HEAVEN ON EARTH // Dessert Muscat, 2017, South Africa.(Organic)

Gloriously Sweet, classic Muscat. The grapes are dried on straw and Rooibos Tea which adds a sweet earthiness to the flavour profile. The acidity is perfectly balanced. Great as an aperitif or pairs well with cheese.

A solid blended vine with plenty of fruit, think cherries blackcurrant and raspberry. Smooth and medium bodied with a woody herby tone in there.

Fantastic new Rhône find. Grenache and Syrah predominate in this cuvee, with just 10% each of Carignan and Cinsault. All grapes are hand harvested at this family run estate, and fermentation is natural. The result an un-oaked wine is all about pure fruit enjoyment.
