Biographical / Historical Bundi is a district in the state of Rajasthan in northwest India; during the era of British rule, Bundi was a princely state. The Maharao Raja Sir Raghubir Singh (1869-1927) took the throne in 1889 after the death of his adopted father, Maharao Raja Ram Singh.
