But, there also seem to be youkai that seem to be a form of animal/nature spirits: inu demons, ookami demons, neko, kitsune, toad, imps, tree spirits, spider etc. . . There also seem to be elemental youkai, poison, fire, wind, water, lighting, ice, earth. most of these youkai could arguably be considered nuetral, or a balancing force and that type of youki may be resistant or even compatable with Kagome's reiki.

Main plot catalyst: Naraku, after much spying senses this fluctuation or missing piece of Kagomes's soul. He concludes that it is vunerable to attact and with a plan to either "taint/corrupt" the shikon miko, or possibly try to turn her into a hanyo to nullify her abilty to sense and purify the jewl, he creates an incarnation to possess her, using the missing piece of her soul as a doorway.

While Naraku succeeds in possesing her, Kagome's strength of character, and purity of heart manages to fight off and defeat the taint or miasma of Naraku's possession (through no small amount of pain), the youki essence merges with her own soul causing her to change. She could either be awake or fall into some kind of coma or "stasis" while this happens. The change into youkai can be inu, due to her emotional connection to Inuyasha, (or crush on sesshoumaru or both). She could also become something more akin to a nature spirit or earth elemental as mikos are in large part healers and are entrusted with keeping ballance as well as protection. It is your choice which path he transformation takes. I am in favor of the latter as the inuyoukai path has been done a lot. And I think in the Manga, Sesshomaru developes feelings for Kagura, a wind demon. (if it was just one sided on Kagura's part, my appologies, but either way, Kagome does not have to be inu for a relationship to take place)

At some point after Kagome's change she will have to seek training to understand and control her new abilities and nature. She still has a connection to the jewel, can sense and purify the taint because she was born with it inside her. But the rest of her reiki has changed to more of an elememtal power, maybe just able to purrify poison/miasma as well as stronger, faster, increased healing. (basically Naraku's worst nightmare).

I figure Sesshoumaru can be Kagome's teacher (grudingly if course) if she is inu, or he can take her to another to teach her if she is an elemental/nature youkai that he is an ally to. And through this increased contact, a relationship starts to blossom.

In regards to Inuyasha, please no character bashing. He can either shun Kagome claiming she is not the woman he cared for now that she is Youkai, or he can be jeaous and covetous of her full youkai status, something he has always wanted argues with her tommake him full demon too so they can be together. And his renewed interest in her creates a bit if a triangle between her, inuyasha, and Sesshoumaru. So some potential angst there fo any who wish it.

P.S. This just popped into my head while writing this.another option for Kagome to change into could be Kitsune. Many fanfiction have Kagome calling Shippou her kit or adopted son. That connection could be stronger than her often wounded and confused feelings for inuyasha. It would certainly strengthen the maternal bond between Kagome and Shippou. And fox are technically are in the same genus as dogs and wolves. that is all for now. I really mean it this time

I'd like to try this one, I've written before but never published, I would like to run with this idea but change a few things is that alright?

Kagome is rendered blind (how this happens is up to you). Kaede can't do anything for her. Inuyasha abandons her since without her sight, she's "useless." However, her eyes are slowly healing from her miko ki and when her sight finally returns, she notices a red string tied to her little finger one end trailing off into the woods (if you don't know about the Japanese legend of the red thread of fate look here: link). Whatever she does, she can't remove it. She sees a string on everyone around her too but when she asks about them, no one else seems to be able to see them. She realizes what it is when she sees a single thread connecting Miroku and Sango. She assumes the other end of her thread is attached to Inuyasha. Even if she's angry at him for leaving when she was so vulnerable and needed him most, she still loves him. But then one day, he shows back up and when she sees him, his string is hanging from his hand. It's broken and frayed and she realizes its because the other end was meant for Kikyo but with her dead, that fate was severed. Her heart breaks and she decides to follow her thread to try and mend the pain. It of course leads her to Sesshoumaru. The rest is open from there

You get the drift. Somehow she befriends the Inuyasha, Sango, Miroku and Shippo of the present, yet instead of falling for Inuyasha, it's Sesshomaru that she falls for.

