Discovery Point (Stages 1, 2, 4, 6, 7 residential towers with circa 1000 units over a common basement $400 million 7, 8 & 10), Wolli Creek, NSW car park ranging in heights from 8 stories to 22 stories in height (for Australand)

The Pacific, Bondi Beach, NSW Redevelopment and conversion of the Swiss Grand Hotel into 94 $200 million residential apartments, serviced apartments, with retail and car parking for 294 cars (for Savills)

Divercity (Block B, C & D), 3 mixed residential, retail buildings up to 11 stories, comprising 661 $200 million Waterloo, NSW residential units and associated car parking (for Becton)

The Emporium Melbourne Euan was the Relevant Building Surveyor responsible for the $600 million redevelopment of the former Myer Lonsdale Street store. The recently opened Emporium Project has a retail GLA of over 46,000m2, or around 225 new shops (for Colonial First State Global Asset Management)

888 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 2 residential towers of 40 storeys and 15 storeys comprising 587 $180 million (under construction) residential units with podium car parking for 350 cars and ground floor retail (for Lend Lease)

Queen Victoria / QV Development, Development of a full city block into high-density “urban village” being $600 million Melbourne, VIC a mixed use precinct containing retail, business, and living spaces. The site is split into four main towers, named QV1 through QV4, over basement car parking and retail podium. The spaces between buildings were specifically designed as shop-filled laneways, pointing to Melbourne's historic lanes and arcades, At the centre of the site is an open-air public square, behind the retained Heritage listed Queen Victoria Women's Centre (for )

171 Collins Street, Melbourne Euan was the Relevant Building Surveyor responsible for the commercial $143 million office development at 171 Collins, a total of 33,000m2 of office space across two buildings, an 18 storey commercial tower and Mayfair, a refurbished eight level heritage-listed building (for CBUS/Charter Hall)

Convesso (V5), Victoria Harbour, 30 level residential tower development with podium car parking and $140 million Melbourne Docklands, VIC ground floor retail and bridge link to adjoining building (for Lend Lease)
