Though leisure is becoming an increasingly signifi cant aspect of travel requirements, commuting still represents over 50% of transport fl ows. In the face of increasing road congestion, the development of sustainable infrastructures by public authorities (train, public transport and bicycle connections) cannot alone meet employee needs.