The consequences of time travel. . . . I wonder if anyone here has questioned or wondered if Kagome's actions in the past will change or influence the future. In the anime and manga, nothing she does seems to affect her future reality. The modern world appears untouched. Humans are dominant and the youkai appear to have all but died out except possibly in very rural areas. I have allways theorized that Kagome's mission to defeat Naraku and protect - or even destroy - the jewl was always a part of history. I think that if any of her actions were to ever cause a major shift in history, then her future reality would change. So what if her choices in the past after the defeat of Naraku, such as her choice to stay in the past would ultimately alter the future, creating an alternate reality/timeline/universe and therfore severing her connection to her future. If Kagome were to live out a relatively quiet human exsistance with inuyasha, then I do not think to many ripples would occur in the timeline as we know it. But if Kagome ended up bound to Seshoumaru, one of the most powerful youkai in Japan, and her Miko powers fully unlocked, (i think at the end of the manga we find out her were powers were supressed or bound in some way until that final battle) I would imagine the ripples of their actions would alter out known reality very much. Especially if she has with her any books that contain information on future technologies, tools, medicines or hisorical events and "myths and legends" of youkai. I cannot imagine Kagome to be one to sit on the sidelines and let anyone be harmed, be they human, youkai or hanyo. I see this happening even more as she educates and protecs her children. The question is what would those ripples in time be and how would it affect the future? It is the ultimate "what if" senario where you can create your own future or history.

What if more hanyous were protected and proven to be a help to both humans and youkai, forming a bridge between the two races? What if the youkai lords keep a hold of their lands so that there is a greater balance between nature and industry? ( especially if Kagome can spread knowledge of greener methods to both races) How would history be effected by such things? How would Japan evolve out of the fuedal era with youkai in positions of power? Would a more modern democracy ever form in the Meiji era of late 1800's? How would the youkai evolve and grow with a peace between the two races? Would there be new wars and battles over land or due to hate and fear as both humans and youkai like to fight? How would those battles influence the future? Would a greater number of youkai bleed over into China and Europe? How would that effect how their cultures develope? If mikos and monks and their cultural equivelents keep their powers strong, how would that effect religion and the resulting holy wars that have become a part of our history? Would their have been "witch hunts"? if more hanyous are born through peace and tollerance and these hanyous mate with humans, would those bloodlines allow for humanity to have a greater resistance to viruses or the development of immune dissorders or tumors, or even faster healing and longer lifespans?

I am not saying all these questions must or should be answered. These what if's and the rewriting of history on just one or two would make for an epic challenge and is probably why we don't really see any stories that encompass those changes. I know plenty of alternate universes have been created for stories the take place only in the modern world, but even those mostly seem to reflect a modern world where live as equals in society with all the modern tech we have now unchanged. Imagine what you could create if the world could truly be changed.

Okay, this is kind of a tangent/crossover idea that happened while writing all the "what if" questions in my previous post. Now, I am normally not someone who likes crossovers. In my opinion, they are very hard to do without turning them into a crack fic, but this plunny won't leave me alone. It would be a cross between the X-Men universe and the characters of Inuyasha. This does not have to have characters from the marvel u niverse, since this story would be taking place in Japan. So, Inuyasha characters in a world where mutants are a reality. . . .

For those who are not familiar with X-Men, let me explain the premise. It is modern times and humanity has been on the same evolutionary course for thousands of years. But suddenly human evolution seems to be leaping forward. And developing powers and abillities more powerful and therefore are seen as a threat to those who are still "normal" Because of this, there are groups of mutants who have broken into two major groups, one is a group that believes they are superior to non mutants and should take their rightful place in leading humanity forward into the next stage of human evolution. The other main group are mutants who strive to live alongside the rest of humanity with equal rights and should use their powers to protect all, be they human or mutant. Humanity itself is divided among those who are driven by fear and either want to catalogue, cage, control, regulate, or kill all mutants because they are a to current order or power structures. There are also those who believe in equal rights to humans and mutants. The real question that is often asked is should mutants have human rights if in the eyes of many, they are not truly human anymore.

