In 2015-16, 27 of our student-athletes made the All-Academic Team for the Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA) with a 3.30 GPA or higher. Twenty of these student-athletes then went on to make the All-Academic National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) team with a 3.5 or higher GPA. The program focuses on five areas: academic success, athletic success, community service, personal development and career/financial success. Student-athletes attend seminars to enhance their life in areas such as leadership development, building healthy relationships, communication and financial literacy while continuing to be the best students they can be in the classroom.
