Emergono alcuni adattamenti ricorrenti, quali l’utilizzo del gesso come materiale da costruzione e, una volta cotto e macinato, come legante; la presenza di vani rupestri ricavati nel substrato selenitico; le difficoltà relative all’approvvigionamento idrico potabile e la prassi della raccolta di acque piovane in cisterne; diffusi problemi di dissesto, legati alle scadenti caratteristiche geomeccaniche e ai processi di dissoluzione del gesso. A partire dal Secondo Dopoguerra, la totalità di questi centri demici ha sperimentato fenomeni di spopolamento e marginalizzazione. Oggi, la situazione è molto diversa da caso a caso: recuperi urbani impeccabili sotto il profilo architettonico, ma meno felici sotto il profilo della residenzialità primaria (Montegiardino); stravolgimenti urbanistico-architettonici (Faetano); realtà di con- servazione discrete (Gesso di Sassofeltrio, Sassofeltrio e Onferno), ma nell’ambito delle quali una riqualifi- cazione e un recupero dell’identità urbana, fondata sul gesso, appaiono ancora possibili.

I comuni hanno espresso la propria domanda selezionando i servizi di interesse, con la possibilità di segnalare, per ogni gruppo, un servizio di valenza prioritaria.     TOMMASO DI CARPEGNA FALCONIERI LA MAPPA DEI POTERI TRA RIMINI E IL MONTEFELTRO PREMESSA Il tema degli scambievoli rapporti politici che intercorsero tra la città di Rimini e il territorio feretrano nel corso del medioevo – la cui analisi si vorrebbe portasse a tratteggiare la “mappa dei poteri” in- dicata nel titolo – è indubbiamente complesso. Questa complessità deriva tanto da una peculiare situazione documentaria, che è deficita- ria e della quale diremo qualcosa, quanto dal fatto che il problema qui considerato, pur nella sua distanza temporale, ha costituito un elemento dialettico che, limitandosi ai secoli dopo il Mille, va dalla frizione tra aree di influenza romana e ravennate, alla lotta tra guelfi e ghibellini, allo scontro tra i Malatesta e i Montefeltro, e che per nuo- ve vie raggiunge anche l’attualità 1. Il Montefeltro si può considerare “entroterra riminese”? Detta in termini che cambiano a seconda delle epoche, può il Montefeltro essere considerato un territorio nel quale la città e in seguito i signori di Rimini hanno esercitato forme di controllo, definibili come districtus? E se sì, quando? E per quanto tempo? E ancora oggi, come e quanto il Montefeltro si può conside- rare facente parte del Riminese? È una vexata quaestio il cui problema di fondo, che in qualche maniera si riflette anche in questa comunicazione, è, diremmo, 1. Mi riferisco al referendum che il 17 e 18 dicembre 2006 ha portato i cittadini di sette comuni della Valmarecchia a chiedere di passare dalla Regione Marche e dalla Provincia di Pesaro alla Regione Emilia Romagna e alla provincia di Rimini.