There are very many types of mutants out there. Abilities range from control of weather, metals, fire, water, ice, telepathy, telekinisis, flight, creating shields, increased speed, healing, strength, teleportation, shapeshifting, the feeding or absobtion of energy from others, creation of poisons and toxins. And their are those mutants who have physical changes, the growth of claws, fur, wings, tails, looking like a cross between a human and an animal and many more. Sound a little like things youkai can do? Seeing that parallel between the X-Men universe and The feudal era of Inuyasha got the wheels in my head spinning.

What if, as youkai saw their kind dying out and humanity's growth, many felt that the only way for thei bloodlines to survive would be to mix with humans? Their strength would dillute and as hanyous mixed with humans generation after generation, the traits that would mark them as youkai would fade, even their powers becoming dormant like a recessive gene. (Pure youkai that could mask their traits could still survive through the centuries.) Now I am not a science major but I still remember that if two recessive genes come together, a hidden recessive trait can become dominant. Now in X-Men, mutants do not come into their powers until puberty and usually have a normal human chidhood until their abilites manifest and are alienated due to reactions of hate and fear from not only society, but close friends and even family.

In this kind of world, I can see Naraku as a leader of a mutant supremist movement along with his "incarnations" who would just be followers of his instead of his creations. I could see Kagome's shrine becoming a sanctuary for mutants with Kaede being the main teacher or guide. Kagome and Miroku would have some kind of mitant powers instead of being a monk and miko and sango would also be more than human. As more and more mutants awaken, youkai begin to re-enter the site of society. I can see Seshoumaru coming into play as a previously hidden guardian of his bloodline, inuyasha being a great, great, great (great, great, great. . . You get the idea) grand nephew and so must interact with those in Kagome's group.

This kind of premise really allows for everyone to play with what Kagome is. She could be from an

The Shikon (if you chhose to have a version of it) could be some kind of tech that amplifies a mutants abilities and a great danger in the wrong hands. Please have fun and play with this idea. There are a lot of elements and aspects to toy with and I think it cpuld be quite the adventure.

Rated T Title (Pending): The Girlfriend

There are youkai and miko and monks.

Sesshomaru is constantly being pestered by his family to get a girlfriend and settle down. He wants to get them off his back and decides to lie. He notices that a woman who doesn't work for him has been around his building lately (this woman is Kikyo). He uses her as the description of his girlfriend. One day, Inuyasha, who works under Sesshomaru, brings his girlfriend to meet his family. It's Kikyo. The family is immediately suspicious (the family being Toga, Izayoi and Sesshmama). They mention how his girlfriend sounds a lot like Kikyo. Inuyasha notices it too. A lot of questions crop up, and Sesshomaru rashly tells them that he could introduce them to his girlfriend if they wanted him to. They jump on the offer.

Enter Kagome Higurashi. She accidently bumps into Sesshomaru and continues on after an apology. He pegs her as the perfect girl to help him with all of his problems. He follows her home in typical Kagome-stalker fashion and she confronts him with her bow and arrow at the shrine. He bluntly propositions her. She takes him up on the offer on the condition that during the whole fake girlfriend process, for however long it spans, he has to protect her. He isn't, after all, the only person stalking her. He agrees, and they set up a time to meet in order to get their facts straight,

That's the whole basis of the story. Kagome is Sesshomaru's fake girlfriend, and by the end of the beginning of the story, he somehow is forced into accidentally proposing to her. That leads to all sorts of anger from Kagome and discomfort from Sesshomaru, who wanted to end things as quickly as possible. An on and off boyfriend of Kagome's (Koga) shows up, jealous as ever. Kikyo finds out their secret somehow, but doesn't mind keeping it. At least, she doesn't mind until Inuyasha starts shooting Kagome inappropriate looks that show he's thinking about getting to know her in a not very brother in law type way. Then Kikyo is jealous and is dropping hints to the family and threatening Kagome and Sesshomaru. To top it off, they're starting to develop feelings for each other, even though both had declared at the very beginning that neither would fall in love with the other.

