Taghazout Bay, an HQE™ certified operation Taghazout Bay, Today, the project to build Taghazout Bay resort has been certified as being an exemplary project in territorial development, that promotes a rational model of tourism development withing a socio- an eco-tourist resort economic development strategy concerned with preserving the distinctive features of the site.

The development project of Taghazout Tourist Resort falls within the framework of Plan Azur, and more broadly within the tourism development strategy «Vision 2020». The SAPST, ‘Société Promoting landscape and urban integration of the project in its territory d’Aménagement et de Promotion de la Station de Taghazout’ (SAPST) fully supports this national • To ensure low density on the site (very low floor area ratio) and preserve views of the entire site strategy which consists of a responsible approach with three major objectives: • To respect and enhance the geographical features of the site • To comply with the public nature of the beach and develop broad access • Preserving the Moroccan culture, values, traditions and identity • To maintain and develop access continuities to villages of the hinterland • Protecting the environment, • Promoting tourism as a vector for economic and social development.