I have tons of stories to finish, but I really want to see this written.

It is your choice which path he transformation takes. I am in favor of the latter as the inuyoukai path has been done a lot. And I think in the Manga, Sesshomaru developes feelings for Kagura, a wind demon. (if it was just one sided on Kagura's part, my appologies, but either way, Kagome does not have to be inu for a relationship to take place)

At some point after Kagome's change she will have to seek training to understand and control her new abilities and nature. She still has a connection to the jewel, can sense and purify the taint because she was born with it inside her. But the rest of her reiki has changed to more of an elememtal power, maybe just able to purrify poison/miasma as well as stronger, faster, increased healing. (basically Naraku's worst nightmare).

I figure Sesshoumaru can be Kagome's teacher (grudingly if course) if she is inu, or he can take her to another to teach her if she is an elemental/nature youkai that he is an ally to. And through this increased contact, a relationship starts to blossom.

In regards to Inuyasha, please no character bashing. He can either shun Kagome claiming she is not the woman he cared for now that she is Youkai, or he can be jeaous and covetous of her full youkai status, something he has always wanted argues with her tommake him full demon too so they can be together. And his renewed interest in her creates a bit if a triangle between her, inuyasha, and Sesshoumaru. So some potential angst there fo any who wish it.

P.S. This just popped into my head while writing this.another option for Kagome to change into could be Kitsune. Many fanfiction have Kagome calling Shippou her kit or adopted son. That connection could be stronger than her often wounded and confused feelings for inuyasha. It would certainly strengthen the maternal bond between Kagome and Shippou. And fox are technically are in the same genus as dogs and wolves. that is all for now. I really mean it this time

I've been tossing this idea around, but if I ever hope to finish the Sess/Kag story I'm in the middle of and write my own original story, I need to toss this plot bunny out there. I hope someone can adopt the little critter. :)

B) Story is AU. High level demons are believed to be extinct. Low level demons, ones in some bestial form, are kept in zoos, bred, and on 'endangered species' lists. (think tigers) Some demons are 'protected' in the wild. Demons are viewed as very strong, occasionally magical, wild animals (even if they are simply a big eyeball) Many demons are collared after they are captured, and have been for centuries, by teams of priests and priestesses that work along side government and law enforcement. They are attempting to keep track of them. Miroku is head of his area's 'holy' department and Kagome is one of the priestess that works under him. One night an illegal fighting ring is busted by police and Miroku calls in Kagome to help detain a particularly ferocious white dog demon. The demon is to remain at her shrine in the kennels until the courts prosecute the offenders. Naraku vows to get back his 'property' (referring to his prized fighting dog demon) as he's lead away in handcuffs. Kagome returns to the shrine and locks up our favorite fluffy demon who is battle worn and very grumpy. Kagome knows something that the general public is not aware of though, that the high level demons did not become completely extinct, but rather were defeated by the overwhelming number of holy users who then suppressed their powers using the branded collars. (maybe their reasoning being that they didn't want to overwhelm hell with their damned souls or they were trying to save their damned souls by weakening and trapping them so they could do no harm and would have time to repent or something) She discovers this after a male kitsune dies on her shrine property and his collar falls off in the process. He was protecting his young kit and the boy was unregistered because he was not collared yet. Kagome examines the collar Sesshoumaru is wearing and is aware that he understands her. Kagome eventually trusts Sesshoumaru won't kill her and removes the collar, his power explodes, like a bottle of shaken soda with the pressure released. Holy police descend on her shrine and she quickly replaces the collar before they notice Sesshoumaru is no longer bound.

After they leave, and things settle, Sesshoumaru is again uncollared and explains that he is searching for his half-breed brother per his father's request. He concludes that the boy was likely killed because of what he was, but he was pack and has to have proof. Kagome offers to help and they go from there with

Anyway, that's as far as I got. This could lead into a whole thing of finding a movement of demons, half-demons and sympathetic humans that are trying to make the world aware of what the demons really are. And the head of the holy brigade could be trying to keep the movement under wraps. Maybe Inuyasha is hiding among these rebel individuals after his mother was killed for participating in 'beastiality' with a demon.

I'm willing to do some brainstorming with someone if they want to run with this tale. I hope someone has fun with this. Let me know!

I remember reading recently about yokai folklore in Japan, and was thinking I'd like to see these well known/established yokai used more in fanfiction. One kind of yokai are called "Tsukumogami" which are:

The most accepted definition of the term says that tsukumogami are inanimate objects that once they have served their owner/s for 100 years, they recieve a soul and therefore become alive and self-aware. http://yokai.wikia.com/wiki/Tsukumogami

So I was thinking: maybe Kagome is on a field trip, possibly one with school where they stay overnight at an inn and explore historical sites. They happen upon a shrine and sees the inu-guardian statues. Someone approaches Kagome and explained they are called "A-un" and she thinks of the coincidence and possibly says something about it being a better name for a dragon. (A-un on wikipedia).

The person then confronts Kagome about her strong reiki/spiritual powers. No one in Kagome's time has really mention her powers to her before, so she kind of denies it. And the person explains that no one has said anything before because she hasn't encountered anyone with spiritual powers before.

Somehow or another that person is OR introduces her to Miroku. Naturally, she is like "how the heck are you alive?"

It turns out that his staff (and possibly Sango's weapon) had been enshrined, and after 100 years, turned into yokai, and because of their deep spiritual bond with these items, they were brought back as yokai themselves. The details are up to you. Perhaps they would explain that they were confined to the shrines grounds where their items were enshrined until they just recently got strong enough to move about the world. And somehow, however you prefer, this can lead her to Sesshoumaru and romancing enuses :kiss:

Not that I am aware of. At least no one has told me they wanted to adopt this plunnie. And I don't recall seeing anything done

Sometimes dreams can be a strange thing. This one was Inuyasha related.

The main group ran into a dark priestess, who used a spell to slip the gang from their darker impulses. The only way for them to get back together, was to find something they found in common between their two halves and speak it. Plus, whatever they did while separated would be permanent, like murdering or mating. Miroku had it the easiest. The Wind Tunnel (Fear) was a menace to both versions, so they merged rather quickly. Sango was next, but it wasn't easy as hers was running off to end Kohaku's existence with no qualms. Inuyasha's darker impulse was to steal the jewels and mate Kagome, but both of Shippo's forms fought to protect Kagome (they would merge back soon too, because of their desire to protect Momma, but only one of them had planned to kill Inuyasha). Kagome's darker self overpowered her, took the shards, and went to find real power. Kagome always felt useless; powerless. Kagome hadn't figured this out until the Darker self was out of site.

Naraku, who was waiting in the sidelines, was hoping for this moment. After all, this is the type of darkness he was always looking for in a mate.

On another side of the area, Sesshomaru was on his way to give his brother another lesson.

... And then the dream ends there. I had awakened to the bright light of sun coming through the window. So, yeah. Anyone can take this baby, as I have no clue where it would go from there. I don't even know if this dream was a Sessh/Kag dream but figured," It could be." I would be excited to see whatever someone came up with from this strange dream.

Ok, so, I've literally had this idea rolling around in my head for YEARS. Not even exaggerating- I wish I were. I've tried to write it a couple times and it just never comes out sounding how I want it to. Here goes:

Come in mid final battle (you may change this if you like, I just found it to be the easiest transition) to the inu-tachi fighting well but the marathon-type battle has tired them all out and they're starting to fall, one by one. (I imagine this part, at least, to be in Kag's pov for a better emotional effect and what info she's privy to compared to others) Naraku (who somehow has the complete or very nearly complete, jewel. No missing pieces between him and Kagome at least) finally manages to get hold of Inuyasha and insert Kagome screaming his name in terror scene that we're all so familiar with from the series lol.

Naraku starts in on his evil monolog since he's about to finally win. During his speech, Kagome pulls an arrow and nocks it, aiming for Naraku. She doesn't know what else to do since everyone else is down for the count and just hopes Inuyasha survives since he won't be directly hit. Just as she looses the arrow, however, a low level demon on Naraku's side claws her from behind with a killing blow. Since she's dying as she shoots, all of her power, life energy, whatever you want to call it, ends up being shot at Naraku with far more power than he can stop with a barrier.

Since she was hit though, her aim was off. So, instead of hitting Naraku in the torso, where she was aiming, it clips his shoulder. This is what (barely) saves Inuyasha from being obliterated along with

Naraku who does still die, despite the arrow itself not being a killing shot.

Since it was Kagome's energy that exploded and purified Naraku, the jewel was simultaneously purified and shot toward Kagome who is barely alive and quickly dying. To everyone's astonishment, she is wrapped in a barrier with the jewel and just floats right there in the middle of the bloody battlefield. She isn't dead but she's not responding when they call her name, she seems asleep.

Enter Kagome's mind / jewels inner realm / whatever. Kagome meets with Midoriko who fills her in that she is basically dead but is in stasis until she makes a wish. In trying to keep as close to original characters to the series as possible for this portion, I feel a Kagome melt down works well here but use your own judgement. By the end of her time with Midoriko, said warrior priestess won't give Kagome any hints about what the right wish would be and ambiguously states that the simplest answer is often the right one. Kagome, unfortunately misinterprets this and makes the WRONG wish.

She wishes the jewel out of existence. While this isn't necessarily selfish, it isn't completely unselfish either. So, the dark portion of the jewel manages to twist the wish so that instead of the jewel just disappearing, it instead merges with Kagome herself. This creates a similar war in herself as was in the jewel- a demon version of herself is formed that is utterly opposite to our pure, holy Kagome we're used to. In short, Kagome ends up with two totally opposite personalities and sets of abilities (one demonic, one holy) and a while LOT of power.

These two personalities are constantly fighting for dominance and so, you get a basically schizophrenic Kagome. Queue Kagome waking up from her nap about 24 hours later but it's NOT Kagome. It's her new other half who has no idea what is happening. Now, this next part should be dark, and tear-jerking, it's the catalyst for the rest of the fic.

Sango, Miroku and Kilala are hanging off to one side, resting and treating their wounds. Sess and his gang have either already left if you included them or are simply a ways off if you didn't. Shippo and Inuyasha and right next to the floating, barrier encased Kagome as I'm sure you can imagine. As she's waking up, Shippo gets excited and Inuyasha bops him on the head as usual and Shippo starts crying, as usual. BUT Kagome2 (for short, come up with your own name) is basically running off of instincts and bare minimum memories of Kagome's since she's newly created and hasn't had time to absorb everything. All she knows is that someone is attacking her kit. She doesn't realize it's not a real threat out that Shippo is her adopted son or any of that. She just knows that he got hit and is now crying for her and she must protect him.

Inuyasha, expecting the usual Kagome is completely blind sided. Whatever blow you use, it is a killing one. Yes, Kagome kills Inuyasha with one hit, right in front of Shippo, with everyone watching. Inuyasha dies quickly but you can add some heart-wrenching dialog with the tachi if it suits you.

Kags2 grabs Shippo by his scruff, in typical demon fashion, and takes off like a bat out off hell to who knows where. Shippo is traumatized and doesn't say a word or make a sound, hoping she doesn't kill him next during her run for 'safety.' She eventually finds a cave that her base self deems safe. She puts Shippo down and finally, she sits down to relax, unknowingly allowing our Kagome to take control. She is confused and doesn't remember what just happened at first. Seeing Shippo, she asks the who, what, why, where, how questions before realizing that he's scared out of his mind and seems to be fearful of HER which only confuses her more.

Eventually he cracks a little and however you prefer it done /said, he jogs her memory and she realizes what 'she' has done. Enter Kagome meltdown#2. Things are more vague from here since I never managed to write the story past this point.

Main plot points that I've thought of are as follows: -Main plot revolves around Kagome having to become one with her other half and become a truly neutral being in order to not destroy herself and the world with the massive amount of power she now has. I always imagined this as a sort of merging of her two halves by accepting each other (LONG and difficult process). But she didn't figure this out for a while.

-She decides to go off on her own and tells Shippo that he needs to stay with the others but he finds a way to stay with her. He becomes her way of staying in contact with Miroku and Sango after a while via kitsune magic or he just gets old enough to run messages, whatever.

-Doesn't take long for Kagome to run into Sess and ask for him to train her but he denies her request because she's too weak for him to bother with (for now ;)) This meeting should end with Kagome basically being told that she's not worth his time (makes Kagome to determined to better herself) and Sesshoumaru seemingly writing her off. Since we all know that he's actually very perceptive and intelligent, he notices the huge power increase but she still has no idea of it herself so he sends her off to see what happens, basically. Though Sess keeps light tabs on Kags, they won't actually see each other again for YEARS.

-Having jumped into a loner life head-first, add in some trials, tribulations and life lessons as you deem fit. She has to figure out what has actually happened to her, learn to survive on her own without her modern supplies that she has always relied on (they were in the fight of their lives and then she got revived as a demoness and ran off that way, I don't see her grabbing her bag), get over some serious self loathing and depression from killing Inuyasha, take care of Shippo AND mend their relationship. After murdering Inu right in front of him, I don't see Shippo coming out unscathed either. He'll have his own growing up to do and coming to terms with what happened.

Sprinkle opposite Kagome drama and laughs in all over the place. They both see Shippo as their own but that's about the only thing they agree on. Since her other half is basically Kagome's opposite, I see her as a trouble maker, prankster (this gives Kags2 and Shippo a reason to bond) and an out for herself type attitude. If you're a nerd like me and know what this means- think chaotic neutral bard. For those of you who have no idea what I just said- she doesn't care about the law one way or the other. She doesn't go out of her way to break them but if she wants to do something that is against the law, she'll do it anyway and won't give a damn. But she also thrives in chaos. She'll prank / seduce / generally cause trouble wherever she goes for the laughs. This, I think, would serve well to cause Kagome no end of grief, lighten the story so it's not all doom and gloom and build this new Kagome's character.

I haven't named him but I would like to see a pre-Sess romance between Kags and what I imagined as a demi-god. This would give a stepping stone for kags to build her power more, learn about needing to merge with her other half and really flesh out her coming into her own. This would also open up the idea that she killed her first love and needing to not only come to terms that she did kill him as she has been doing, but realize that she can love again. It is safe to do so and she doesn't have to be alone forever. I don't think she would have thought these things outright but instead just subconsciously accepted that she wouldn't love another. I feel this character and romance would really give her the final push to become the woman she would need to be in order to match Sess.

To explain that, I mean, Sess was never really good or bad. He wanted power so he could rule his kingdom well, basically. That's neither good or bad when his character is stripped down to essentials. What's this story about? Kagome becoming a super powerful but neutral being. I am a Sess/Kag fan and that's what this site is for so I obviously want them to end up together in the end but how their romance develops and what exactly happens between the cave and finally ending up with Sess, is up to you. In case you hadn't realized, this fic will be loooooong but I feel it would be an amazing one if someone could write it. When I do, it just sounds like an essay and I don't like it so I'm giving it to someone else
